We start this chapter with Y/n watching the Hex Girls Practice and off to the side is Fred and Daphne having a chat

Fred then see's the Hex girls have finished practising and Y/n is walking back with them
Thorn: I think we're going to need to preform our ritual, girls.

Dusk: Not tonight Thorn my powers are week form rehearsing.
Luna: Mine, too. How about tomorrow just before the concert?

the girls separate into two groups with Y/n going off with Thorn while Dusk and Luna going off home as Daphne and Fred are left on their own curious about what they overheard

As Fred and Daphne continue to spy on Thorn and Y/n who decide to have a chat

they continue and approach a small shack behind the house

The two enter with Fred and Daphne still sneaking behind them spying through the windows as Thorn lights some candles and starts making something

she points to a bottle on the side and Y/n nods handing it to her

Velma(phone): Y/n, where are you? Fred and Daphne saw you go into a shed with Thorn then saw she was up to something, are you okay?
Y/n looks to Thorn and mouths sorry but she just shrugs.
Y/n: I'm fine Velm and Thorn is not a suspect I can conform
Velma: Okay? and where are you right now?
Y/n looks at Thorn and she shrugs

Y/n looks at Thorn who nods

Velma hangs up the phone making Y/n nervously chuckle

Y/n then goes to leave but Thorn stops him

Thorn lets out another chuckle while Y/n hands her his phone and she puts her number in it

Y/n leaves and starts walking to where the gang is

Y/n is startled forgetting about Hex
Y/n: Hex, where have you been?
Hex: Had to deal with a problem but that doesn't matter look at you got her number and she likes you back it seems
Y/n: I'm sure she's just being nice
Hex: No nice doesn't almost kiss you
Y/n blushes at Hex's comment
Hex: Anyways as nice as this is to talk about what about our deal got any more thought on that?
Y/n: Ok Hex I'll help you I'll find the book so we can sure it never opens. Deal?

Y/n approach's a barn looking building and sees two holes about the same size as Shaggy and Scooby
Y/n: Ah, dang it what have they done this time?
Y/n enters the building and finds the gang talking to each other
Shaggy: I should've know leaving wasn't an option.
Daphne: Y/n, your ok? and very smiley?
Y/n hadn't even notice that he had been smiling since he got Thorn's number
Y/n: Smiley? am I smiling? hadn't even noticed but anyways what happened since I've been gone?
Ben: Well Velma's got a plan, right?
Velma brings everyone and explains the plan

We find Y/n, Velma, Ben, Shaggy and Scooby on the Hex girls stage Shaggy and Scooby remove the covers for the drums and keyboard and Scooby starts messing with Dusk's drums and Shaggy with Luna's Keyboard and The Hex girls arrives and Dusk goes up to Scooby who apologies and hands her drum sticks
Shaggy: why did you stop old buddy?
Luna then pokes Shaggy in the back
Luna: No one touch's my keyboard!
Thorn goes over and greats Y/n
Thorn: Didn't expect a call so soon
Y/n Smirks
Y/n: You were expecting me to call~
Y/n gets wacked in the back of the head
Velma: Y/n, flirt later, thanks for coming, girls
Thorn: We should all be home resting for the concert tomorrow. We only came because Ben and Y/n asked us to.

Thorn blushes before nudging Y/n shoulder

the wind starts to blow quite rapidly and Y/n finally gets to see this dam Ghost
As the ghost throws a fireball at the group they jump out of the way
Ghost: This town must pay for its foul deed!
the groups split off With Shaggy, Scooby and Velma going one way and Y/n, Ben and The Hex girls going the other with Y/n stopping the group from running to far
Y/n: Come on it didn't follow us and the gang should have dealt with it by now
Y/n walks in the direction of the Gang and Ghost and Ben and the Hex girls follow and the group walk over to find the gang about to unmask this Ghost
Fred: Okay, let's see who's behind all this.
and they revel
Shaggy: Like it's the T-shirt guy!
Daphne: Mr. McKnight the pharmacist?
Thorn sees who it is
Thorn: Daddy?
Y/n: Heh?
She crouch's down to great her father
McKnight: Hello, Sally.
Luna: Your dad's the ghost?
Y/n: Wait hold up
Thorn/Sally: What's wrong Y/n?
Y/n: Your name is Sally McKnight?
Thorn: Yea?
Y/n: That awesome
Thorn: Really?

The Mayor arrives and sees the tied up Mr. McKnight in the ghost costume

Velma: Maybe I can explain. I found flash powder residue where Shag and Scoob saw the ghost.
She lifts up McKnight's arm and revivals a device
Velma: This is the device to throw the fireball, which are just wads of flash paper. He got it from his daughter's stage props.
Scooby presses a button and fires of Wad of flash paper into the forest making it light up reviling a truck
Shaggy: Like what's that?
Velma shines a flash light at the truck
Velma: It's the cherry picker that made the ghost fly above the trees with the use of an extension device.
Velma shines her light at a giant fan
Velma: And there's the fan that created the eerie wind.
A whole group of townsfolk walk into the Forrest as Velma continues
Velma: It took more than one person to pull off this scam. Isn't that right, Jack!
She shines her light into the trees to revile Jack the restaurant owner and Chief appears
Jack: Doah
Shaggy: Zoinks
Velma: It would take someone pretty strong to hoist Mr. McKnight around.
Shaggy: Like you should have been making pot roast instead of trouble!
Velma: That goes for all of you!
Ben: All of you?
then more Towns folk turn up that I don't know the names off
Velma: Sure, there had to be more people involved to make this hoax work.
Mayor: But I, for one am totally shocked by this deception.
Velma and Y/n: You can stop the charade now, Mayor.--
Y/n: You wanna do it cus I'll wait
Velma: Nah you go I've been talking the whole time
Y/n: Because you're the one who made me suspicious from the beginning. That didn't feel as good as I thought it would
Mayor: I uh I
Ben: I am very disappointed in you Mayor. And all of you. For lining your pockets by dragging Sarah Ravenscroft's name through the mud.
Hex: I mean he's in the right to be angry. Maybe he doesn't know about his ancestor
