A gasp was heard inside the beautiful mansion. The man sat on the floor breathless looking confused. How did he got there? How is he even here?
"Tell me, old friend" he heard "When are you going to stop being a hero?"
He quickly got up from the floor and looked behind him. Sitting there on a big black chair showing all his power and money, was a friend of the vampire
"You're late for the party, mate"
"I know, but still got in time to see your plan failing" He rolled his eyes "How could you be so reckless, Roman?"
Roman went to the mirror that stood on the wall of the living room and start putting his hair back in place
"The plan was getting Stella out of there. Bonnie assured me that I would get in there in time to get her out and come back safely"
And just like that, Roman was against the nearest wall with a hand around his neck
"She lost her humanity, Roman! Your stupid plan made Stella became the thing she hates the most in this world"
"Do you think I wanted that for her?! I love that woman more than anything in this world!" He sent the vampire flying to the other side of the room "She's my sister, my family"
The other vampire got up quickly
"I think you're confused about the roles, my friend" He got close to Roman "Stella is my sister"
That actually made Roman laugh
"Oh, really! Your sister? Then, tell me, Alexander, where were you when she needed someone?"
In front of Roman stood in all his glory none other than Alexander Alston himself, Stella's younger brother who, just like his sister, became a vampire many years ago
"You know very well where I was"
"That's right, you were solving your problems with your witch, and left Stella to rot all alone!"
It wasn't everyday that you saw the Augustus angry at something or somebody. That only happens when someone messes with the people he loves or cares about
"My sister was never alone"
"Finally we agree in something. Yes, Stella was never alone because she had me and Lexi by her side"
Alexander's eyes became darker
"I'm going to kill you, Augustus, maybe this time you stay dead"
"Come on then, Alston"
Before both boys could kill themselves, a hand was put against both chests. They looked at the blonde woman in front of them who seemed pissed off
"Would you two troglodytes stop fighting and focus on how we will get our Stella back?" Rebekah asked
Roman took a step back and picked the bourbon that was on a mini table by the window. He poured himself a drink and stared to the garden outside the house
"You have seen her without humanity, Roman. You are the only one that knows what to do" The blonde said
The brown-eyed man snorted and drink some of the alcohol on his glass
"The problem is that there's nothing we can do" He whispered but both vampires heard him very well
"What do you mean?" Alexander asked just as confused as Rebekah
He finally turned to both
"Stella with humanity is reckless and dangerous because she cares too deeply. She is a prisoner of her own emotions" he explained "Now, a Stella without humanity, is someone who will take out your heart without thinking twice, someone who will watch as you bleed out and give you her back while you plead for her forgiveness. A killing machine"
He spoke while looking at the floor, like scenes were playing on his mind. He has witness a lot of things as he spent years by Stella's side
"Stella without humanity is your worst nightmare"
"No. I know my sister, I know what she's feeling right now, we just need to trigger that part of her. That part that cares. We can bring her back, Roman" Alexander said. He was not gonna give up on her so easily
"It took me years to do that" Roman admitted "Stella is like a bomb ready to explode, and I can't let that happen because if she explodes, no one will be safe"
"I will kill Nik for putting us in this bloody mess"

"Welcome back seniors, let's turn our brains back on, starting with this country's original founders......the Native Americans" Alaric said only to be interrupted by a door opening and closing
Everybody looked up only to see by the door two beautiful girls. The blonde looked excited to be there, as for the brunette, well, she didn't had an expression on her face
Both sat down by each other's side
"What about the vikings?" The blonde asked
"There's no evidence that Viking explorers actually settled in the United States" The teacher looked at Stefan and Elena confused "I'm sorry, but who are you two?"
"My name is Rebekah, this is my sister Stella, we're new. And history's my favorite subject" She smirked while Stella did nothing at all

As Stella was walking through the halls of Mystic Falls High School, she felt someone grabbing her arm. When she turned around, she was met with a brown-haired girl
"What are you and Rebekah doing here?" Elena asked
"That doesn't concern you"
Her tone of voice surely brought shills down the Gilbert's back. She turned around but the human grabbed her arm again. Stella rolled her eyes and pressed Elena against the wall with a hand on the doppelgänger's neck
"Listen here, little blood bag. I'm not Stefan nor do I need you for anything" She put even more pressure on her neck making the human's eyes wide in desperation "You are nothing to me, Elena. Just another way of quench my thirst"
"That's enough, Stella" She heard from behind her. The original looked at the direction the voice came and saw Stefan
He didn't looked like he cared, but because of Klaus, he couldn't let the witch kill the doppelgänger
She turned back to the human
"Don't ever grab me again. Or, maybe, next time, who will pay the price may be one of your little friends. Like that one with blue eyes.......Matt, isn't it?" She saw the fear on the other's eyes "He looks delicious"
Stella finally let go of Elena. The Gilbert quickly put her hand around her neck and start coughing
"You promised you wouldn't let anything harm my friends"
Stella smirked
"Oh, darling, I think you didn't got the message correctly. I promise I wouldn't let Klaus harm them, I never said anything about me"
The Original turned around and winked at Stefan before continuing her way to her house. She couldn't stand being here one more second

