A little boy stood against the wall. A little scared of what's gonna happen. Until he felt a sting on his cheek. He looked up to see his father looking furious as always. He teared up a little and sniffed. His father yanked him from his arm and dragged him to the basement. He locked the door and sighed. He went to his mother and said "we are adopting more kids. Our child is useless." The little boy's mother looked at him and said "we don't have to. My sister died two days ago and her husband wants us to take their children. Because he just lost his job and is not good financialy" Mr. Jeon nodded.
An hour later
Mr. Jeon unlocked the basement and let the poor boy out who was trembling with fear.
His father shooted a glare to him and said "go get ready. Your step-siblings are coming in 15 mins" The little boy aka jungkook nodded and ran to his room.
He chose his best wear to impress his step-siblings. He sprayed literally the whole bottle of perfume on himself. Atlast he combed his hair and spun in front of the mirror checking himself. Then he gave himself a small thumbs up.
He ran out of the room but as he reached the gloomy hallway he started walking slowly with his back straight. He reached the living room where his mother and father were sitting with serious faces.
He sat in front of them and asked with curiosity. "Who is coming mommy?" Mrs. Jeon rolled her eyes and said "stop asking questions jungkook" And jungkook nodded sitting quiet.
"Jungkook. Do not annoy your brothers and obey them. Don't make me feel embarrassed in front of them. Understood?" His dad am said coldly. "I-i understand daddy" He shuttered. "And also stop with these shutters and stop calling me daddy like a little kid." He said and jungkook Looked down all sad muttering a small "Ok dad"

Finally the door of the mansion opened revealing 6 little boys with an elder with them. All of the boys had suitcases in their hands. They all looked like lost puppies in a big place. Suddenly one of them squealed and said "it's massive"
Mrs. Jean's and Mr. Jean's expressions softened at the words and they welcomed them inside. "Welcome Kim's. We are glad to see u all here and now that we r gonna become one family. Don't hesitate to ask for anything" Mr. Jeon said politely.
Mr. Jeon and Mr. Kim were best friends in childhood but cause of some circumstances Kim's had to move to an another place. But they still stayed in touch after all.
"I am sorry for being a bother but take care of my children. They are very precious to me. I will take my leave" Mr. Kim said and bowed. "No it's our pleasure to keep them. And feel free to visit us whenever u can" Mrs. Jeon said this time as she bows.
Mr. Kim smiled and left.
"So kiddos. You all look so cute and intelligent. Why don't you introduce yourself to us?" Mrs. Jeon said as she flicked a boy's forehead, getting a response instantly.
"Ok.. So I am Kim Namjoon and I am 7 years old"
"I am Kim Seokjin and I am 8 years old"
"I am Kim Yoongi and I am 8 years old"
"I am Kim Heseok and I m 7 years old"
"I am Kim Jimin and I m 6 years old"
"I am Kim Taehyung and I m 6 years old"
They introduced theirselves in a very mannered way which pleased Mr. Jeon. "I see. Now, son you can introduce yourself" He said and pulled jungkook from behind. Now that he was in front of his brothers he got nervous and started playing with his fingers.
"I-i am j-jeon jungkook and I am 5 y-years old" He said, a blush playing on his cheeks.
His parents sighed and said "stop stuttering jungkook. It's annoying" Mr. Jeon said as he left from there. Mrs Jeon crouched down in front of jungkook with a glare and held his hands. "Don't be stubborn and obey" She said as he pinched his soft arms. He winced and tears were quick to take place in his eyes.
"I am sorry" He said. Mrs. Jeon nodded and quickly changed her face from angry to happy one. "Ok jungkook, can u show them their rooms?" She asked and jungkook nodded. "Follow me, brothers" He said and the rest followed him.
They reached a hallway where there were 5 rooms. Jungkook opened one and said "t-t-this is the room of t-tae Tae and j-jiminie" Taehyung looked at the cute bunny in front of him and cupped his cheeks. "You are so cute kookie" He said and Hugged him. Jungkook blushed and hugged back.
