There is a low probability of decreasing durability of items hit.

Tectonic Arrow- a high damage skill with a short range. For an average archer, 150-200 meters is where they can be confident of not being hit and sure of hitting they're shot. Anything less than 150 meters and they'd be worried about being attack a long range or movement skill. Which is why most players would use it for its splash damage effect.
Koma had been surrounded by monsters on his way to the poison bee hive. He no choice but to use Tectonic Arrow and create distance. Right now, this skill is his last hope.
"Tectonic Arrow."
Koma fire his last arrow at the Bear-Wolf's eye he didn't earlier. This was high last hope. If this arrow didn't hit he would have to run back into the elf city and get others to finish it off. That would only lead to further discrimination against hin aand maybe even being kicked out.
'No this has to work.'
The Bear-Wolf looked more liked an oversized hedgehog with all the arrow in it. Still it knew. This arrow approaching it's head was the last. If it stopped this last struggle then it's prey couldn't resist.
The Bear-Wolf painfully raised its arm to protect it's last good eye. It's paw was moving it's eye just for it to fall back down. It looked down at it's paw and saw a short dagger stuck in it. It then looked to see the elf collapse from and once the approaching eye struck its eye, it turned to grey ash.
"Pant... Pant..." Koma was exhausted. He expanded all of his mana and stamina. The heard a voice.
Good job, my child.

"Thank you, Mother." Koma hops back up as everything had been a lie. With his skill, mana, and stamina he felt good as new. There was only one thing left to do before continuing his hunt.
'I need to repair this.'
Povia Training Bow was too amazing to loose. He had been using throughout his entire hunt and the durability was scary low. So he chose the best way to repair it.
Koma sat down and started repairing the bow. Originally it was possible for players to repairs items in hunting group, unless they brought a blacksmith along. But elves were different.
Elves didn't have the concept of a blacksmith so all their bows and arrows were made by hand. There are a few elf craftsmans in the city but they were terrible compared to an average blacksmith. They would be praised by the king for making and epic bow and only a handful of elves in the royal guard had rares.
Because it was so bad, it was easy to learn. It didn't even increase stats when rare or higher rates items were made. Koma had learned it when he was trying to become an elf because arrows could be made out of 'any crafting material' and could be done easily. It wasn't much better than a repair kit when it come to repair when it come to effectiveness but it didn't have the disadvantage of 'chance to lower maximum durability.' It was a god skill for an archer.
"Time to hunt."
Koma repair the bow and crafted some arrows. Now he could hunt monsters in the boundary forest until it was time for his elemental ceremony.

Koma didn't go back to the elf city until it was time for him to receive an elemental. He wanted the absolute best results. He hunted day and night. When he wasn't hunting he was farming and taking care of the trees. He wanted to build up more affinity with the world tree by helping the forest as much as possible. He even bought farming equipment online to increase to make sure all 2 months in Satisfy were efficient and effective.
While he was working hard, the elfs were plotting...
"He didn't just get a mission from that stupid tree but he also had to take that bitch's bow."
The king of the elves was furious. He had already dislike Koma because Koma was trying to build a relationship with the world tree. Now he loathed him because Koma was not only favored by the world tree but he was given a bow used by the half-elf, Povia.
The world tree may be the mother of the elves but it always showed favoritism toward females. Then worse a half-elf became a legendary archer it got even worse. The king eventually couldn't stand it and eventually separated the males and females. He planned to strengthen the male elfs to one day suppress the female elfs, who had the world tree on their side. Then Koma came along. The king had wanted to use Koma to help strengthen the male elves but felt wary because Koma always praised the world tree. At first, the king was planning to make his move after Koma gained the power of elementals. Since Koma had bow skills comparable to the elite soldiers, he imagined Koma being one of his best knights once he gained an elemental.
But now all his hopes were crushed. Once he received the message to give Koma the training bow, the king knew the world tree was planning something.
"We must not allow Koma to gain an elemental."
The king was currently gathered with his the oldest and most powerful elves. They were the ones who strongly supported his decision to separate from the females elves and gathered together all the males under the king.
"I agree your majesty. We should banish the swindlers, who tried to intrude on your plan."
"We should make an example out of him in front of everyone and execute him."
"That immortal bastard will just come back. We should lock him up until we've takin care that stupid tree."
"no no Gentleman, have you forget the world tree looks over him. We shouldn't publicly get rid of him till we break his connection with it."
Lilt was the one to calm the 3 three other improve figures. Although he was the only elf among them, who were high elves, he was someone the king leaned on because Lilt had the same craving for knowledge as Greet Sage Sticks and is believed to soon become a sage.
"What do you believe should be done, Lilt?"
"We should wait for the moment when the world tree is about to give him an elemental. Then I will cut off his connection with the world tree and kill him on stage."
"Why not cut the connection and take care of him now?"
"For those who may have been influenced by Koma. We've spent so many years not publicly speaking about our plans against the world tree and female elves. We should take this opportunity to reignite the spirit of our cause."
"I see."
They all trusted Lilt's words because had never led them in the wrong direction. Lilt was the one who set up the room their in that negates the influence of the world tree. He was also the one who kept the world tree and female elfs from figuring out their plans. Needless to say, almost all the important decisions were verified by him.
As everyone is planning out out how to take care of Koma, Lilt is stand in the corner with a sinister expression.
"Fools."

Koma was the most excited he's ever been since starting Satisfy. Today was the day that'd hed become the first player to get an elemental. As he knelt down to the world tree...
