Today I woke up super early to go to morning practise as I couldn't go to practice after school because... I wanted to go somewhere with Cho after school to tell her that I... have feelings for Kageyama. I don't know why I wanted to tell her after yesterday but, I had always told her about the guys I liked and I thought maybe this would bring us close together again.
God the fact that I like Kageuama is so weird it makes me want to throw up but I need to come to terms with how I feel...

I also don't know if I should tell Cho but she is still my best friend even if she has changed

This has been a longgggg week and me and Kageyama have hardly made any progress for the project so we should probably meet up on Sunday
I put all my stuff into my bag and left the house, excited over the fact I get to walk with Kageyama. But as I walked to school I saw Kageyama and the excitement left me as self doubt clouded my head
I know annoying people is my whole thing but maybe im a bit to much
I know what Tsukki and Kageyama say to me are jokes...

Most of what they say to me doesn't actually hurt my feelings and I find funny but it's the whole "You're annoying" "why are you here" and when they act like they don't want me there
That's what really upsets me but I think that's why I'm mean back, to act like it doesn't upset me
Does that make me a bad person?
I think and hope Kageyama and Tsukki know what I'm saying to them are jokes
Sometimes I just wish I wasn't annoying then maybe they wouldn't say that stuff
I'm overreacting i know
But... they never say that stuff to Yachi
As I was thinking Kageyama turned around suddenly, like he knew I was behind him somehow. He stood still and looked at me confused I returned his confused look. He groaned that I didn't understand that he was telling me to walk to him
"Cmon! Chop chop, we don't have all day," he said while smiling slightly. Me heart started beating a million miles per second and a smile grew on my face

Now I know I'm not a complete nuisance
I ran up to him and past him and turned "Hurry up slowpoke," I said with a genuine smile
"It is wayyy too early to be running," he said while yawning
"Are you an old man or something?" I questioned as I stopped running and walked backwards until he caught up with me
"No, why are you up this early anyway?" He asked confused as he blinked slowly
"Decided to go to morning practise because I can't make it to after school practice," I said while losing all the energy that I had
"Why?" He asked with a raised eyebrow
"Well originally I was planning to hang out with Cho but she couldn't make it so now I might hang out with Yachi if she wants to," I said while smiling
"Why don't you just come to practice after school?" He asked while looking at me
"I need to share my presence with other people because I'm so amazing," I said while giggling
"Why would you ever say that?" he said while rolling his eyes
"Oh by the way, do you know who Oikawa is?" I asked nervously, I could sense there was tension between the two after the look I got from Oikawa yesterday when I mentioned Kageyama
"Are you talking about Tooru Oikawa?" He questioned his expression changing into the same one Oikawa had yesterday
Why did both of their faces do that?
And why can't I figure out the expressions
"Tooru, Hm — was Tooru his first name? Did he say his first name?" I thought out loud and Kageyama groaned. Suddenly it came back to me that Oikawa did say his first name when he said he would take my last name if we got married 'Tooru L/n' "yeah! It is Tooru!" I said smiling wide that I remembered
"He told you that in person? When did you guys meet?" He questioned me with a sort of an angry expression
I knew there was bad blood
"Yesterday, he was one of the people there when I went to hang out with Cho," I said nervously
"Do you like him?" He asked abruptly

"In what way?" I asked flustered with an eyebrow raised
"Any way," he said looking at me intensely waiting for my response
"Well, I mean he seemed alright, I wouldn't refuse to hang out with him," I said with a shrug trying to down play how much I actually like Oikawa's company
Shit, I should have said that I hated Oikawa

He stopped his intense staring after I answered and looked away

I thought Kageyama fanboyed over Oikawa
I wonder why he hates him now
"Nothing nothing," he said with his head facing the front
"You guys should be playing against them at some point, right?" I asked trying to ease the situation
"Yeah, hopefully. Also I think Kiyoko is planning to ask if you want to be manager soon"
"YAY, THAT'S GONNA BE GREAT! DO YOU THINK SHE'LL LET ME ASK YACHI AS WELL?" I shouted happily
"Possibly," he said with his robot expression

"Oh and if you make it early to lunch you could possibly meet Cho," I said trying to sound happy

I'm just glad he's not robot Kageyama anymore

"Bleh bleh 'you are' ha ha ha, how hilarious," I said sarcastically
"Maybe you should walk a few steps behind me so people think we aren't walking together" he replied while looking at me embarrassed
"You're lucky to be walking with me! Also, how will people see us if no ones at school yet" I questioned
"The people from the volleyball team, dummy," he said while we were walking into the school
Thank god were walking to the gym peacefully
I cant handle running again today

