Tears that flow from your eyes in streams
and the face of one you lost haunting your dreams-
Your eyes turn red and you cannot sleep
and every night you lay awake and weep-
Food begins to have no taste
and every word of comfort is a waste-
Your skin turns numb to every touch
and your heart aches for one it cannot clutch-
You then refuse to even speak
and the only sound that comes from your throat is a tiny squeek-
When in your chest yoour heart feels incomplete and dead
and when the only place you find comfort is your bed-
When you go to the cemetery to spill all the words unspoken
and while there something inside seems torn and broken-
You have to let this feeling out
and you have to do it with a scream and shout-
For if you keep it all inside
not only the one you loved, but you too have died...
