I was out on patrol when I got an update from ALICE (my new A.I. in my mask)
There is a shoot out taking place on the docks. Reports also say a monkey was seen around there. ALICE informed me.

Venom launched me through buildings as we made it to the docks I perched myself on the corner of a roof of a building and looked around. I could see bursts of gun fire and it echoed through the docks.
I looked around for another split second before i jumped into action. Me and Peter all ways had to analyze a situation in Seconds, if we didn't find a quick and safe way to do things fast more people would get hurt.
But we where either really smart or impulsive...... actually its both but its worked this far.
I jumped down and kicked a guy in the head knocking him out. I grabbed my staff and it expanded right into a guys face breaking his nose, i also hit him over the head hard knocking him out.
I moved on to the next few guys and knocked them out quickly.
I turned to face the last guy when he was shot a bunch of times through the chest. He fell to the floor dead.
Behind the man's body was a snow monkey wearing a suit and a pair of dark glasses, the monkey also had a katana and a rifle in one hand.
"What the fuck!" I yelled shocked.
The monkey made a monkey noise and pointed his katana at me. ( I have no clue what I'm doing)
"Who bro chill, who are you" I asked.
And if you were wondering yes I am trying to start a conversation with a monkey.
"Why did you kill them?" I asked getting starlit to the point.
The monkey made a bunch of hand gestures that I noticed to be ASL (American sign language).
"Because it's my job" he sighed.
"Woah you know sign language" I asked.
"Yes it's not hard"
"Ok sassy monkey" I rolled my eyes, "buy you didn't awnser my question why did you kill them"
"I already said it's my job"
"You avoiding the question" I pointed.
"I'm an assassin" monkey signed again.
"Wait your the guy Deadpool's been fighting here and there!" I relized.
"The mercenary?" He sighed.
"YA that's him"
"He's on my list, killer of killers that's me"
"That's mean. He's a good guy once you get past the murder" I defended Wade.
"Debatable" he signed again.
"What ever- HAVE YOU BEEN SHOT" I yelled.

"It will be fine" he argued waving his hands more frantically.
"Oh no I have stitched up many bullet wounds before and that looks bad your gonna want help.. also it's in a place where I don't think you can reach" I told the monkey.
The Monkey argued with the air for a little, and I mean literally argued, he was cooing and waving at the air before he huffed and started signing again.
"Fine but only because your apparently 'a good person'" he huffed.
"Alright hang on I'll bring you back to my place because I don't really think you talk to people much" I joked grabbing onto him and holding him tight as Venom swung us off the ground.

We landed at the window and crawled in and landed on the floor.
"Alright lemme get the med kit stay here" I ordered grabbing the med kit from the bathroom.
"Alright take of your suit jacket and sit down so I can get to work" I said grabbing tweezers and a needle and thread.
"So what do you want me to call you, or is just Monkey fine" I asked as I moved the bullet out.
"Monkey is fine" he signed with one hand.
"Nice" I mumbled as I stoped the blood flow and threaded the needle.
"You wanna bite down on something" I asked.
"Sure" he signed with the one hand.
"Alright lemme get-" I was cut off when a wooden spoon hit me in the head.
"VENOM DONT THROW THINGS" I yelled.