We opened the door to the gym but no one was there "Where is everyone?" I asked as I looked around confused
"Seems like we're here extra early," Kageyama said surprised
"That's so unlike us," I said quietly as I continued to look around suspiciously
"I know... it's odd," he continued to look around weirded out and then shrugged and walked to the changing rooms
When he went into the changing rooms I sat down on a bench but then the door suddenly opened
And in walked Tsukishima

"How great, it's you," I said sarcastically
How can I really be hurt when I do it back to them?
God I'm so pathetic
He just rolled his eyes "Where is everyone?" He asked
"We must be here early," I said with a happy and proud look
"That's strange" he replied weirded out "Also why are you here by yourself?" He asked confused
"I'm not, Kageyama is in the changing rooms"
"Awww, how sweet," he said in a teasing tone as he sat down next to me
"SHUT UP! AND WHERE IS YAMAGUCHI" I shouted while nudging him
"He's off sick," he said with an angry face that he tried to hide by looking away
Somethings definitely off
"Is he okay?" I asked concerned
"You know, we don't have to go everywhere together," he sighed
"I know, but he's the only person you like and not just tolerate," I said while looking at Tsukishima concerned
Have they fallen out?
"He's not the ONLY person I like," Tsukishima said sternly
"Then who-" he broke me off "Look, just forget it, ok?" he said annoyed
I looked at him intently and decided it was best to change the subject
"Are you sure you guys have practice today?" I asked after I few minutes
"Yup we must have just arrived early"
"Such a weird day" I said placing my head on the wall and Tsukishima done the same
"You're the weird one coming so early," he said with a smirk
"HEY YOU CAME EARLY TOO" I shouted turning my head slightly to look at him so I could show him how annoyed I was
"Not on purpose! It's only because I didn't have to wait today," he said in a sad tone but tried to hide it quickly
He must wait on Yamaguchi
I wonder what happened

I don't know why but that sort of makes me sad
"I forgot when morning practice starts so I just woke up super early," I said in a happy tone to try and cheer him up
"Why are you here anyway?" He curiously asked
"I can't come to practice after school so I decided to come to morning practice" I shrugged
"Why can't you come after school?"
"Well originally, I was going to meet with Cho but she can't go" I yawned
"So why can't you just come after school then?" he questioned
"Everyone wants to spend time with me so I shall share it equally! Plus, I'm going to ask Yachi to hang out after school," I said while winking at him
He just looked away from me embarrassed "DONT BE WEIRD LIKE THAT" he shouted
"WHATTT" I quested innocently
"Ugh go kiss Kageyama," he said while shoving my face away
"Shut upppppp," I said while shoving him back
As we were laughing and shoving each other back and forth Kageyama came out of the changing rooms
"Aren't you guys cute?" Kageyama smirked. Me and Tsukki looked at him startled and then back to each other and realised how close we were to each other
"AHHH!" I shouted while scooting away from him
"YOU'RE THE ONE THAT WAS CLOSE TO ME!" he shouted panicked
"YOU SAT DOWN NEXT TO ME!" I exclaimed
"WHATEVER! IM GOING TO GO CHANGE," he said while standing up and storming off to the changing rooms
"DONT BE A BABY!" I shouted after him and he flipped me off as he continued walking
HE FLIPPED ME OFF
That fucktard just flipped me off
I'm in shock
"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU JUST FLIPPED ME OFF!" I said while looking at him shocked
He laughed while opening the changing rooms and walking inside. I looked at Kageyama shocked and he just shook his head
I can't believe I just got flipped off
And from all people it had to be Tsukishima
