**Newt's POV**
We had been here almost a month now. Wherever here was. No one actually remembered anything. Just our names. That was all. Not a face or a place or even our last names. Just our first ones. But my parents must have been crazy to name me Newt. And poor Siggy (Though everyone called him Frypan now)
Sometimes I felt like I could remember snatches of a face. Some hair. A smile. A laugh. I had started to sketch these features. Blending them into a person. Someone real. A girl. I stared at the paper. Tracing each line with my thumb.
A name. There was a name. Screwing up my face I thought hard...... It had a 'C'......... Aha!
Camilla. I wrote in the corner.
I looked at it again. That wasn't right. I scribbled it out and wrote another
Carly.
No. Again it did not seem to fit the girls face. I stared at it for a few seconds, Thinking.
Cally.
It seemed like someone had spoken it. A light fruity female voice. I whipped round but I was alone.
Cally. Somehow. I knew this girl.
Somehow she was the key to escaping this prison. And cracking the maze. I had to run it every day. I hated it there. Made me feel like jumping off those shuck walls (OMG I'M SO SORRY IT'S JUST FOR EFFECT!! JUST EFFECT! AND IT'S SO IMPORTANT IN THE PLOT LATER!!)
Cally. But how on Earth would I find her?