"Sorry" monkey sighed.
"Bout what" I asked. "Bite" I said as he bit down on the spoon.
I started to stitch him up as he signed more.
"About Bryce he's a ghost"
I stoped for a moment "so you mean there is a ghost in this room"
"Yes"
"And that's what threw the spoon"
"He's working on picking up things"
"This is one of the odder things I've heard but ok" I said finishing up the stitches and cutting the string of the thread.
"Alright bite down extra hard this is gonna hurt the most" I said as I grabbed some iodine and put it on a cloth.
"3, 2, 1, here we go" I counted down.
I placed the cloth on top of the stitches to fully strilize them.
Monkey hissed and clenching his hands as he bit down harder.
"Done" I announced and took off the cloth.
"I just gonna wrap it and then it should be good to go" I say unrolling some bandages.
I put a pad of gauze on top of the stitches and wrap around and on top of it with a thing of bandages.
"Alright you should be good but try not to move it for now" I ordered.
"Thank you" he signed.
"No problem..... want some food?" I asked.
"I should get going"
"It's cold I doubt you got a GOOD place with good food to stay" I offered.
Hit monkeys POV
"Do itttttt" Bryce drawled floating above my head.
"I don't need to stay I'll just take up space" I said to him.
"But it's cold out I know you lived in mountains or something but do you know how many times I have almost floated away because of the wind" he yelled.
"No"
"Oh come on, free food, pliers you owe me or I won't help you cheat in poker games anymore" be blackmailed.
"Fine" I agreed.
"FUCK YA" he shouted.
I looked back at The Venom who was looking back and forth at me and Bryce who she couldn't see. He only haunts me.
"Excuse me Mr. Monkey pants I don't Haunt you! It's a partner ship!" Bryce yelled.
"I will get a ring of salt" I threatened.
"Alright I'm chill, I don't need any more janitors sweeping me off to hell again"
I rolled my eyes and turned back to Venom. "I'll stay" I signed with my good arm.
"Yes! You like pizza" she asked.
i nodded.
"Awsome I'll get it going"
- later with the pizza-
"So how do you know sign language" she asked.
"Bryce thought me, said it would be good to know" I signed.
"And it is" Bryce floated buy.
"So lemme get this right Bryce is a dead assassin that now haunts you" she asked.
I just nodded in return.
"How did you learn" I asked.
"My parents friend Dan, he was a doctor and when he was alive he had a few patients who where deaf or mute so he learned and then thought me" she explained with a sad look on her face.
"When he was alive?" I asked.
"Ya he died, but I think it was quick it looked liked he died on impact" she shrugged. "He looked scared though, his eyes were still open" she whispered the last part.
I put my hand on her shoulder in a comforting way.
"Thanks" she smiled.
"But it's better now, I was in denial for a little bit but I've excepted it now"
"Wow that's some serious trauma there" Bryce said from the kitchen. He was sitting on the table.
"Stop it" I told him. He just raised his hands in defense.
"Enough sad stuff we should be getting to bed I got work tomorrow. I'll set up the couch for you and leave window unlocked" she explained going to set up the couch.
Soon as the couch was set up she handed me two blankets.
"It can get cold so here are some blankets, I left the window unlocked so when you need to you can go" she said.
"Oh I also left my work number on a pice of paper on the table if you ever need help with gun shots or a place to hide I'll be your girl" she smiled.
"Thank you, a lot" I sighed.
"No problem. Night dude" she called as she walked down the hallway.
I set up the blankets on the couch and curled up and went to bed.
With Bryce
I wanted to snoop.

I also don't sleep.
I moonwalked down the hallway and went to her door and went to pass through it when I hit a wall.
I tried to pass through but I couldn't.
Then it hit me.

Alex POV in the morning
I woke up early and stepped out of bed still in my suit. I didn't chance just in case monkey was still here, even though I let him in my house I wasn't gonna let him see my face.
I opened the door after sweeping the salt out of the way. Monkey told me Bryce can't pass through salt so I took some pointers.
I walked into the kitchen and looked around. The blankets were folded and the window was shiny and locked again. There was a note on the table. I picked it up and read it.

The paper read in messy writing. I smirked a little and grabbed a little food before I went back and changed into some warm clothes so I could go to work.
After I got dressed I headed to work.
Hit monkeys POV
I waited for her to leave the apartment and I watched her apartment and soon saw someone walk out who looked close enough to her.
"THATS HER" Bryce yelled.
"Yes" I told him.
"She's a kid" he noted.
"Yes"
"Let's follow her to work"
We need up following her to her work and just before she went through the door she turned around and looked at me and saluted.
She knew we where there the whole time
"Ohhh she's good" Bryce commented form next to me.
