Maria's Pov
It's been a few weeks since the dance. Donna and Eric have split up, Hyde got so mad about what Eric did that he left town , and Hailey has been distant with me. She's been going out late at night and has been on the phone in the kitchen a lot. Now that Donna is single Jackie has been coming over more. That's okay...just gives me an excuse to see Kelso. Speaking of him, we had a date today. I was wearing a jean jumpsuit and white wedges. Then I straightened my hair.
He was taking me to the drive in. I heard a honk as I walked out of the house and then said my goodbyes. Kelso smiled at me and kissed me.
" You look hot."
" Thank you. By the way what movie is playing?"
" It's called Grease. "
" Really? Isn't that with John Travolta?"
" Yes it is."
I smiled at him as he started driving. We got there and he paid for our tickets and parked the car.
"I'm going to go to the refreshment stand , do you want anything?" he asked me
"Popcorn and coke please."
He nodded and closed there door. I started watching the trailers and commercials when i heard a guy giggling from next to me a little loud. I just ignored it first. Then it got louder , i looked to see who it was and i was shocked. It was Eric. He already moved on with Donna? Kelso came back and handed me my popcorn and coke. He started drinking his coke.
" Kelso.... look at the car to the right."
He gave me a confused look and looked to the left.
"Kelso the other right."
He looked and was in shocked and then laughed
" ALRIGHT ERIC!" He shouted
Eric looked up and saw us in shock. The blonde turned and it was Hailey!!
"Hails?"
She smirked and we all looked away due to awkwardness. I kept eating my popcorn and drinking my soda when I had to use the bathroom. I told Kelso where i was going and got out and started walking to the bathroom.
"Maria!!.."
I turned around and there was Hailey. I told her that we can talk so where not in the cars way disturbing there movie. I walked closer the bathroom and she stood at my side.
" Hailey.... you and Eric?"
" I know .... I know ."
" When? How ? What?"
" The night at the Valentine's Dance....couple of days after that, I went to go and talk to him and he told me that he was dating her cause he couldn't have me and then he kissed me."
"This is why you have been distant." I realized
"Well we don't know how to tell Donna. I mean she gave us her blessing but still."
" What about Hyde?"
" Maria, he hasn't talked or reached out to me at all! He left town before even talking to me about what happened. I had no control what Eric said so why should I worry about him.I would take that as a break up."
" Yeah you're right. Umm looks like the guys are getting impatient. "
We turned and they were both out of the car looking for us. We both laughed and went to use the bathroom. When we were done we went back to our cars. Kelso just smiled at me and asked if everything was okay. I nodded . He fake yawned and went to put his arm around my shoulder. I just giggled. Smooth moved Kelso.
"Why are you laughing?"
" You don't have to fake yawn to put your arm around my shoulder. "
He just blushed and went in for a kiss.

(Hailey's Pov)
I went back into the car.
"Everything okay?" Eric asked
"Everything's groovy Eric."
"How'd Maria take it?"
"She was shocked at first but then she's calmed. She's happy if i'm happy she said. How did it go with Kelso."
"He just high fived me and said 'NICE'."
I giggled " Sounds like him."
"Look Hailey.... if you want to go home I understand."
" What?! i'm having a great time and our friend and my sister are happy for us. Why would I want to leave?"
" I don't know.."
" Are you having second thoughts?"
" No! Absolutely not....... It's just i'm me and your you."
"That made no sense."
"I'm a four and you're a ten."
I laughed "you're not a four.... who said that?"
" It's how I feel."
I kissed his cheek " You're not a four... you're a ten."
he smiled "i'm a ten...."
Then we started making out again. After the movie was done, which was rad we went to our favorite burger joint because you can't get full on popcorn and soda. We're meeting Maria and Kelso there. After a few minutes we both made it and were eating our burgers and fries.
"That's officially my favorite movie." Maria said
"yeah mine to." Hailey agreed
"John Travolta......" we both gushed at the same time.
The boys cleared the throats and we just laughed
"What's the matter?" Maria giggled
"Worried you got competition?" I teased joining in on the fun
"What?...... No..." Eric said
"YES!" Kelso shouted
" It's okay guys...... what would John Travolta do at Point Place anyway?" Hailey asked
"Yeah true....no one comes here." Maria said
"ppfffff we're not worried." Kelso said
" oh yeah...?cause he's here." I told them
They turned around so fast i thought there necks were gonna snap. Maria and I laughed our butts off and threw a fry at them.
"She got you so good." Maria said
" Not funny." Eric said
"You're right it was hilarious!!" I told him

(Maria's Pov).
After dinner we went home. Eric was talking to Hailey in the driveway while Kelso , Donna and I were hanging out in our room . Donna was on her while Kelso was on the foot of her bed while i was right next to her.
"Where's Hailey?" Donna asked
" She's with-" Kelso started
" She's probably on her way from the mall." I told them
" The mall?" Donna asked
As on cue Hailey came in the room looking all
lovey.
" Hey guys."
" Hailey.....did you have fun at the mall?" I asked her
"Huh? oh yeah groovy . "
" You met someone there didn't you?... You're all giddy. " Donna said
" I got Bradly's number." she lied
" NO WAY! The hot guy that works at the food court! Lucky ! " Donna said
" where's the number?" kelso asked and i slapped his arm
" ouch! i just wanted to know "
" So when's the big date?" Donna asked her
" Next week maybe...i'm not sure but please don't make a big deal, especially when you see him?" Hailey asked everyone
" Hey guys ! Fez is outside with a basketball.Let's go play!!" I announced and we all went outside
" I don't get what's the big deal about Bradly...I mean i'm way prettier than he his!" Kelso shouted
" Of course you are honey." I patted his head
Then Eric walked in after parking the cruiser . Everyone was standing there awkwardly
" UHHH... i think i hear my mom calling me ." Donna left
"Well that was awkward...." Fez said
" I don't get why she can't be in the same room
as me. " Eric said
" Dude she's still pissed ." Kelso announced
" Shouldn't she have gotten over it by now ...."
" Oh Eric..... you messed up" Fez said
I took a look at Hailey and saw her reaction . She looked awkward and annoyed about the topic. I asked her if she wanted to go inside to and she nodded. We said our goodbyes and went to the house.
