of that simple utterance
like venom
dripping off my tongue
killing my soul
killing my mind
my very devotion
and now i'm here
crying acid tears
wishing to go back
to the days
when "i love you"
never hurt
welp. how many times do i have to say that i find love so difficult? anyways, i wrote this while feeling bad about how i hadn't said i love you to my best friend for so long. i wish i had the confidence and ability to tell her how much i love her, but it's such a difficult emotion for me to feel, so i barely say it.
