I once heard the life story
Of a girl who cut badly
And lived a horrible life
But managed, though sadly
And after her story
I accepted her gladly
Her heart had been broken
And her cuts didn't scare me
But she inspired my brain
To write my own story
About my past and my life
My own testimony
And now I am sitting here
Writing and waiting
For my poor brain
To stop procrastinating
