Klaus was astonished by how good was Stella's food, but at the same time sad because of the silence that was attached to the small house. The two friends had questions for one another, both knowing that the other was burning inside with lots of unanswered questions
Stella watched as Klaus eats like a starved man who hasn't eat for days
"Do you want more?" She asked looking at the almost empty plate
"No, thank you" He said
And just like that, the silence was restored yet again inside the room
"Just ask what you want to ask, Nik"
"How did you found out about......about......"He couldn't complete his phrase
"About the fact that you are beaten by your father daily?" She put her hands against her face "Why didn't you told me, Nik? I thought we were friends. Friends should help one another"
He looked down, suddenly he lost his hunger, she saw that when he pushed the plate away from him. Stella got up and went to his side, sitting down she made him look at her
"Nik, we all have things that we want to keep in the dark, things that hurt us deeply, but, in the end of the day, we all need someone to pull us up from that darkness. We all need help sometimes"
He nodded as a tear got down his face, she quickly wiped it away
"You still didn't answered my question, 'Ella. How did you found out?"
"'Lijah came to me asking for help. I would get you out of there while he would distract your father" She explained
That brought a smirk on the Mikaelson's face
"'Lijah?! Since when do you call my brother that?"
Stella knew her cheeks couldn't become more red than what they were now. The girl quickly got up and start messing with the sleeves of her dress
"Well, I too have names for you and 'Bekah, there's nothing wrong in having one for 'Lijah as well" She said more nervous than ever
His smirk only widen as he too got up
"I've seen you and Elijah more close lately, it is my blind brother finally realizing his feelings for you?" He asked
A gasp left the Alston's mouth, her hands quickly flying to cover her hand, her eyes extremely wide. Klaus swore he never saw someone as innocent as her
"'Lijah fancies me?"
The blond shrugged. In that moment, the door of the house was opened and a dark-haired man entered it
"Hello, brother, I see you have finally awaked" Elijah said "I hope that you're feeling better now"
"Yes, dear brother, I'm feeling better now, thanks to Stella's delicious food" Klaus said now looking at his brother
Elijah smiled
"Yes, it seems like Stella is perfect" He said making eye contact with the girl
Stella was wrong, she can and will blush even more
"Well, I will leave you two......alone" Klaus said smirking
Both of them heard the door being closed. Elijah took a step forward and took her hand in his
"Thank you for taking care of Niklaus, I'll be always grateful for your help" He said
"It was nothing, He's my best friend after all, I have no doubt he would do the same thing for me" The girl said trying to ignore the feeling of his hand on her own
He nodded and brought her hand to his lips
"Are you going to the bonfire tonight?" He asked as gentle as possible
The bonfire was a tradition of their village, everyone was present and every person has a wonderful time around family and friends. It includes dancing, singing and making wishes in front of the stars and the fire. All the things that Stella love reunited in one place
"Of course, I wouldn't miss it for anything, and, even if I didn't want to, Rebekah would drag me out of my house" They both laugh
"Very well, then I guess I will see you there, Miss. Alston"
"It will be my pleasure, Mr. Mikaelson"

"Stelly!" She heard a voice full of sarcasm behind her
Stella knew one person that was a master in sarcasm. Roman Augustus
"What do you want?" She asked
"So rude, is that how you greet your best friend? I thought I taught well" He said sarcastically
"Honestly, I don't have time for your stupidity" She tried getting away but was blocked by Alexander "Alexander. Finally got out of your honeymoon and remembered you had a sister?" She asked. Her voice full of venom
He rolled his eyes
"Jealous that your husband couldn't take you on one? I heard Elijah was......how can I put it? Uhh......a little stuck with a dagger in his heart?"
"I don't care about your little trip nor do I care about Elijah so, please, dear brother, get out of my way"
"Or what?" He took a step forward "Are you going to hurt me. Me? Your little brother? You wound me, dear sister"
She let out a smile, you could see it was fake and full of bad intentions behind it. In all honesty, Alexander never thought he would see his sister like this ever again
"No, I will not hurt you. That would be too easy" she smirked as she got close "I will go after your little witch, then I will rip her throat out with my own teeth"
His anger getting the best of him making her laugh
"Why so bitter, brother? Don't worry, I may even send you a gift from your wife. Maybe.......her eyeballs. No. No. that would be a bit too much" She put a finger against her lip, giving him the impression that she was thinking "Now I remember, Eliza loves romance, doesn't she? How about something romantic and dramatic then. Perhaps, her heart" she whispered the last part
Before Roman could make his move, Stella turned around faster than the boys could predict and took the vervain from Roman's hand. She pushed him on the floor and injected him with it
The boy start screaming from the pain while Stella just got up like nothing had happened
"That was as easy as taking candy from children. Now, if you excuse me, I have to go kill someone. You just made me more hungry"
As she sped off, Alexander ran to Roman
"I love my sister, but she truly can be a bitch"
"Oh, so now you know what I had to endure for 120 years" Roman complained while screaming in pain
