Tay's Pov
Its really my Newwiee! he still alive! Or am I dreaming? No he was here a while ago.
I knew it! I knew it he was out somewhere but no one believed me they assumed I've been crazy.
Now my heart is telling the truth, this boy is really my New but then why didn't he recognise me at all?
Did he forget me so easily? after all I was his best friend and we were destined to be together.
"Stop hopping Tay he is not your newwiee he is someone else " said lee who was watching Tay dreaming and questioning himself since gun and newwiee left the office.
"How can you be so sure p that he is not? He is my newwiee didn't you see him how can anyone have same name and face at the same time this is him"
I said having tears in his eyes how can they still say he is not alive when I just met him now.
"Listen to p, baby he is not our boy all of these might be a just a mear coincidence who knows maybe someone is using him to hurt you" he said
How can he say that I could see in that boys eyes how sincere he is when I shock his hand his hand looked perfect in mine he is Newwiee.
Thinking about the past just made me more sad and I cant help but break down only if i....its all my fault , I heard p lee calling someone before he came and hugged me I couldn't control my tears it's been a while I broke down like this
After a while I saw p Singto and p kit entered my eyes were blurred with tears seeing p I cried more seeing them they couldn't do anything but hug me tightly.
P said that he will take me back home but i didn't want to, but i agreed because he looked very tired and i dont want to be more burden to him.
Yesterday after me breaking down p took me back home, and p Krist handled my last meeting we reached home late and i just went to bed without having dinner too
But I'm sure that boy new is my new and I trust my heart more than anything and I will prove everyone he is alive
I will find the reason why he didn't recognise me, how can he forget me that's the only question I'm wandering from the time I met him
My parents and p kit's parents had decided last week to have dinner together today and i'm going to tell them what happened yesterday I want some support and dinner will be the right time to say it.
Author pov
After a while tay woke up by hearing few knocks he didn't realize when he passed out
"Tay dear dinner is ready your mama cooked it for you" said Tay's mom from the other side of the door
"Coming mom" he said
All of them were waiting for him to start the dinner he came down stair and they started their dinner
While having dinner parent's talking about business and their kids, couple flirting with each other Tay was the only one eating quietly when he had cashew chicken he remembered his newwiee after all its his favorite dish and once again he remembered today's encounter
"Newwiee is alive"
Tay said out of no where and suddenly everything in the table was silent and everyone were staring at Tay whose head was down
"wh..what do you mean Tay? It's not funny" said Tay's mom, she know her son still didn't come out of her another son's death but she didn't expect he will still believe in these false hope still
During past 15 years she tried her best for her son to come out of New's death in fact she arranged so many dates but everything went in vain.
"Tay, lee said its just a coincidence that boy is not our newwiee"
Singto voiced and the two old couples who were shocked were just staring at two brothers bricking
"OK that's enough finish your dinner and then we will talk about this" said tay's dad
Tay couldn't eat so he just left the table and went out for fresh air.
The one's in the table were worried seeing this behaviour of Tay, after a while when Tay came inside krist called him to his dad's study room it was very quite
When Tay entered Mrs Perawat hugged him tightly " Tay dear we know you didn't get out of his death yet, but son its been 15 years now why don't you forget my son and move on I don't want you to you suffer like this" she said in concern meanwhile everyone were quite.
"No mama my newwiee is alive I met him today I spoke with him and he is joining my company, from tomorrow you can ask p lee he was with me trust me mama i'm not crazy I can show you his documents" Tay said miserably he was very desperate to convince them that he is their lost son
"But Tay lee said its just a co incidence he is just having New's face" Singto argued
"But p if he did die then why didn't any of you find his body? You too went for search with them then why? And who knows he might have been alive somewhere I knew it but you all never trusted me"
All of them didn't know what to answer what ever Tay is true after all
"Your right Tay he can be our newwiee" said Krist
Singto was astonished
"Krist how can you he is a kid what he thinks he tells but you are a adult think like one" singto raised his voice a bit
"Why not singto Tay is right what if he is our new and what is there in trying what if he turned up to our new" challenged krist
"It..it's just that I'm worried what if he is not our Newwiee Tay will be more hurt so will you" Singto said in concern
"singto is right krist if he is not whom we think he is you both will feel hurt especially you Tay is the one who will be hurt the most" said krist's dad.
"But I wanna try dada I wont be hurt and mama if this guy is not my newwiee then I'll try to move on from newwiee🥺 I promise"
Tay said stubbornly and the parents just gave up they know what ever happens Tay wont listen to them and singto decided to stay quite because talking now will be useless.
After talking to both his parents Tay was excited to go to his office the next day its something surprising that tay is happy to go to his office.😁
Singto called krist to have a talk with him, he wanted to know why he agreed with Tay even tho he know its a foolish idea he asked him to meet near connecting tree.
'Connecting tree' This tree was planted 20 years ago by TayNew as the promise of living together forever they planted this tree where both of their houses connect, so the kids started to call it connecting tree and that's how it got it's name but now it is connected to Tay's heart after that incident it was the only hope for Tay to not to give up on New.
When ever he is sad he used to go near it and speak to this tree and it used to respond him.
"what happened Singto why did you call me here?" Krist voice bought him back to earth for a second he didn't know what to speak
"huh? yea I want to speak to regarding Tay why did you agree with him? don't give your self and him false hope"🤨 he raised his voice at the end of the sentence.
"what if he is telling the truth? Didn't you see in his eyes" krist challenged Singto who just stared angrily at him
"Look Singto i know your worried about us but don't you think Tay should move on if this boy is my brother or not,what if he falls for this identical boy won't you be happy?" Krist said calmly
Singto felt bad for being rude to him, he came close to Krist wrapped his arm on his waist and said "I'm sorry baby I should have thought about this before getting mad at you i'm really sorry🥺" he said hugging his waist tightly.
Krist knew that he wont get mad without reason he smile and forgave him but he wanted to play with him so he bit his cheeks to prevent himself from laughing hearing Singto's voice, and acted like he is still mad at him.
By the same time everything was witnessed by Tay who was watching this drama his sudden giggle seeing his brother beg for forgiveness this made the love birds look at him
He was caught by them he just smiled innocently and left the place to not get into trouble.
"See kit baby even that little monster saw me begging to you... please forgive me naaa my love"
Seeing singto's pleading eyes krist gave up and.... and give a quick peck on singto's lips Which made singto flying on the ninth cloud
"Phew I would be dead if I would be there by now" Tay spoke to himself he went to his balcony and looked up into the sky.
New loved watching stary night sky " I wish you were here New" A lone tear came out of his eyes.
