Author's POV
The autum leaves fell down marking the start of September month in Korea .All the green leaves had already turned to bright shades red, brown and yellow . Starting of new month people happily huddled in their own house or went bustling to their work place . The streets were busy and chattery as the leaves fell down sometimes on top of people too. While all these happiness happened the Young agent was walking through the downtown streets enjoying the weather and happily checking out few shops. Today Y/N finally made up her mind to meet her own hospitalized husband correction forced husband . So before going to meet Kim Taehyung she thought of buying something for him .
So the young women was walking down the streets looking for something she can gift Taehyung. She smiled looking at the family who was clicking pictures while some couples acting all so lovey-dovey . The warmth of the autum embraced her as she halted in front of a shop . An old shop to be exact . The shop somehow attracted her as she looked inside through the glass. On top of the shop in big green letter was written 'Antiquites'
Y/N looked around before entering the shop .The bell rang in the shop indicating a customer entering as Y/N looked around the interior of shop and observed all the paintings and statues kept here and there . The shop was messy for sure but there was some uniqueness in its messiness.
There were also some weird looking furniture and old types of clock . A lot of books and mirrors ,maps etc. On the spur of the moment an elderly looking women quickly approached Y/N with her warm smile . The old women wearing a dark green dress with round glasses standing at the end of her nose .
"Oh dear !What do we have here ?A young women .Welcome . It's rare we get any customers. I am Mia you can call me grandma !"The old women introduced herself in a friendly manner already getting attached to Y/N who smiled back at her introducing herself to the old women .
"Tell me dear what do you want to buy ?Paintings ?Sculptures ?Ooo...there are lot of paintings here "The old lady said leading Y/N more through the places .
"I actually don't know ."Y/N spoke looking and observing the weird looking sculptures .
"Lemme ask you dis did you came here to buy for yourself or for someone special?" The older spoke smiling warmly . Y/N looked at her confused before answering the old lady's question .
"Actually I came to buy something for someone else . When I saw this shop I just entered because I was curious "Y/N answered honestly as she touched few paintings .
"Oh That's good . May I ask you who is this someone ?Is it the special someone ?"The elderly asked in a teasing tone as Y/N blushed slightly . The women broke into fit of laughter as she patted Y/N's head .
"Young love here I see "The women spoke looking at Y/N who was blushing furiously in embarrassment and somehow in Y/N's heart a tingling feeling arose hearing the word 'LOVE' .
"It's my husband actually . "Y/N informed .
"Oh that's even nice . Wait I might have something for you "The women said before shuffling towards someplace .Y/n observed the elderly shuffling around looking for something.
"Oh here it is !" The women said taking out a quiet a big old looking box.
She came near Y/N as she held Y/N's hand before pulling her into chair and table .The old lady made Y/N sit on the chair as she sat across her . The women slowly kept the box on the table as she took out the key .
"Y/N dear . This shop is passed down to me from my grandmother and she got this shop from her grandmother . In technically speaking this shop has been here since centuries passed down from grandmothers to grand daughters . And this my dear . Is the special box " The older explained in a fascinating tone .Y/N who now knew the story looked at the box curiously wanting to listen more
"Special box ? Why is it special " She asked with her big round eyes as she eyed the box . The elderly smiled looking at Y/N's curious state . Y/N looked to adorable making the older laugh in delight .
"Yes dear . To be honest I don't why it is called special box . That's what my ancestors called the box . My grandmother told me that ever since the shop was opened the box was here . No one was allowed to buy it and no one had ever opened it . Not even my ancestors . Though there is a story passed down about this box "The gradmother spoke happily as she touched the box in soft way .
"Story ? If is it okay can you tell me ? " Y/N asked even more interested .
"Of course . Even though we've never opened it all the owners of the shop knows few things which is kept inside it . But lemme tell you about dis thing's story .
The legend goes saying that this box is also called the lover's box .As my grandmother narrated this box actually was given by crown price of our country to his love of life the moon ."She said running her fingers along the wooded curves of box .
"Moon? Loving moon? is it women's name ?" Y/N asked curiously .
