The next day early in the morning, before the birds were even chirping or the sun was shown itself Yoongi was in his kitchen. the fridge opened being the only light in the room. reflecting in his tired eyes like sparkles. He sighed deeply seeing no more drinks left in the fridge. with another annoyed sigh he closed the door making the kitchen dark. In the little light he had from the outside lamppost he made his way to the coffee machine and started making himself a coffee. making it extra strong so he can get a little boost for this early morning.
As he sipped his drink while standing in front of the small kitchen window staring at the empty dark street he heard his phone ping. turning his head he looked at his phone that was on the counter. the screen lit up indicating a new message.
"this late?" he muttered and grabbed his phone unlocking it with a long password. A small curious smile crept on his lips when he saw who send the message.
"Jimin?" he raised a brow wondering why the boy was awake this early. and most of all, why he was texting him at this hour.
Park Jimin:
Hey, i am back!
Min Yoongi:
hello, i didnt think you would come back. haha
Park Jimin:
oh? why not?
Min Yoongi:
I thought you got uncomfortable, it is quite strange texting to a strange so suddenly
Park Jimin:
dont worry, i enjoy texting. its the only way i can meet new people anyway. so its all fine to me :)
Min Yoongi:
only way? why is that?
Park Jimin:
I am staying in a hospital, i dont get much visitors, well at least of my age i dont. i am on my phone a lot to talk to people.
Min Yoongi:
i see, so you're sick? what do you have?
Park Jimin:
I rather not talk about that...sorry
Min Yoongi:
Its fine, i understand.
So, are you now today?
Park Jimin:
I am doing alright, better then yesterday. and you?
Min Yoongi:
i a doing great, making music now
Park Jimin:
Music? are you a musician?
Min Yoongi:
kind of yes, i produce my own music
Park Jimin:
wooow! can i hear something? i love music!
Min yoongi:
usually i would decline but for you i will make an exception
Park Jimin:

it sounds amazing, i didnt expect it to be THIS good. I really like it. how long did you work on it already? must take long doesnt it?
Min Yoongi:
well this one i havent spend that long on. just today. but its only some tests still, im nut sure if i will keep al the samples i have now. might remove a few in the final product
Park Jimin:
I look forward to hearing the full song, you made me curious
Min Yoongi:
Ill send you the file when i have finished it

Oh. im sorry i gotta go again. the doctor is here for me. i will text you later when i have done my check up!

Yoongi shut his phone and then mentally slapped himself, he wanted to ask why the other was awake this early but he forgot to ask. But then he tought again. Jimin was sick, yoongi was very curious to know more about that. why was in in a hospital? did he break something? did he have a disease? yoongi didnt know but he hope the other will tell him so yoongi wont drown in curiosity.

Inside a hospital in Seoul was a young man smiling at his phone. His dark hairs were messy from the night, but his eyes were wide awake like he hadn't slept. Which he didn't. He barely closed an eye, after getting his medication after making another scene in his room he had been able to sleep a little but not for long untill the insomnia came back for him.
"Good Morning Park." the doctor entered with a smile. "ah, I mean, Jimin," he corrected himself with a chuckle. Jimin had asked him many times to just call him Jimin and not be so formal. Jimin had been here for so long that he insisted on dropping the stiff formality so he can feel a little more at ease in here.
"Morning doctor!" Jimin sat up still smiling and motioned the doctor to come closer. "Listen to this, I made a new friend and he was letting me hear his music!" Jimin played the song sample Yoongi sent him and his eyes looked at the doctor all sparkly.
"It's nice seeing you make some friends. How did you meet him, online?"
"Not really, he texted me but he got the wrong number. and we just got talking, i was hoping he would like to talk to me more and we might be friends. I would really like some more people to talk to other than Taehyung." Jimin sighed. He didn't have many friends, only Taehyung and his boyfriend Jungkook were left. but they couldn't visit everyday, they had lives too. But they did their best to visit each week, if they were not able to make it they would video call whenever jimin felt okay to pick up and talk.
"I wish you the best'' the doctor smiled. but inside he always felt a little sad when seeing jimin. He grew to like jimin a lot, he was really a sweetheart, yet life didn't have the best things for him. The doctors told that he didn't have long to live seeing how his health was dropping more and more every month. It was concerning, yet the doctor didn't give up and did his best everyday to be there for Jimin and provide him the best treatment. "Now, come with me. e have to put you through your monthly scan."
"i know" jimin nodded and got off the bed slipping into his fluffy slipers. He left his phone on his nightstand to charge and replaced his empty hand with the tiny teddy bear that was placed there. He would take it with him every time, he believed it would bring him luck just as it gave him comfort when he was in a bad state. He was gifted this teddy by Taehyung with a heartwarming letter, it was in the first weeks of his treatment when he couldn't get a visitor yet. So Jimin treasures the cute little teddy bear. He was already looking forward to seeing Taehyung again. they would play boardgames, talk, listen to music and eat together. It was always a lot of fun when they visited. but it was more fun whenever Jimin was allowed to go outside for a while. they would go walk in the park for a little while or go get a snack from the plaza food carts. Just a short moment of being normal for jimin. sadly those times don't always last longer than a day as he had to return to the hospital. His heart was weak and he would get exhausted quickly. He needed to be watched over a lot for not only his physical health but also mental. Having a weak heart made his past difficult and that made him lose his parents who let him go, who left him. Jimin didn't take those things very well. the things that were suddenly gone from his life like a normal study life or activities he used to do like dancing. He couldn't do them anymore. Now he was only inside this cold hospital building, the most he did was stroll around the halls or have a gym session that would make sure he wouldn't become a weak slumped body in a bed. Jimin tried to stay active as much he could. But lately he hasn't been able to go out a lot which made him glued to his phone again. his only distraction that he enjoyed, other than watching tv. He had already read the books and comics that were gifted to him.
"Okay, take your spot." the doctor said as they entered the room where the scan was. Jimin sighed softly and put the teddy on the table outside of the room before taking his seat and lay down.
