I wake up with a strong pair of arms wrapped around me. I turn around to see Derek sleeping peacefully. I smile "You're staring." he mumbled. "I'm not staring, I'm admiring." I replied and Derek chuckled softly. "What time is it?" I asked "7:30." said Derek. "Ok." I said snuggling into his warm chest.
"Tori." Derek said softly. "Hmm." I said looking up. I see Derek smile I returned it. "As much as I love laying here with you but don't you have school." asked Derek. "Yeah, well when I told him I not only met my mate but also had a date with him. He said I could take the next few days off to get to know my mate." I said.
"Oh. Really." Derek said raising his eyebrow. I nod. "So for the next few days you have no school." Derek asked. I nod my head. "I'm already ahead of them anyway so my teachers don't mind." I said. "Sounds good." said Derek
After laying for about a half an hour more we decided to get up and leave. We both went back to his loft and it was awesome. When we got in the door Derek showed me to the bathroom and I quickly took a shower. When I got out I saw a pile of clothes. I could tell they were Derek's. I smiled and put them on.
I walk to the kitchen and see Derek making breakfast. I walked behind him and wrapped my arms around him. He turned his head towards me and he smiled. "Hi" I said. "Hi" he replied back in a soft voice.
"I made breakfast." said Derek. "It smells amazing." I said. "Why thank you." said Derek. "You're most definitely welcome." I said as we both sat down at the table and started eating. I moaned in delight at the taste.
I heard Derek cough and adjust the way he sat and then I realized why. I laughed and his face got red. "You ok there Derek?" I asked with a sly smirk. "I'm fine." said Derek. "Ok, just making sure." I replied.
Derek and I finished breakfast and decided to watch a movie. We both sat on his couch and we decided to watch The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe. He was surprised I never watched it.
Half way through the middle I start to get sleepy. I decided to lay my head on Derek's shoulder; then He laid his head on my head. And we both fell asleep together. I woke up to a phone ringing. It's Derek's. "Derek." I said while shaking Derek slightly. "Mmm" Derek groans.
"Someone's calling your phone." I said as I gave him his phone. He took the phone and answered it. "What." Derek said with irritation in his voice. "I'm busy, bye now." said Derek. "You're busy. How busy?" I asked.
"Never too busy for you Angel." said Derek with a smirk as he leaned down and we kissed. We broke the kiss and we both smiled. I hear a knock at Derek's door. I smelled two unknown scents. "Just a minute." said Derek.
Derek opened the door. It was a brunette girl and an older guy with dirty blond hair. Derek rolled his eyes. They both saw me and they seemed confused. Derek picked up on that. "Tori, this is my sister Cora and my uncle Peter. Peter, Cora this is Victoria my mate." said Derek smiling while saying the last sentence.
They both seemed surprised then happy. "When did you guys meet?" exclaimed Cora with excitement. "We met about 3 days ago." I said. "Why didn't you tell us?" asked Peter. "Because I wanted to get to know her before you two came in here and wouldn't leave us alone." said Derek.
"You didn't tell us because you didn't want us to intrude. I get it, I did the same thing when I met mine. I hid it from your mother and when she found out that I met my mate she was furious I didn't tell her. But she understood because the whole family would've been up my ass until I finally blew up at everyone." said Peter
"Wait, Peter you met your mate. Why didn't you tell us?" said Cora. "Exactly what I just said. Everyone would've never left us alone because It's incredibly rare to find yours. Which is why I was so surprised when you said you found your mate." said Peter.
"Who else knows?" asked Cora. "Only you two Scott and Isaac. But they don't know it's actually me." I said. Both Cora and Peter looked confused. "My wolf isn't like yours I can fully transform. I was in my wolf for when me and Derek met." I said
They still looked a bit confused. "My type of werewolf was the type that was created by a petty witch." after I said that they both understood. "So you're the other type of werewolf. Who'd you kill?" asked Peter which shocked me a little bit. "Peter." Cora and Derek scolded.
"Cora, Derek It's fine it was just a question. It was a car accident and I was driving. And since I killed someone by accident I turned because someone still died." I said. Peter and Cora had an 'o' shaped mouth I already told Derek
"What's it like breaking your bones every full moon. Over and over until you're a wolf?" asked Cora. "It hurts for the first couple of full moons but you get used to it after awhile." I said. "What color is your fur?" asked Peter. "It's a few different colors. White, brown, and tan." I said. Peter nodded his head.
"have you two mated?" asked Cora. Both Derek's and my eyes widened. "Cora. You never ask two mates that. Don't answer that. Cora It's none of your business if they have or not." scolded Peter. "Geez sorry. I didn't know that was such a bad question to ask." said Cora.