"I'll lure Stefan away from the bonfire, then when he's distracted......" Elena trailed off
"I'll shoot him" Alaric concluded
"Can't Bonnie just ju-ju him or something?" Damon asked trying to keep Elena out of this
"We're trying to keep Bonnie out of this, I don't trust Stefan won't hurt her" Elena clarified before turning to Caroline "Caroline, are you covered?"
"Yeah, I will make sure the old Forbes jail cell is prepared and ready"
"We're forgetting a key player here......Rebekah and Stella? Wherever Stefan goes the blonde ponytail tends to follow" Damon said "And as for the Original-Witchy she is unpredictable"
"Which is why you're going to distract her" Elena said "As for Stella, we can help her like we are helping Stefan. Trust me, she is not like this"
"No one touches, Stella"
Alexander and Roman entered the room before closing the door behind them
"We are only trying to......" Alexander interrupted Alaric
"I didn't asked for your opinion nor do I want to hear it" He then turned to Elena "We will take care of Stella by ourselves, just give us a place and the rest is for us"
Elena nodded
"So, how do you intend that I distract Rebekah? We're out of daggers" Damon stated
"Preoccupy her with your charm"
Roman start laughing earning the room's attention
"That's your big plan? Please, Rebekah is more smarter than that, she will not fall for it" Alexander said
He knew the blonde, after all, Stella and Alexander spent lots of years with the Original family
"And as for your charm, I'm sorry, Day-Day, but it will not work" Roman said
Damon wanted to kill Roman right there, but he knew that the brown-eyed man was stronger and older. The Salvatore would lose
The door opened and Tyler entered the room
"Sorry, I'm late. What's going on?"
"We need you to raid your mom's vervain supply. Enough to keep Stefan and Stella down for awhile" Elena said
Everybody noticed how his mood changed
"You can't do that to Stefan or Stella"
"Why not?" Caroline asked
"Trust me, Tyler, it's in their best interests" Elena said trying to defend her motives
"Yeah, but not in Klaus's"
Alexander and Roman looked at each other with an worried expression
"But Klaus is the bad guy, Tyler. Why are you acting like some freaky hybrid slave minion?" Caroline asked confused about her boyfriend's attitude
"Klaus made who I am, Caroline. I own him everything"
Before anyone could say or do anything, Roman sped to Tyler and snapped his neck
"No! What would you do that?!" Caroline yelled
"He's been sired" The vampire answered
"He's been what?"
"Sired. He feels loyal to Klaus because Klaus's blood created him" Damon explained already catching on what they are saying
"Loyal how?" Elena asked
"He'll seek acceptance from his master. It's really rare. Apparently, not so much on hybrids" Alexander, the oldest in the room, answered the doppelgänger's question
"So how do I fix him?" Caroline asked worried about her boyfriend
"Get a new boyfriend" Damon answered

The girl was running as much as she could in the cold and dark night. She knew she was wrong the moment she left the security of her car, but she thought the poor and defenseless woman was in dangerous. Little had she known that the woman was the Devil in disguise
The girl looked behind and saw that the woman she tried to help was not there anymore, when she looked back at the direction she was running, a scream left her mouth
There, in front of her, stood Stella. Her angelic expressions turning into devilish ones
She looked deeply into the girl's eyes
"You'll not run" She compelled
"I'll not run"
Stella smirked making the girl shake with fear. She put some hair behind her ear
"Why a-are you d-doing this?" The girl asked
Stella furrowed her eyebrows
"Because I want to. Duh"
Tears left the youngest eyes
"P-Please......"
The Original put her finger against her victim's lips
"Shh. Do not speak until I say you can" She compelled her again. The girl stopped talking and Stella smirked "Good girl. Now, I need you to tell me only one thing, can you do that, sweetheart?"
The teenager nodded quickly
"What's your name?"
"S-Scarlett"
"Well, then thank you, Scarlett" She said testing how the name sounded "Thank you for being such an idiot and have stopped your car in the middle of the night to help a completely stranger"
Her eyes became dark while veins appeared under it, her fags showed up under her red lips. The Mikaelson roughly bit Scarlett's neck making the girl want to scream bigger than before, but she couldn't, her mind didn't let her make any sound
And her body became more pale, and she became breathless, she couldn't stand anymore while her eyes became heavy. She was losing not only her mind, but also her life
Stella let the body fell to the floor, blood all over her mouth as she watched the lifeless girl before her. Such young girl that could have done more with her life, if only she didn't had stopped the car, if only she had been more of a selfish person
The Mikaelson thought of burying the girl, but, nah. That would be a lot of work and Stella was tired because she had to chase her snack just moments ago
The Hybrid thought of Scarlett's family. How would they react to the girl's death
But then again, who was Stella kidding, she couldn't give two fucks about the girl, or her family, or anything for that matter
She didn't cared about anyone. She wasn't the girl they used to know anymore
