We start this chapter not long after the last with the Gang minus Scooby and Shaggy instead they are joined by Marcie
Daphne: This building is so big! This Virus could be anywhere.
Fred: I think we stand a better chance of finding it if we split up.
Y/n: Agreed, Velma with Marcie, Fred with Daphne and I'll head off by myself
Fred, Velma and Daphne just give him a look making him look back confused
Y/n: What?
Daphne: Well normally Fred Choses who we go with
Y/n: Yea normally I go off with Shaggy and Scooby and You Three head off together but Shag and Scoob aren't here and we have Marcie. but your right I should have left it up to your boyfriend
Daphne and Fred blush's
Daphne/Fred: What! You know?
Y/n and Velma give them a really look
Marcie: Yea even I could tell that you two are dating
The Pair blush not thinking they were that obvious
Y/n: Anyways, Fred?
Fred: Oh, right um well go with your plan.
Daphne: Wouldn't that leave Y/n on his own tho
Y/n just gives Daphne a really look

Fred and Daphne head off in one direction and Y/n in another

Velma then proceeds to tell Marcie all the BS I've had Y/n do through the book as they reach the basement
Marcie: So he fought a actual Ghost Witch and a Warlock?

Marcie: And he punched an Alien?
Velma: a fake one but yeah
Marcie: Why are we in the basement?
Velma: We have to search the building, top to bottom.
The two look around the room and uncover a sheet
Velma: Wow you guys have some stuff that should be in the Smithsonian. Why do you keep it?
Marcie: That's the Professors, I asked the same question and he never did give me a straight answer

