Inazuma
The streets of Inazuma city bustled.
It's been 3 days since Raiden Shogun came out Tenshukaku and abolished the Vision Hunt Decree.
She sometimes is seen walking along outside of Tenshukaku, the Grand Shrine, and along with the street shops of Inazuma city.
Yae seems to be always there or Kujou Sara.
I lost count of the new kimonos and souvenirs they brought me.
Thank goodness I have a closet in my teapot or I don't think my bag can hold all those colorful outfits.
We were doing commissions in Inazuma when we heard passersby talking about an Oni.
"Demon!" Hissed Xiao, sniffing the air.
"It's fine, I'm sure the Oni is nice..." I began.
"Hmmm well from what Paimon is hearing from those people is that the Oni stole something from people and even attacked them!" Replied Paimon.
"Well..." I began.
"Hmmm." Goes Xiao.
We then walked towards the adventurer's guild.
"Hello, it's good to see you here traveler and Adeptus," Greeted Katheryne.
"Hi Katheryne, it's us! Was there something we could help with?" Asked Paimon curiously.
"Yes, I'm afraid that I have another task that requires your assistance." Replied Katheryne.
"Okay?" I asked.
"We recently received a commission directly from the Tenryou Commission and for some reason, the assignment is labeled both urgent and dangerous." Explained Katheryne.
"Okay, we'll take it," I replied.
"That's great! Also allow me to explain, the Tenryou Commission recently issued an arrest warrant for a young Oni by the name of Arataki Itto." Explained Katheryne.
"An Oni? You mean those big tough-looking guys with horns on their heads?" Asked Paimon.
"That's correct, this particular Oni is quite vocal and audacious, so he has quite the interesting reputation in Inazuma." Replied Katheryne, she then added, "That said he never been caught up in any trouble until now, because he has been accused of stealing things and whisking people, as in kidnapping them."
"Interesting." Replied Xiao, with arms crossed.
"But that wasn't the only suspicious part when the Tenryou Commission tried to apprehend him, he assaulted the officer before making a getaway with his accomplices." Replied Katheryne, shaking her head with a sigh.
"Alright, we'll see what we can do." I nodded.
"I have complete confidence in you two, however, please exercise caution, because this Oni happens to hold a Geo vision and is the leader of an organization known as the Arataki Gang." Warned Katheryne.
"He has a gang, I have an Adeptus," I replied, glancing at Xiao.
I was going to add I also have a Fatui harbinger and a healing Ice
"A fight with a demon, interesting." Replied Xiao as he stood beside me.
"Alright good luck," nodded Katheryne as she watched us go.
We went inside my teapot because for this quest I decided to take Qiqi with me.
Childe had left a note on the table saying he went to the hot springs that the Shogunate and friends of the Resistance built for our teapot realm. He also said he's gonna take a break from commissions these days.
I placed the note back onto the table.
"Let's go," I replied as we came back out of the teapot.
We decided to ask some people in Inazuma who knew Itto.
We first then went to ask Ogura Mio.
"Arataki Itto? Oh yeah I heard about the whole incident. I'm sure the Tenryou Comission has a mix-up on their end. He would never do anything this dastardly" Replied Ogura Mio.
"Oh?" I asked, confused.
"He doesn't have that evil in hin at all! In fact he's great with kids, he spends time with them, playing children's games like Hide and Seek, or Rock, Paper Scissors and other games." Explained Replied Mio.
"Huh why would a demon do that?" Asked Xiao, confused.

"Itto is no demon!" Exclaimed Mio, "he's quite competitive, and you know kids being kids, can be the most difficult to outsmart. He used to lose a lot in their little games, sometines catastrophically..." replied Mio, trying not to laugh at the memory.
"Did he ever win any games?" I asked, curious.
"Oh yes he did! One time I saw him win, he started jumping around and yelling words like: I won! I finally won! Unbeatable!" And after, he took the kid's candy as the prize and ate it right in front of the poor kid!" Explained Mio.
