"Oh right. On my way to school this morning, I was sworn at twice? They said that uh...'If I were you, I'd kill myself' I think...?"

"Hey! You didn't do anything wrong! Don't bother listening to that nonsense!"
Jung-in popped up in the middle of their conversation, causing Dan-I to misunderstand his words as she tried to hold it in.
"N-No I mean, I didn't mean to say that you should hold it in! I mean, don't care about those loud-mouthed people who don't even know anything about you!"
Taking off and slamming her headphones on her desk, Y/N turned her head around and stared at Dan-I's light brown eyes.
"You can think of it like this, people who hate you are just your confused admirers. They can't figure out the reason why everyone loves you."
Everyone was left speechless as an imaginary crow flew above their heads.
"WHAT?!"
"Nothing! Just didn't think you would be that wise, that's all."
Jung-in sheepishly scratched the back of his head as Y/N scoffed.
"Yeah, I may not seem wise, but my brother is."
"Oh, I thought you were going to compliment yourself. Continue."
"My brother always told me to 'speak boldly and with intellect. Never hush your voice for someone's comfort. Speak your mind, make someone uncomfortable'. Isn't he smart?"
"Yeah...Your complexion looks better today, compared to the past few days."
Coughing suspiciously as she patted her chest so that she could swallow her water, Y/N looked away before admitting that her brother had helped her get through the nasty comments yesterday.
"Aww, that's so sweet! What did he do?"
"Well, he surprised me in the morning with a tweet that he posted on my account that said 'Dear haters, I have so much more for you to be mad at. Just be patient.' And after that, he brought me to a place where we could just throw glass on the floor and smash them with a hammer. And lastly, after dinner, he taught me a few more moves to attack someone with a knife in their hands. That's so cool, right?"

Mina and Hye-hil just ruffled her hair lightly before taking out the strawberry pocky and banana milk so that they could keep the girl in her seat before she went on a rampage.
"Hey Dan-I, stand behind me, just in case."
The two of them quietly opened the door to the rooftop as they saw Yuri and Jae standing together.
"Ah, you finally ca-"
"Cut the crap. Get to the point."
Spitting out the bubblegum that was in her mouth, Y/N stood in front of Dan-I intimidatingly, willing to protect the girl even if it cost her life.
"I will talk to Dan-I, Jae will talk to Y/N. Is that okay?"
Staring at Dan-I who nodded at Y/N firmly, Y/N unwillingly made her way to where Jae was standing.
"Looks like we meet again, did you miss me, Y/N?"
"Erm, no. I was living life happily without you. You were the one who requested to meet me on this rooftop, so it seems like you're the one missing me instead."
"As blunt as usual."
"What do you want?"
"Your mom to know that you are back here in Korea, having the time of your life with your brother. Hmm, I don't know, maybe I should alert her bodyguards too! Maybe they could actually put your mom's heart at ease once they have arrested your brother and sent him to prison for abusing his own family members."
"I will warn you now and I will warn you again. Jae, do not test my limits."
"What limits? Didn't know you had that sort of patience in you! Or maybe it was one of your friends that helped you realize that? Oh honey, having those people as friends only makes you weaker. What happened to the young, cold and torn girl who single-handedly took down more than 20 people who were armed?"
"Jae-"
"Oh, stop being a party pooper! You've ruined my life enough when you suddenly pop into my life and steal all the hearts of the men that I had yearned for! So many years of not being able to receive praise and compliments of the people I love! Do you know what it is like to feel that?"
"Of fucking course I do, everyday I was being abused by my mother and my brother didn't even know. I endured her shit for so many years. You wanna know what I faced? Chains, knives, any sharp object you can find, she used those to carve scars into my body. All because I didn't obey her orders, all because I refused to go through those uncomfortable shit, all because she thought I murdered her husband, my father!"
Tears threatened to spill out of her eyes as Y/N continued to rant.
"And here you are complaining about how you weren't able to get attention. Stop wasting my time from now on."
Just as Y/N was about to go grab Dan-I, Jae took out a sharp, tiny dagger and held it to Y/N's stomach.
"Jae, what are you-"
"Move one step and this goes right into your organs."
Y/N's eyes widened even further as Jae leaned towards her and whispered.
"Now, would the real you really choose yourself or your friend? Would you watch your friend fall from the roof over there or would you get stabbed for your friend?"
Time slowed down at this instant as Y/N struggled to breathe. Another panic attack was coming. She took slow, deep breaths, just like what her brother had thought her and managed to calm down for a while as her vision became clearer. Yuri was driving Dan-I nearer and nearer towards the edge of the school rooftop. One push and that would be it. That may be the end of Dan-I.
"Clock is ticking~"
Without a moment of hesitation, Y/N immediately pushed Jae away, to which she slightly stumbled before cursing a little and inserting the sharp dagger into Y/N's stomach.
"ARGH!"
Blood spewed out from her mouth as she screamed, gaining the attention of Yuri and Dan-I who looked towards their side.
"Y/N!"
Dan-I was about to run over to Y/N until Yuri focused her attention back on Dan-I, who was just 2 feet away from the edge. Ignoring the searing pain that was spreading around her wound, Y/N immediately dashed forward and pushed Dan-I away from Yuri, making her land on the rooftop floor with a loud 'thud'.
Replacing Dan-I's spot, Y/N closed her eyes and accepted her defeat for the first time in her life. She felt two hands push her off the edge, due to her wound she was unable to gain her balance, toppling over the rooftop immediately.
'I'm sorry, B/N. I'm sorry F/N. Fuck you M/N. Thank you to all of my friends who brought color into my life again. I shall meet you all...in another life.'
Smiling as her last droplets of tears exited from her eyes, she landed on the rough pavement as blood started to surround her figure, causing many bystanders to scream in shock as Dan-I quickly ran to Ji-ho and Ju-in who came out of their hiding spot on the roof, rushing them to call for an ambulance.
And the weird thing was...
It didn't even rain a single drop that day.
