Aaliyah's POV:
A few days ago Jude and I celebrated our 6 month anniversary before he went back to Dortmund for the 22/23 season, I already miss him and we don't know when we'll see each other next. I on the other hand start school on Tuesday and that's in two days, I'm so nervous but also really excited to start Uni. Bella is back in Birmingham and we have spent time together, we made up for the time spent apart this summer by doing everything we've wanted to do together this summer. Ahmed did a tour of the Melwood and Anfield a few days after we had returned from Rwanda and he liked everything about it, he had discussions about a contract for 5 years with them and it was signed at the end of July. This is is the first time we're living away from each other for the first time in our lives, he'll be 1 hour and 40 minutes away from me but I'll still miss him a lot. I'm honestly really happy to see him achieving his dreams that he's had ever since we were kids, he picked the number 26 because our birthday is on the 26th of December and he wanted to pay a tribute to me. The person who is the most protective of me is Ahmed, ever since we were kids he always felt like it was his responsibility to protect me because I was his sister and he'd cry every time he saw me hurt.
I always felt guilty he was the one protecting me instead of me protecting him because I was older, he'd justify his protectiveness by saying
"I just want to protect you because you are my twin and it hurts me to see you cry or get hurt" he said that every time I tried to tell him he didn't need to protect me. When we helped him move to Liverpool, he and I both cried a lot mum found it cute that she took videos and pictures. I promised him I'd see him every weekend and he would come back home on days he didn't have training, we'll still see each other a lot but we just wished things didn't have to change. Right now I'm on a FaceTime with Jude and we're just talking about random things
Lia: my FYP is filled with your fans crying over the fact you have a girlfriend
Jude: the comments on my post are also going insane
Lia: I think it's because they are all seeing my face for the first time, and all the other pictures of me that they've seen are blurry
Jude: yeah probably
I was reading some of the comments out loud to Jude when I came across one that read, "She's so ugly, I really hope she dies" I just stared at it and stopped talking
Lia: oh
I said softly as I kept eyes on the comment, I'm sure Jude noticed I stopped talking because he started asking if I was okay
Jude: you okay?
Lia: yeah, just got a message that's all
Jude looked at me with the look he always has on when he can tell something's wrong, but I just gave him the smile I always gave him when I didn't want him to worry
Lia: ugh, it's an "apology" from Hannah
Jude: what did she say?
I cleared my throat and started reading the long message that said:
Dear Lia, I'm so sorry I didn't apologize earlier because I thought I wasn't in the wrong and that you were just being sensitive to my "jokes", but Jude actually talked to me about it and I "apologized" to him even though I should've been apologizing to you.He told me that he wasn't the person I should be apologizing to and told me that in my "apology" all I did was blame you even though I was the one in the wrong,(I completely agree with him now) my friend and Jude helped me realize that I was way out of line with the way that I treated you. I shouldn't have disrespected your relationship the way that I did and more importantly I would like to apologize for the insensitive comment I made about your scars, I shouldn't have said anything about them and I'm sorry that I assumed that they were sh scars. (If they are I really hope you are talking to someone) I want to hold myself accountable for my actions and because the way I acted towards you was so fucking disrespectful and I really regret how I treated you. I'm really sorry and I don't expect you to accept my apology, but I just wanted to let you know how truly sorry I am.

P.s you and Jude make a really cute couple
After I finish reading the letter, there's complete silence between Jude and I. It stays like that for a minute until Jude decides to break the silence
Jude: so what do you think about it?
Lia: I already forgave her, and I'm glad she's actually apologizing and acknowledging the fact that she was in the wrong
Jude: yeah, I really hope she's being genuine
I looked at him and just nodded in and gave him a smile because I didn't know what to say, he looked at me and returned the smile. It was silent for a minute but the comfortable kind, I decided to break the silence by talking about my new song
Lia: remember the song I was playing on the piano a few days ago?
Jude: yeah
Lia: well I finished it
Jude: that's really good, when will I get to listen to it?
Lia: right now actually, I recorded it so you could hear it
Jude: I'm so excited to hear it, what's it about?
Lia: so the song is called "If depression gets the best of me" and it's a song I wrote in case I lose my life to depression. I wrote this song for you and my mum, I hope you like it. Press play and don't say anything until your done listening
He just laughed at my last sentence before he pressed play and the song started playing
As the song played Jude managed to keep his facial expressions intact which made it hard for me to read him, I'd have to wait until the song was over to know wether he liked it or not.
After the song was done playing I looked at Jude nervously waiting for a response
Lia: so what'd you think?
Jude: it was good, your lyrics were once again very well written and you could tell that this song describes how your feeling
Lia: thank you
Jude: you are really talented it amazes me
Lia: haha, that's how I am when it comes to you and football.
Jude: I guess we're both talented in our own ways
Lia: yeah I guess you could say that
After that Jude replayed the song at least 100 times before he went to bed, I was really glad he liked the song. I had been nervous to let him hear the song but now that he's already heard it I feel relieved, and the fact he likes it makes me feel so much better.
