Shoto's POV ~
We arrived at my house and see my sister waiting for us out front and I don't want to get off the car .
"Have a nice dinner with your family Todoroki." Mr. Aizawa said to me as he parked the car.
"Are you sure you don't won't to come in for a bit?" Fuyumi asked.
"I'm sure, I'll wait out here whenever you're ready. " He said with a bow.
"Thank you sir." I said getting off the car and making my way to the door.
It's a beautiful house, but I hate it here.
Let's get this over with.
When we reach the door Natsuo is waiting.
"Hey Shoto, nice to see you, it's been awhile." Natsuo said as he wrapped his arms around me.
"Hey Natsu, it has and good to see you too." I said as I hugged him back before taking off my shoes, putting slippers on.

"Shoto, It's good to you, and have dinner together." Fuyumi said to me.
"Fuyumi it's good to see you, and it is." I said.
"Have a seat, help yourself dad's not here yet but he'll be here shortly." She said.
"Don't mind if I do, thanks and as usual he's late." I said irritated as I served myself some cold soba.
"Fuyumi , thanks for dinner butI didn't know Shoto likes soba." Natsu said.
"It's my favorite, and always will be." I said as ate my soba.
*Whoosh
"Welcome back home !" Fuyumi said.
"Yeah it's been awhile." Endeavor said.
"Shoto got permission to leave campus for dinner, I asked his teacher to come in an join us but um he said no. Anyway I bet you're super excited to celebrate your victory over that monster huh dad?" She continued.
"That's a bad scar it looks painful." I said looking up at Endeavor.
*Slurp
"Hey you two you promised you'd be in good moods congratulate him dad's finally trying to think about his family after all these years don't blow it! At least pretend you don't hate him!" Fuyumi said panicking.
"I'm standing right here." He said.
*Smack
"Hmph sorry sis but I'm out , I can't do this!"Natsu said as he slammed his chopsticks on the table.
" WAIT!"Fuyumi pleaded.
*Whoosh
"Natsuo if you have something to say, than talk." Endeavor said as he clasped a hand on Natsuo's shoulder stopping him.
"Ohh give me a break that's rich coming from you, okay than... I found out today that Shoto likes soba I know nothing about brother because you didn't want him to have anything to do with us failures! And if your granddaughter starts to come around you'll do the exact same thing to her, before we even get to know her !" He began as he slapped my father's hand off.
"For some reason mom and sis are ready to forgive you for how you treated us but to me your still the manic bastard who ruined our FAMILY! You look your DIFFERENT but you don't act that way, you neglected us! Even if you are the number one hero that doesn't erase the past!" He continued.
*Creak
*Smack
"Mom's screams, Shoto's crying, what happened to our big brother Touya ! You may have had a change of heart but you can't waltz in here and think we'll accept you how disgusting can you be!" He finished.
"I plan to be your father now and grandfather to Y/N and atone for what I did." He said.
"IT'S TOO LATE! I'm sorry sis, thanks for the food." Natsu yelled before storming off.
"Natsu! Come on! Ugh well that went terribly Shoto started visiting mom on a regular basis and dad is compromising and making an effort. Mom's even staring to act more cheerful, I thought maybe we can act like a real family for once you know?I was just looking forward to it so much weren't you? Weren't you Shoto!" Fuyumi said tearfully.
"You know I think that's the first time I ever seen Natsu show that much emotion." I said.
She sighed.
The news is on the TV behind me and it's all about the new number one.
"Two days after the fight public opinions about the number one hero continue to evolve rapidly." A news lady said.
"You sure he was okay he was covered by blood in the end." A woman said.
"I can't belive he didn't arrest anyone from the League. I thought we already caught a ton of those nomu things why waz he having such a hard time with one."A man said.
"Despite his win, citizens still feel uunease."The news lady continued.
"Turn that thing off !"Fuyumi yelled annoyed.
"No!"I said as I continued to watch the news.
"Do you know what he's doing right now Endeavor's risking his life for our sakes, Look at him!" A boy said.
"I used to be a huge fan of Edgeshot but Endeavor's totally my top hero after that." Ahother boy said.
"I was actually super excited for that representation of fire types."A man said.
"I can't forget look boys passion!"A woman said.
'Who's look boy some new hero?"A man said.
"The child now known by the nickname look boy with many during the fight."The news lady finished.
"That's the boy I met on the street."Endeavor said.
My turn to speak my mind.
"Endeavor the top hero was amazing. " I began.
But.
I hesitated.
And Endeavor takes a deep breathe in.
I stopped and thanked exactly what I wanted to say.
"That's not who's standing here, I have to agree with what Natsu said. I still can't forgive you for what you did to mom and that's my choice to make. As for being my father I'll have to watch your actions to see if you earn that, because I know something small can change a person if they want it to." I finished as I continued to eat my soba.
Thank you Natsu, you gave me courage tonight.
And Fuyumi that was for you, and how I truly feel.
Endeavor
I hate you now.
As for calling you father, that'll have to wait.

Endeavor's POV~
Humiliation.
Mortified.
Disgust.
Shame.
Those are exactly the words to describe what I'm feeling.
I didn't become number one the way I wanted to, so my hero work is tainted with shame. What is my power even for? I thought to myself as I remembered my conversation with All Might at Shoto's supplementary class with the kids.
"Why is it so important for you to be the strongest Endeavor, I'm sure you have a reason, if you look inside yourself."He said to me.
When he said that, what suddenly came to mind was one resounding thought I must guarantee their future.If that's the job for the pro at the top, than I failed with my own family. How can I demand forgiveness after so long .
I know what I must do.
"I want you to know I'm sorry for everything, and I shouldve handled that conversation with Natsuo differently." I said to Fuyumi and Shoto as I pulled myself away from my own thoughts.
"Dad you haven't eaten yet." Fuyumi said to me.
I turn around and head outside, to find Natsuo.
Even of it is to late I'll try to make amends.
It's my only path forward.

Shoto's POV ~
I'm helping Fuyumi, clean up before I leave to thank her for dinner. Even though tonight was a total disaster, but I expected that.
"Here's the last of the dishes, thanks for dinner sis, I'm leaving." I said as I placed the dishes in the sink.
*Drip
"Thanks for the help Shoto I appreciate it, you're welcome and don't be a stranger okay?" Fuyumi said turning off the faucet.
"I won't I promise." I said with a smile, and walked out the door.
Freedom at last.
"Back already Todoroki?" Mr. Aizawa said.
"Yessir, I'm ready to return to the dorms." I said.
"Alright then, we're off." He said.

Mr. Aizawa pulled into UA and parked the car in front of heights alliance. We got off the car together, and I thanked him one last time before heading to my dorm for the night.

Your in your dorm room listening to music doing homework, when you get stuck on the math assignment that's due tomorrow.
Rragh I hate math!

"You are, now let me properly thank my boyfriend."You said teasingly, pushing the books aside, pulling him by the collar and placing your lips on his.

"Firefly... we should stop before I lose it." Katsuki said shyly face flushed.
"Maybe I want you to lose it." You said before pulling him back in face on fire.
"Are you serious Firefly?" He asked pulling away and looking deep into your (e/c) eyes.
"Yes, I've never been more sure, Firecracker." You said looking into his crimson eyes before closing the distance between you two again.

Shoto's family dinner was a complete disaster, and Endeavor still wants to make amends with his family. Meanwhile Y/N and Katsuki took their relationship to the next level, deeping their love. What's next for our future heroes in training? And what will their winter costumes look like and what new upgrades will they have for the winter ?