"Ugh That's just plain mean!" Stomped Paimon in the air.
"He didn't devour the kid right?" Asked Xiao, slightly concerned.
"What no! Of course not! Young man let me tell you Itto is not some child-eating demon! What are you thinking!" Hissed Mio, now glaring at Xiao.
"Sorry, don't mind Xiao, he's just being cautious." I replied.
"I don't want that demon harming you or the people here." Replied Xiao with arms crossed.
"I can assure you young man, the only bad thing he did was steal the kid's candy! I scolded him after that and he apologized to the kid!" The two were laughing later like nothing happened, and so I really don't think he would do such things like the Tenryou Comission said!" Exclaimed Mio.
"Oh." Replied Xiao, looking away.
"Good luck on your investigation." Nodded Mio.
We then went to ask Furuya Noboru.
"Arataki Itto? I heard what happened. To be completly honest I was kind of surprised, okay maybe not super surprised..." began Noboru.
"What you mean?" Xiao asked.
"He's just... very overbearing in everything he does. Overdoing things you could say. Big and brash, always causing a ruckus." Replied Noboru, shaking his head, chuckling to himself.
"Anything else we need to know?" I asked as I was taking notes with the quill pen from Monstadt.
"He's a larger than life big guy, but he's emotionally volatile? You would say emotionally vulnerble I guess. When he's in a good mood, he's the happiest man alive, but when he's in a bad mood, he gets completly enraged." Explained Noboru.
"So he gets happy and angrily easily?" I asked.
"Yes! And I personally don't see him as a bad guy at all, he's the type of person whose willing to lend a helping hand, or having fun with the kids on the street or with the gang, sometimes causing a scene though... that one time when he stole the kid's candy..." Goes Noboru.
"Oh yeah, Mio told us the story!" I laughed.
"Yes, he seems to be loved by the children and I hope this incident wasn't caused by him, surely his lack of incone wouldn't have drove him to this..." Sighs Noboru.
We then bid Noboru goodbye.
As we were walking we accidentally stumbled upon a Shogun soldier.
"Traveler! Have you seen an Oni named Arataki Itto?" Asked a soldier.
"You know him?" I asked.
"Oh yeah! I'm Uesugi by the way." Introduced the young man, "We've been trying to arrest him recently!" He exclaims.
"But surely he wouldn't do something like that..." I began.
"You never know!" Interupted Uesugi, "the Vision hunt was a mistake, just thought maybe perhaps kind of explain his psychological motives as a way for revenge!" Explained Uesugi.
"Did you guys confiscate his vision?" I asked, shocked.
"Yeah, as embarassing as it is to admit, but after you and the gentelmen next to you saved us and let the Her Excellency abolish the Vision Hunt Decree, the visions were all returned, including Itto's." Explained Uesugi.
"No wonder..." Thought Xiao.
"Back then it even took General Kujou Sara just to fight and restrain him, just to hand his Geo vision over, what a fuss!" Exclaimed Uesugi, shaking his head and laughing.
"Anything else?" I asked as I took notes.
"Strangely enough we thought he was a suspect, but now he's prime suspect! When we surrounded him he admitted and then threw us off the trail!" Exclaimed Uesugi.
"Wonder why he would do that..." Replies Paimon.
"Who knows! But if you do find him please catch him and bring him to the Tenryou comission will you?" Asked Uesugi.
"Ok." I replied.
"Sorry for asking you so much traveler, if you do find him, we'll make sure to pay you as much as possible." Nodded Uesugi as he left.
We then went to Sango who told us the legendary story of the Red Oni and Blue Oni.

Detective Sango then gave us some yellow beans for us to throw at Itto, because according to Sango, "all Oni are weak against beans."
Xiao took it in his pockets right away, so did Paimon and me.
We then continued our investigation that took us to Yashiori Island.
