"W-hat" Ishani gasped stunned.

"Yes now go and pack your bags and clothes dear wife because we are going on a private island owned by Rathores." Vardhaan lazily plopped on the couch, enjoying her facial expressions.

"I am not going on any honeymoon with you Mr. Rathore." Ishani screeched while her eyes showed the detest for her newlywed husband.

"Well as long as I remember Mrs. Rathore that women go on their honeymoon with their husband only, right? And I am legally your husband so I have every right to take you on a honeymoon." He lazily raised one eyebrow.

"Also it would only take me a minute to call your dad and say that your daughter doesn't want to go on a honeymoon with her handsome, charming, and heartthrob husband." He added with a wink to which Ishani emitted an action of vomiting and instantly his face contoured into anger and Ishani's lips tugged into a smile.

"You better pack your bag and clothes before I drag you to the island or else you have to roam without them." with this he left the room and Ishani glared at his retreating back.

Raina arrived in her room to find her husband already there.

Aakarsh was seated on the bed with a laptop in his lap and specs adorning his eyes.

Raina's eyes lingered on him for a little longer than they should. Releasing a heaved sigh, she sat on the couch, the only place she had been allowed apart from the washroom.

She was disappointed with herself for behaving this way, like a teenager who was gawking at his/her crush.
Though she couldn't help herself in this matter as her heart never listened to her nor do her eyes. Her innocent eyes always settled on him, her first crush, her husband.

Raina was always a sweet and sensitive person with a lot of feelings. Being a daughter of a big businessman, she had many restrictions in her life... She wasn't allowed to be seen with boys, she should always be perfectly dressed and she should always behave nicely so that the media's attention doesn't shift to her.

But all this didn't stop her from having a crush, a tiny bit of innocent crush on the third Rathore heir. The moment she gazed at his photograph in which The Aakarsh Rathore was decked up in boxing attire, her heart skipped a beat. Then and there she knew, he became her first crush.

Nonetheless, unlike his other fangirls she never sent him any dm nor did she ever dreamt of being with him because she knew it wasn't possible as this was real life, not some sort of movie plus he was just too good for her.

But the moment her father came with the marriage proposal, all her logical thinking went to drain. She was wooed by his charm, his looks, and said yes to the proposal as for once she believed that maybe her life would end like movies...

But reality hit her so hard that she was still in shock that what her life had become.

But one thing she realized from this,

Not everything we see is true.

As Aakarsh Rathore in front of media was far different from his real monstrous side.

Suddenly she heard a painful groan and her trance was broken.

She glanced upwards to see her husband who was massaging his temples with one hand while his other hand worked on the laptop harshly and his lips were twitched upwards in frustration.

He is having a headache.

She thought and stared at him with a concerned expression marring her face.

Sighing heavily she went downstairs to prepare a steaming cup of coffee for him.

Aakarsh felt a tap on his shoulder and running a hand on his hair, he furiously turned to see his wife or namesake wife standing before him.

He was all set to lash out at her but before he could say something, a cup of hot coffee was handed to him.

His forehead creased as he took the coffee.

"Well, it's not your job. According to deal, you need to give me coffee in the morning and protein shake after a workout, that's it."

"I am well aware of it. But I can't see someone in pain unlike you."

Her voice was merely above a whisper but loud enough for Aakarsh to hear.

First time in his life Aakarsh Rathore had nothing to say, he just gazed at her petite form which was moving out of the room...

Naina was lazily scrolling through her phone, gazing intently at the photos of her friends with their spouses, some were smiling happily in a restaurant, some on a vacation, and so on.

Her eyes moistened as she scrolled more.

No, she wasn't jealous of anyone instead she was happy for her friends and wished for them to stay like that forever but she couldn't help but feel that small urge within her...

The urge to have a normal relationship with the person she loved.

Suddenly her phone flashed with the call of one of her college friends.

Picking up the phone she chirped, "Hello, Sanaya!"

"Hi, how are you Naina?"

"I am fine Sanaya. How are you?"

"I am good too!"

"I saw the photos of your marriage Sanaya. When did you get married?"

"Oh, I got married a month back. Currently, we are on our honeymoon in the Maldives."

"Oh! that's great."

"Ahnnn.. leave all this. Even I heard that you got married to The Aadarsh Rathore. I mean seriously, Rathore heir! How did you even trap him, girl!"

"No-no I haven't trapped him Sanaya. It was just that it was an arranged marriage-"

"Oh my god! You are still like that. I was just pulling your leg girl! Calm down, woman. Also, how is life treating you?"

"Life is treating me good."

"Why haven't you posted a photo with your handsome husband till now?"