Jimin looked at him and asked if they could play together but jungkook denied saying he has homework to do.
Jungkook showed others their rooms and went in his room. He sat on his bed and took a book from the shelf, reading it by himself. His parents denied to read books for him so that he can be able to read.
After sometime jungkook heard shouting and giggling from downstairs. He rushed to the stairs to see what is happening. He saw his parents were playing with his step brothers. He also wanted to play so he went down stairs to play also but no one noticed him.
He then climbed up the sofa and sat on his mother's lap giggling. Mrs. Jeon's movements stopped as she saw jungkook sitting on her lap. She have a quick nod to his Mr. Jeon.
Me. Jeon held jungkook in his arms and pretended to play with him. In less than 30 seconds Mr. Jeon got up and Walked upstairs with jungkook in his arms.
"What do u need jungkook?" Mr. Jeon asked coldly. "Wanna p-play with d-dad also" Jungkook said quietly. "If u wanna play then play with ur toys." Mr. Jeon said and shoved jungkook inside his room, locking it afterwards.
Jungkook looked at the door n then at his toys. He tried to open the door but couldn't as it was locked. "D-don't wanna be alone" Jungkook said to himself as he picked a toy up. "C-cookie with m-me?" He asked his stuff bunny as he nodded the Bunny's head at his question. He giggled and played with it.
Yet he could still heard the boy's laughing from downstairs.
He slowly got up and walked toward the door. He knocked on it n yelled "daddy. I-i won't a-ask u to p-play. Lemme o-ut please" But no answer. He then gave up n sat on his bed looking at the sky through his window.
He was too small to understand what's happening...
Time skip to dinner~
Mrs. Jeon entered jungkook's room to call him for dinner but she saw a sleeping bunny instead. He shook her head in disappointment and yelled "jungkook wake up or no dinner" Jungkook quickly sat on his bed rubbing his eyes.
Mrs. Jeon twisted his ear and said "listen jungkook. Don't make me kick u out of this house. Behave like ur step brothers. How can u be such a disappointment to us? Even Kim's prove their selves better than us."
Jungkook whimpered and nodded various times. Mrs. Jeon scoffed n left the room. Jungkook quickly stood on his little feet and ran behind his mother.
On the dinner table~
All were already there seated on their seats when jungkook and Mrs. Jeon came. Jungkook hopped on his seat and waited patiently for food while jimin and taehyung were throwing tantrums.
"Bring the food fast mommy" Taehyung whined and jimin nodded giving puppy eyes. Jungkook looked at his brother and giggled.
Jin noticed jungkook and said "hello kookie" Jungkook heard it and greeted back shyly. Jin chuckled and patted his head.
Mrs. Jeon poured everyone their food. Everyone had equal amount of food but jungkook. His portion was half of the others. He pouted but still continued eating.
"Anyone wants more?" Mrs. Jeon asked. Taehyung, jimin and jungkook said yes. Mrs. Jeon nodded and poured taehyung and jimin the left over. Jungkook looked at the food they just gotten and licked his lips.
Young noticed how jungkook was starving there so he said "mom jungkook also asked for more. U should have gave him and also his portion was not even half of ours" Mrs. Jeon choked on her green tea and said "yoongi baby. The food is finished now and also jungkook eat that much everyday"
She was probably lying because jungkook looked at her in shock. How could she say that? She was trying to starve her own child? How pathetic.
Yoongi somehow nodded and ate his food. Jungkook was still starving so he asked abt dessert. "M-mommy what's for d-dessert?" Mr. And Mrs. Jeon glared at him. "Cake" Mrs. Jeon said. Jungkook cheered mently.

But the same thing happened. Everyone got a huge slice except for jungkook. He just got one bite. This time Namjoon tried to help him "hey kookie. Do u want some of mine?" Jungkook couldn't resist so he nodded happily.
"Namjoon eat ur cake. No need to share. Jungkook is on deit" Mr. Jeon said. Jungkook looked down, tears threatening to fall. He was still a kid. And the torture was too much for him. He has been alone his whole life and now if he have brothers. His parents are torturing him more.