"Soooo... do you like Tsukishima?" Kageyama asked while sitting down next to me. His question and the fact he suddenly sat down next to me made me lose all my shock, instead I was filled with nerves
"NO I DO NOT LIKE KEI!" I shouted annoyed trying to ignore my sudden rapidly beating heart
"Why do you call him by his first name then? I know you can say Tsukishima" he questioned while looking at me curiously
"It's because it annoys him" I giggled
He was about to reply until we noticed that Diachi, Suga, Asahi and Kiyoko walked in
I ran up to them and waved "HII GUYS!"
"Hiii Y/n, lovely to see you today," said Suga with a warm smile
"Lovely to see you too!" I laughed
"I'm not trying to be rude Y/n, but why are you at morning practice?" Diachi asked surprised
"I can't come to practice after school so I decided to come to morning"
God I'm really getting sick of explaining this to people
"Ahhh ok," he said with a smile
"Why are you guys here so early?" Asahi asked confused
"I honestly don't know, I didn't expect to be here so early," I said making my thinking face
"Is anyone in the changing room?" asked Daichi while walking into the gym more
"Only Tsukishima," Kageyama said while looking at them
"Ok" Daichi replied smiling at Kageyama while walking to the changing rooms with Asahi and Suga
"Why can't you come to practice after school Y/n?" asked Kiyoko as she was walking over to the stage
Ah here we go again
"Because I originally had plans to hang out with a friend but she has plans so I'm going to hang out with another friend if she agrees to it, you can come if you want?!" I said while trying to hoist myself up on the stage but failing which was weird because I'm around the same height as Kiyoko — maybe a little taller and she got up here fine
"Hahaha idiot, can't even sit on a stage," Kageyama laughed
"Shut up!" I said while finally managing to do it
I just laughed smugly while Kageyama rolled his eyes and looked at his phone
"I would like to go with you Y/n but I have to go to practice even if it's not an important practice I have to go to every one" Kiyoko said sadly
"Awww that sucks" I replied with a frown
"I was going to ask you if you wanted to be manager but you don't have to if you don't want to," she nervously said as she rubbed the back of her neck
"AHH YAY! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU TO ASK FOR SOOOO LONG! Well- only actually like... four days, but anyway! I WOULD LOVE TO BE MANAGER!" I replied while almost falling off the stage because of my excitement "IM OKAY IM OKAY," I said catching myself from falling off
"I'm so happy you agreed to be manager!" Said Kiyoko while hugging me
"Is it okay if I ask someone else if they want to be manager with me?" I questioned hoping she'd say yes
"Yes, that's a great idea! Who are they though?" She asked excitedly as she leaned out the hug
"It's my friend, Yachi," I said excitedly
"Yeah, you can ask her! We'll actually have to meet her first but I'm sure it will be fine" she said with a smile
"Yay! I shall try figure out a way to get her to come," I said while thinking of ways
"Well we do have matches coming up soon so I hope you're prepared!"
Luckily Kiyoko likes me or I would have never gotten to be manager
I don't know ANYTHING about sports
"Yup, I'm so prepared to winnnn," I said while cheering
As we continued to walk about more details of managering, Tsukishima walked out from the changing rooms
"KEI! GUESS WHAT!" I said while jumping off the stage and running up to him
"Ughh what is it?" he groaned
"IM GOING TO BECOME MANAGER AND IM GOING TO ASK YACHI IF SHE WANTS TO BE MANAGER TOO!" I said excitedly and Tsukishima looked away freaked out
"Why would I care?" Said Tsukishima trying to not be affected by the news of Yachi maybe becoming manager
"BECAUSE YOU-" before I could finish Tsukishima covered my mouth