Naina felt a lump form in her throat at her friend's this question.

Gulping thickly she answered, "Actually my husband isn't much fond of social media. He is more of a private man."

"But one photo won't hurt right?"

"Sanaya Aadarsh is calling me, I will talk to you later. Goodbye!"
With this, Naina ended the call and sighed deeply.

A tear trickled down her eye as she thought of her friend's question.

"What should I tell? That I don't have any photo with him other than our marriage photo because we never went out together for an outing. That we aren't a normal couple."

She questioned herself as more tears trickled down her cheeks...

It was dinner time and as per their routine, Rathores had their dinner together.

Everyone was seated on their respective seats at the dining table. The four heirs sitting in front of their wives and others beside them.

Servants were serving the dinner when Vardhaan dismissed them abruptly and everyone's attention shifted to him, including his wife's whose eyes were spitting fire in his direction and Vardhaan just winked in return as his lips twitched upwards.

Yuvraj just raised one eyebrow in his direction to know what was the matter.

"I am going on honeymoon," Vardhaan announced, loud and clear.

Ishani groaned inwardly at the embarrassment he was causing to her. Her lips sat in a thin line as she could feel rage blaze within her.

Silence. Sheer silence.

Greeted Vardhaan when he made his sudden announcement.

"Oh sorry! we are going on a honeymoon after all I can't celebrate my honeymoon alone right."

Vardhaan's playful voice boomed as he pointed towards Ishani, causing the environment tenser.

The tension in the air was so thick that it could be cut with a knife.

Ishani played with the fork nervously resulting in it falling on the tiled floor. Suddenly everyone's head snapped towards her.

Ishani closed her eyes at the second-hand embarrassment whereas Vardhaan was lazily munching on his food, enjoying her condition as well.

Then started the trails of questions by Bhavna and Gayatri to which Vardhaan just rolled his eyes instead of replying.

"Well, I have said that we are going. Did I ever ask you guys?"

Vardhaan questioned making Bhavna and Gayatri glare at him furiously. Vardhaan just chuckled at them.

This was how Vardhaan Rathore was, careless. Being the youngest, he was never pressurized for joining the business. He had always lived his life in his ways not caring about society and his family. He wasn't work-addicted, nor emotionless, or angry, he was a passionate person. A person who did whatever he did passionately, whether it was work, painting, or even hurting someone.

Though he was the most egoistic of all. His ego ruled his mind. He was ruthless when it came to people because he simply didn't care about them and their feelings. He was the most self-obsessed person who never did something if he wasn't getting any profit.

And two things were what he hated the most; one, if someone messed with his pride, and two if someone made some changes in his perfectly planned life. And Ishani had done both of them...

"And when are you both leaving?" questioned the head of the family, Mr. Deependra Rathore.

"Tonight," Vardhaan replied with a shrug.

"Why did you inform us so early Mr. Vardhaan Singh Rathore." Bhavna taunted to which Vardhaan just gave her a look which said 'are you serious.

"Okay so as both of them had already decided. There is not much to talk about. Have a safe journey and stay away from media." with this Deependra Rathore started eating his food, signaling everyone to start as well.

Bhavna Rathore gritted her teeth as she furiously glared at her fourth daughter-in-law.

Feeling her glare Ishani turned and gazed at her with the same intensity making Bhavna shocked.

They think they can over-shadow me.

Ishani thought and took out her anger in tearing her chappati.

After the hectic dinner, Ruhanika moved towards her room sighing heavily at the high voltage family drama.

Closing the door of her room, she found her husband again with her laptop and earpiece.

Rolling her eyes in annoyance she took out her nightdress from her closet and moved towards the changing room.

After changing her clothes when she came out, she saw Yuvika in her father's lap instead of that laptop, and the hard facial expressions of The Yuvraj Rathore were changed into softer ones.

Her lips curled into a genuine smile seeing this.

"Maa!" Yuvika giggled as soon as she saw her mother and threw herself in Ruhanika's arms.

Yuvraj's face morphed into a scowl seeing all this. Ruhanika bit her lip to stop herself from laughing out at his jealous face as it was clear as crystal that for Yuvika, Ruhanika was her priority.

"Why is she not asleep till now?"

Yuvraj inquired in a plain tone, the scowl still sitting proudly on his face.

"Yuvraj Ji she slept in the afternoon that's why."

"But why did you let her sleep in the afternoon!"

"Because she was sleepy Yuvraj Ji and we shouldn't mess with a child's body just because we don't want them to mess with our schedule."

Yuvraj couldn't help but feel assured at her words that his grandfather chose the right person for the position of Yuvika's mother.