Velma then walks over to a book shelf and puts down the magnet she was holding before she then picks up a book from the shelf
Velma: I guess some of this old stuff could be very valuable.
She then blows some dust off the book straight into
The Phantom Virus who sneezes
Velma: Jinkies! It's him!
The Virus giggles and Sparks his finger before he starts approaching Velma
We cut to Daphne and Fred in another room not far from the basement
Marcie: VELMA LOOK OUT!
Daphne: That was Marcie!
Fred: Come on
The two rush off toward the basement and see the Virus
Daphne: Wow
Fred: Watch out!
the four just barely dog a electric blast form the virus as he giggles to himself and begins moving forward only to step on the magnet Velma left on the floor which seems to hurt it as it screams in pain.
Daphne and Fred: The magnets!
the two then hold up there magnets toward the creature
Daphne: get back, you...creepy...thingy!
the three look at each other before Marcie and Velma chuckle
Fred: "Creepy thingy"?
Daphne gives a nervous laugh
Virus: You'll pay for this!
Daphne, Fred and Marcie hold there magnets toward the creature
Daphne: We don't think so.
Fred: Thingy!
Daphne:
Velma and Marcie giggle before the Virus runs away
Fred: After him!
In the in the cafeteria we find Y/n drinking some crappy coffee while Shaggy and Scooby eat and everyone in the cafeteria disgusted by them
Bill: Are they always like this?
Y/n: You have no idea
two students leave disgusted by the pair
Shaggy: I wonder why they left?
Scooby: I don't know.
Scooby talks with his mouth full
Y/n: you two can't be that dense
Shaggy: So what brings you to the cafeteria anyways?
Y/n: Just taking a break to drink some crappy coffee before I head back
Shaggy: Man, it's bad enough we're always chasing real ghosts. Now we're chasing computer-generated ones. It's a good thing phantoms don't care about lunch.
Bill: So not so business as usual?
Y/n: No business as usual is a crook in a suit. With the occasional supernatural threat
Scooby and Shaggy look at each other
Shaggy: that's like only happened twice
Y/n: Still a fact it happened and you wanted to date an Alien
Bill: An Alien!?
Scooby and Shaggy stop eating look down remembering Crystal and Amber
Y/n: Oh sorry I uh-
Shaggy: It's okay man we just miss them
Scooby: Reah
Bill: Sounds like you guys been through a lot
Y/n: Kinda but not really
We cut back to to the other members of the Gang and Marcie as their walking around the tunnels underneath the campus Searching for the Virus
Fred: I think we lost him.
Fred then notices a light
Fred: Wait look!
Daphne: What do we do?
Fred: Get as close to him as possible with our magnets.
the four then sneak toward the light
Fred: Ready? One, two, three!
The four charge toward the light witch is reviled to be the Officer Wembley
Wembley: I thought I heard some noise down here. What are you kids doing? The basement's for staff only.
the four look at each other
V,M,D,F: Kids?
Velma: We're hunting for the Phantom Virus.
Wembley: Yeah, I heard about this so-called virus. Marcie do you really believe this prank?
Marcie: Yeah turns out its real. We've see-
Wembley: You kids are coming with me back to Kaufman's lab
The four again look at each other in confusion before we cut back to the Cafeteria with Shaggy and Scooby lying on the table after eating so much food and Y/n and Bill sat on another table
Shaggy: Can you believe the cafeteria ran out of food? And We're still hungry
Scooby: Reah. Hungry!
Bill: They can't still be hungry after all of that?
Y/n: Oh you bet they are
As there lying there a light goes over Scoob as he looks up and sees the Virus Y/n jumps up as Bill sneaks away
Y/n: Shag, Scoob move!
Shaggy and Scooby jump from the table as Y/n uses his magnet to try and Fight the Virus but the Virus just uses a Electric bolt to knock it out his hand already sick of that as it giggles to it self again and Y/n try's to go for the magnet as he just barley dogs a electric bolt from the phantom before deciding to runs off with Shaggy and Scooby as the Virus chases after them the three head into a room to hide form the Virus as Shaggy and Scooby put on a Doctor and nurse uniform and Y/n looks at them confused
Y/n: What are you two doing?
Shaggy: We're gonna confuse it man
Scooby: Reah!
Y/n: This is insane but I'm completely on board with it
Now Y/n also dons a Doctors Coat as the Virus enters in the room
Shaggy: Thank you for volunteering for our experiment Mr. Virus. Nurse take the patient over to the table.
Scooby: Okay. This way, please.
Scooby then takes the Virus over to a chair.
Scooby: Sit down.
Shaggy: Just relax.
Shaggy press a button on machine making some wires come out before they start to attach them to the Virus just as Y/n sits down in a chair close by and starts reading from his notes
Y/n: Now can you tell us how many layers are in an ideal club sandwich?
Y/n thinks about what he said looking at his notes before he then looks back at Shaggy and Scooby
Y/n: Really?
Shaggy: Time's up. The correct answer is, "never enough!"
Scooby press' a different button and Shocks the Virus
Shaggy: Let's try one more.
Y/n nodes and looks at the notes again
Y/n: When's the best time to enjoy a milkshake with your French fries?
Shaggy: Time's up. The answer is, "Anytime!"
Scooby press' the button again shocks him again and he rip's off the wires again and the three start to run again and begins a chase
A/n: Start 3:00 end a 4:00 Y/n is mostly just helping the Duo
We cut to the rest of Gang, Marcie and Wembley in the lab
Daphne: I'm worried about Shaggy, Scooby and Y/n. They've been gone for a long time.
Fred: Yeah maybe we should go look for them.
Wembley: Nobody goes anywhere until Professor Kaufman gets back.
Just as he finishes his words Shaggy, Scooby and Y/n rush into the room with the Virus right behind them
Y/n: We found the Virus!
The three run straight past the Gang with the virus in hot pursuit
Wembley: What was that?
Fred: It's the Phantom!
The four run after the virus and Y/n quickly hides behind one of the cabinets before he sees Bill press the button for the Laser hitting the Gang and Marcie making Y/n walks up to Bill smirking to himself
Y/n: Hi Bill!
Bill tenses up and slowly turns to Y/n as he knocks him out
??: Y/n, what are you doing?
Y/n turns and sees Eric, Professor Kaufman and Officer Wembley
Y/n: He just sent the Gang and Marcie into the game and if I had to guess he's the one behind the Virus
The three look toward Bill as the Chapter ends