"Watch what you say Y/n," said Tsukki while leaning down and looking at me in the eyes seriously
I was trying to grab his hand away from my mouth while mumbling 'I wasn't going to say anything'
As this was the third time he has done this and he wouldn't listen to my pleads...
I licked his hand
"EWWW Y/N, WHAT THE HELL?!" Tsukishima said while taking his hand from my mouth and looking at it in disgust
"THIS IS THE THIRD TIME YOU HAVE DONE THAT! YOU DESERVE IT" I said while laughing
"IM GOING TO DIE YOU'VE PROBABLY GIVEN ME A DEADLY DISEASE," He said panicking about his hand
"STOP BEING OVERLY DRAMATIC YOU BIG BABY," I said while going closer to him and pulling his cheeks
"Y/NNNNNN YOU'RE GOING TO MURDER ME," he said while grabbing my wrists and trying to pull my hands away from his face
As this was all happening Tanaka, Noya and Hinata walked in, we only realised they were there from Tanaka's laughing. We turned around and looked at them Noya and Hinata were looking at us confused and freaked out, me and Tsukishima let go of each other and stepped away from each other
"What were you guys doing?" asked Noya with a stunned face
"I was annoying Kei that's it," I said with a shrug
"Mhmmm okayyy" said Tanaka sarcastically
"Not you as well" I mumbled with a sigh
Suga, Diachi and Asahi walked out of the changing rooms and just in time Coach Ukai walked him. He stared at us all surprised that we were all here, well minus Yamaguchi
"Okay great, everyone's here," he said still surprised "Even Y/n is here, how wonderful," he said sarcastically
"Ouch I'm hurt," I said while clutching my heart
"Mhmmm ok, everyone get to practice then," he said while rolling his eyes at me
As everyone went to practice, Hinata came running up to me "Hi Y/n!" He said happily
"Hiii Hinata! Don't tell anyone else but I might become manager, I just need to sweet talk coach Ukai" I whispered to him
"YAY THIS IS GREAT NEWS," he said while jumping up and down
"What is?" Suga questioned suspiciously
"NOTHING NOTHING" me and Hinata both replied
"I'll talk to you later Y/n, I should probably go practice," he said while running off
"Ok byeee," I said while giving him a thumbs up to encourage him
I walked up to Kiyoko tiredly "Wish me luck Kiyoko!" I said while looking over at coach Ukai
"Ah he'll say yes... hopefully" she said while giggling
"You're not helping!" I groaned
"Sorry sorry, just give it a try and if he says no, annoy your way into forcing him," she said while smiling and giving me a thumbs up to encourage me
"See that's much better!" I smiled
"Now go," she said while slightly pushing me i gave her one more look of distress before taking a deep breath and walking up to Coach Ukai
"Well well well, hi coach Ukai!" I said while sitting down next to him
"Please Y/n, I cannot deal with another headache caused by you" he replied tiredly
"So mean," I said with a pout
"Yeah yeah, whatever," he said as he rolled his eyes
"Where's Takeda?" I asked while looking around for him
"He doesn't come to morning practice, he does paperwork instead," coach Ukai said while looking at everyone practising
"Ah okay," I said while nodding my head "How do you feel about me becoming manager?" I blurted out
"Never in a million years," he said straight away barely even letting me finish my sentence
"But whyyyyyy" I whined
"What do you know about volleyball?" he asked as he looked at me seriously
"Well... um... what do you know!" I said while looking away from him in a huff
"That's what I thought"
"But I thought you were just pretending to hate me and it was all a joke," I said sadly
"Whatever helps you sleep at night"
"If the WHOLE team wants me to be manager will you at least consider it" I begged
"Maybe" he said regretting his words instantly
"Can we ask them?!" I said while standing up from the bench
"Go ahead," he yawned
"What do I do? Do I just shout?" I questioned confused as I looked between him and the team
"Ugh so incapable," he said while standing up
"Wow, I'm offended!"
"EVERYONE" coach Ukai shouted. Everyone stopped practising and surrounded us "Ok so we're going to do a useless vote"
"A vote on what?" Daichi asked curiously
"A vote on if you want me to be your manager or not!" I said happily
"WAIT! Y/N CAN BE OUR MANAGER?" Tanaka shouted shocked
"WHY DO WE EVEN NEED TO VOTE ITS AN OBVIOUS YES" Noya shouted excited
"That's what I said!" I said with a smile
"Ok, if you want Y/n to be our manager put your hand up," said Coach Ukai as he rolled his eyes
Daichi put his hand up
Suga put his hand up
Asahi put his hand up
Noya put his hand up
Tanaka put his hand up
Hinata put his hand up
Kiyoko but her hand up
Even Kageyama put his hand up
But Tsukki never
"Keiiiiiii," I said while looking at Tsukishima annoyed
"No."
"Whyyyyyyy" I whined
"Because" he said crossing his arms
"Pleasseeee"
"No."
"Ughhhhhh so annoyinggggg," I said while walking up to him and putting his hand up
"See, even Kei says yes," I said while looking at coach Ukai and smiling, coach Ukai rolled his eyes
"Yknow what? I'm way too tired for this, I guess you can be manager," he said while pinching the bridge of his nose and looking down disappointed
"Can I ask my friend as well?" I asked with a nervous laugh
"Seriously?" he said while looking at me with wide eyes and I just nodded my head "Fine it couldn't get any worse anyway," he said while sitting down on the bench
"YAYYYY!" I shouted as I faced the team
"PARTYYYYYY!" shouted Tanaka as he tried to take his shirt of but Daichi stopped him
"Yippee," said tsukishima sarcastically
"WE GOT THE BEST MANAGER," said Hinata and I giggled
"THIS IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING TO CELEBRATE," said Noya as him, Tanaka and Hinata ran around the gym
They're like puppies
"AW, YOU GUYS ARE TO KIND!" I shouted with a smile, feeling very appreciated and wanted
"Everyone just go get changed," said Coach Ukai annoyed
Everyone went off to get changed while I turned around to coach Ukai "Sooo, I know I just became manager butttt I can't make it today," I said with an innocent smile
Yeah I'm definitely pushing my luck
"That's certainly not a bad thing but you'll have to come to every practice after that!" he said sternly
"Yay! Thanks Coach Ukai" I said happily as I gave him a hug and he groaned "your the best!" I said releasing him from my hug
"Yeah yeah, now go get out of my sight," he said while rolling his eyes
"Byeee Kiyoko, I'll see you tomorrow!" I said waving at her and walking out
"Bye Y/n" she replied while smiling
As me, Kageyama and Tsukishima had history first thing, I decided to wait for them so I sat on the steps outside the gym entrance bored
these steps are freezing cold so they better come out soon