"Yes , he called her his Moon though her real name is something else . The story goes in the way the crown prince falling in love with his moon who was unfortunately already betrothed another man . The crown price still loved her but he knew it was sin to love someone who is already someone else's . But that didn't stop him from showing his love for her . And as time passed his moon reciprocated his feeling . They both decided to elope together and live happily .He was more than happy to leave his throne for the women he loved . So as planned the eloped together . They settled in a village . The crown price worked as farmer and his moon became a lovely house wife . But the whole kingdom was in rage knowing the crown prince's disappearance . Especially the nobles and Moon's fiancée . They went out for a search for the crown prince . One evening the crown prince came home after a tiring day and came across a good news of his wife's pregnancy . He was over cloud nine . But everything went downhill in the middle of night when soldiers came to village . They quickly ran through the forest as he again ran with his pregnant moon through the wildness of forest . But unfortunately the soldiers caught them up and just like on the day of full moon the two souls was forcefully separated . The women and her unborn child was beat to death and the crown prince was held back by the soldiers . Then after killing his wife they left him alone with his wife who was carrying his unborn child dead body . That night he cried and screamed in agony cursing at the Gods for his tragic fate and at the end he took his moon's dead body and jumped of the cliff not able to bear the pain of her loss . They both died in each others arms" The elderly finished story while tears dripped down her face . Y/N was already crying for hearing a tragic yet pure love story. Her heart felt heavy and uneasy . The old women wiped her own tears before giving Y/N a small smile .
"This box is their love box . This was later found by our ancestor with a dairy .The dairy was crown prince's dairy where he wrote about everything in his life .This box contains all the things they gave to each other as gift to represent their love . And each one of it has meaning .I don't know why but today when seeing you my heart told me to give this to you dear " The women said happily pushing the box to Y/n ,who looked shocked .
"Me but how can ? I mean this is your-"Y/N was cut of by the elderly .
"This is yours dear .Because my heart won't ever lie to me " The women said holding Y/N's hand and passing the key to her .
"Now quickly open it . I also am curious to see all those stuffs inside ,. I'll explain the things meaning in it "The women said with a warm tone. Y/N smiled accepting the box a she softly inserted the key in hole . With a click it was opened . There was a lot of compartments in the box each holding one item . Y/N took out the first thing she laid her eyes on . A brooch of a snake curling an egg as if it was trying to protect it .
"AH this one . From my memories my grandmother told that this brooch was given to his moon when he asked her if she could carry his child . The snake in the brooch represent the crown prince and the egg is his child . He wanted to convey that he'll protect his child and take care of him just like what the snake is doing. I never knew it was this beautiful!" The old women explained as Y/N touched across the snake softly .
"This is beautiful and has excellent meaning "Y/N whispered before keeping it back to it's place.
She then took the second one very carefully . It was two bracelet .
" That one represent their love . It's a couple bracelet . Oh and the crown price himself carved the metals and made it "The grandma spoke . Y/N smiled touching the cats and the metal heart . It looked wonderful together and it was unique rare design.
"This one is nice and the clock is still working ." Y/N exclaimed looking at the mini pocket watch in awe .
"That was moon's gift to crown price when they married in secret " Grandma said with a soft smile .
"Moon really had nice taste . But how does it still work even if time is wrong " Y/N asked in wonder as she touched it's second pair .
"I don't know my dear "Old lady said cupping her own face .Y/N kept it back as she took the next .
"Another brooch .It has a crown too .."Y/N said looking carefully at the ruby crown .
"That is crown prince's .It was given to him by his moon too. I don't know in which occasion though "Grandma explained .Y/N kept it back and now took a red ruby necklace it was simple yet elegant .
"That was a gift to moon .It was for her wedding "
"All things in the box is so simple yet elegant . " Y/N commented as she touched the small ruby .She kept it back now taking the next item . She took the small box and opened it . It was a pair of silver cufflinks .
"These are..."Y/N was loss of words ..
"Cufflinks it was also moon's gift . It was given as a return to all the courting gift the crown prince gave her in secret " Grandma explained . Y/N smiled thinking how good it would fit Taehyung as she imagined Taehyung wearing it . Somehow the first thing she remembered while seeing it was Taehyung in his suit .She kept it back taking the last item . It was a small red box .

"You can guess by looking at it "Grandma spoke .
"Wedding rings ? "Y/N asked in doubt as the elder nodded . Y/N smiled keeping it back as she closed the box . She was contended and happy .
"Thank you for giving me this "She said getting up as she bowed politely and happily .
"No dear ,from the moment my eyes laid on you . My heart told me this box has found it's new owner . Dear this box even though shows their pure yet tragic love I am pretty sure yours won't be like that . I have a feeling that you and your love will complete their story " Grandma said patting Y/N's head . She held Y/N's hand tightly in her own one before boring her eyes at Y/N .
"You know dear , that special someone of your loves you so dearly that he'll do anything for you even if it was of killing himself .I can sense it . He'll love not like other couples but in a different way .He might give you pain but he'll heal you too with his own love "The women said . Y/N gazed at the younger lady with her thumping heart . She smiled nodding before walking out with the box . She was declined of paying for the box . Before closing the door Y/N looked back at the older lady with a smile .
"Next time I'll come here with my husband " She said proudly as the lady nodded with a smile . With that Y/N closed the door walking towards the hospital with a warm and joyful thumping heart and a soft smile . She walked quickly wanting or let's say craving to see Taehyung .