"Alright, we've taken up enough of your guys' time. And we have other places to be. We'll see you guys around." said Peter while he took Cora with him. "That was eventful." said Derek. I laughed and nodded. "I'm happy I met your family Derek. They seem great." I said. "By great you mean incredibly nosy.' said Derek
"They're not as bad as you say the only reason you say they're this bad is because they're your family. If my family did that would you be saying the same thing?" I asked. "Absolutely not your family's normal compared to mine." said Derek. I just burst out laughing.
After about 3 minutes of my continuous laughter I was able to calm down. "Derek my family is not even remotely close to normal. The only ones that are, are my uncle Finn who is like a dad to me. And my older brother Josh." I said.
*Klaus's POV*
Everyone finally arrived in Beacon Hills. I see the school that's where she'd be because it's Monday. I pointed it out and we walked to it. I walk up to the receptionist desk. "Excuse me." I said and the women looked up. "Can you tell me where I can find Courtney Mikaelson." I compelled the lady.
She looked through some records. "Sorry, we don't have any students with that name." she said. "Can you tell me everyone who has enrolled in the last two weeks." I compelled her again. "The only person to enroll in the last two weeks was Victoria Rousza." said the lady. "Great, give me her file." I compelled her.
The woman gave me the file. I saw an address. "Let's go." I said to my siblings. As soon as we got out of the car I felt weird. It was confusing but I just ignored it. Elijah knocked on the door. A woman answered it. "Hello Miss, is Victoria Rousza here?" asked Elijah. But before she could answer someone came up behind her it was Finn.
"Finn! You're alive!" said Freya with complete shock. The woman looked confused. "Sorry? do I know you?" asked Finn. "It's me your sister Freya." said Freya. "What do you mean I don't have any siblings." said Finn. Freya looked like she was going to cry but she didn't. "Where's Courtney, Finn" asked Elijah.
"Who's Courtney?" asked Finn. "Finn playing dumb is just going to piss me off so I suggest you tell me where my daughter is before I put a dagger through your heart and put you back in your coffin." I said in a seriously deadly tone.
"I'm sorry. I don't know who you are and why would you put a dagger in someone's heart." said Finn. I feel my anger spike. I'm done with Finn's bullshit. I vamp speed at him but I was stopped by the fact that I wasn't invited in. "Invite me in." I said with irritation in my voice. "I'm not going to invite someone I don't know into my house. I suggest you leave before I call the sheriff." said Finn.
"Come on Klaus we'll just find her on our own" said Kol. I nod while still irritated. We all walked away back to the car and drove away. After about 10 minutes of driving I caught her scent. I started to drive towards it. I saw a picnic set up. "Damn. We're too late." I scowled.
"Wait, we might not be able to find Courtney but we can find the person she was with when this happened and they can lead us to Courtney." said Rebekah. "She's right. I'll start the spell." said Freya. Freya and Davina started the spell.
"Got it. His name is Derek Hale. He's at a loft right now." said Davina. "Well, what are we waiting for let's go." I said speed walking to the car. Davina gave me directions. We ended up in the middle of the town. I caught her scent again but this time it was a lot stronger.
We got into the elevator and got to the top floor and I knocked on the door this time. A guy with short black hair and green eyes opens the door. "Can I help you?" asked the guy. "Yes, we're looking for someone Victoria Rousza. And before you lie to me I can smell her scent. It's all over." I said in an irritated voice.
"Derek, who's at the door?" asked a voice I haven't heard in a while. Then she came in to view. At first she looked shocked. Then she looked pissed. "What are you doing here." she spat with a venomous tone. "We want to talk." said Rebekah.
"Really! you're not too busy with queen Hope's demands. Or did you come her to yell at me for another thing I didn't do. What's it this time? Did I 'take' her stuffed animal again." she said with annoyance. "No, we came to apologize." said Kol. she scoffs. "Yeah, and I'm Meredith Grey." she said with sarcasm.
"We're serious. We want to be in your life." said Elijah. "I'm going to tell you what you said to me when I asked. No, You mean nothing to me and you never will so get over it. Guess what I did what you said I got over it now it's your turn."
"I don't want you in my life never again you gas lighting Jackasses. Do yourselves a favor and leave me alone. I'm busy go find someone else to bug. I'm finally happy and your complete and utter selfishness is not going to ruin my life again. So goodbye and good luck with your precious little Hope." Courtney said and she shut the door in our faces.
I didn't realize I was crying until I felt multiple tears stream down my face. She doesn't want us to be in her life and It's all our own faults. "Come on guys let go." said Marcel. We all left and rented a house. I'm not going to give up. Not until my daughter forgives me. I really hope she forgives me.
