They come in so many varieties, I just can't decide! Mashed. Baked. Fried. Sometimes they're sliced into chips. Sometimes they're shot out of guns. The potato is the unsung hero of the world. Someone asks me what my favorite potato is and I laugh at them. How could they ask such a simpleton question? Don't they know how many are grown each year? Some olive oil and seasoning, that's all one requires to cook them up right. You can boil or stuff them, and they go great with everything. Cheese, bacon, sour cream, even other veggies. Wonderful. Now I'm hungry.