She is a good mother.

Yuvraj thought.

Though it's only because of the warning I gave her at the start of the marriage.

Yuvraj pointed out the reason himself in his mind and gazed at his wife and daughter who was happily engrossed in their world.

Shrugging his unwanted thoughts away, he picked up his laptop and resumed working.

After some time he felt something near his leg, looking downwards he saw his princess pouting and waiting for his attention.

Sighing tiredly he kept the laptop away and he picked her up to his arms.

"What happened Princess?"

"Papa! Maa was telling me about her childhood."

"So what?" Yuvraj frowned.

"Maa told me that her father used to become a horse for her but you never became horse for me." Yuvika pouted adorably.

Yuvraj's expression was worth watching, his mouth wide open as he stared at his daughter in shock.

"Princess... if you want I can purchase a real horse for you."

"No, no, no! It's no fun, Papa. I want you to become a horse for me." Yuvika whined.

"Princess, this is wrong." Yuvraj asserted with a stern expression trying to intimidate his daughter.

"Papa!" Yuvika warned in a deadly tone while narrowing her eyes after all she had The Yuvraj Rathore's blood running in her veins.

Yuvraj sighed and looked at his daughter who was being so stubborn today.

He gazed at Ruhanika who was trying her hardest to stop her laugh. Shooting a deadly glare in Ruhanika's direction, he finally accepted his daughter's wish.

Before bending down he grumbled, "Ruhanika make sure she doesn't fall."

"Y-yes," Ruhanika replied controlling her laugh.

Finally, the wish of Yuvika Rathore was fulfilled and she jumped here and there is joy.

"We will do this again." Yuvika chirped.

"No!" Yuvraj roared.

"Okay fine." Yuvika pouted and hugged her mother as she was feeling sleepy.

In no time the little girl was asleep in her mother's arms as her father and mother gazed at her warmly.

"I will go and make her sleep in her room," Ruhanika mumbled and Yuvraj nodded while picking up his laptop.

After Ruhanika came back to the room, Yuvraj called her, "Ruhanika,"

Ruhanika was startled as they rarely had any conversations but nodded her head, indicating she was listening.

"Don't fill Yuvika's mind with something like this again." His face was stoic while his eyes were fixed on the laptop.

"Okay," Ruhanika replied while a smile curled up on her lips...

Naina was impatiently waiting for her husband.

The clock clicked 1:00 am and she started getting worried and concerned. Though it was not a new thing as Aadarsh liked to go on bike rides at this time of night and this wasn't the first time he did this.

But today it was not only worry and concern which were keeping her awake. Today she wanted to talk.

That urge was keeping her awake.

Though today she would talk to him only about going out on a vacation maybe?

Today she was adamant to talk to him about this.

The clock clicked 1:30 and she heard the door being opened slowly as he didn't want to wake her up, as usual, have slept till now but not today.

Aadarsh was surprised to see his wife awake till now.

Puffing out a deep breath, he went inside the bathroom to change into his nightclothes.

Coming out of the washroom, he saw that Naina was still waiting intently for him.

"Aadarsh..." Naina called out.

"Hmm.."

"I want to go on a vacation."

"Ok."

"What okay?"

Aadarsh sighed and handed his wallet to her making Naina frown.

"Take my cards and book your tickets."

"Aadarsh I want to go somewhere with you! From the time we are married, we haven't even gone out on a single outing even on a restaurant!"

"Naina... I can't."

"But why Aadarsh? Don't you even like me a bit to go on a small vacation?"

"It's not like that."

"Then what it is Aadarsh! What it is?" Her voice broke as she yelled.

"Don't force me Naina." His tone was plain.

"Tell me the reason Aadarsh." Her tone determined.

"Because I won't be able to enjoy with you on my side. I like to enjoy my company. I like to be alone Naina." He explained and lied down on the bed putting a full stop on further discussion.

And breaking her heart again...

I won't be able to enjoy myself with you on my side.

This line resonated in her mind again and again. As a result, a tear trickled down her eye as she gazed at her husband who was fast asleep.

"Am I that bad Aadarsh that going on a single vacation with me would be that worse for you?" Naina questioned herself while looking at his sleeping figure and more tears brimmed her beautiful orbs...

Ishani glanced out of the jet's window being bored.

Currently, she was sitting inside the private jet of Rathores flying somewhere she had no idea about while her so-called husband had left her here all alone to get bored while he went inside the room to take his beauty nap.

What else did I expect from him?

She thought and rolled her eyes.

Sighing tiredly she gazed at the clouds as her thoughts wandered to the past when she met her husband for the first time.

Flashback~
