"What?" Eric was the first to say something after my offer to Liam.

Liam raised his eyebrows, looking surprised I'd offered him to join the pack.

"It's a great idea. It's not like Liam did anything to us," I told Eric.

"We've had you locked up here for months. It looks like you're torturing yourself enough on your own. Being alone in a cell isn't any form of rehabilitation. At least out there, you'd be helping out the pack," I replied, shrugging.

I looked between Liam and Eric. While Eric didn't look so convinced with my idea, Liam seemed to be thinking it over.

"Your mate isn't going to let that happen. When Robert came to talk to me, he told me the Alpha refused to let any of the Rogues free- but especially me, he would never let go," Liam said.

I remembered Robert. He'd been one of the Rogues who crossed Midnight Moon territory. They were the first Rogues who tried to get Liam back.

"He won't let you go, but he'll let you become part of the pack," I insisted.

"Leila, I have to agree with the Rogue. The Alpha isn't going to let him become part of the pack."

Although I knew Eric thought he was right, I was sure Liam would be able to join the pack.

"Where am I?" I asked them.

Eric looked around the locked cell he was sharing with me, and cocked an eyebrow.

"In a cell?" He asked.

I nodded.

Liam still looked confused.

"I don't get it," Liam said, as he looked around the cell as if to make sure we were really there.

"I'm locked up in a cell. Do you know how angry Dylan expects me to be over this? I'm pretty sure he already knows I'll be furious once he lets me go. But, I can choose not to be if he lets Liam in the pack. With a little persuasion, we'll have a new Midnight Moon member," I told the pair, while grinning.

While Liam looked amused, Eric began shaking his head. A grin was already taking over his lips.

"I should stop keeping count of the points you have over the Alpha. If you make this happen and Liam joins the pack- I think that'll give you about ten points," he said.

The conversation made time pass by faster. Benjamin had come down to check on me two times already. He told me nothing had happened yet.

Dylan and Caine were both together.

He also told me that they hadn't heard anything from Blake. I was tempted to call him, but I stopped myself.

It occurred to me that maybe he didn't want to risk his pack. Coming here- it meant some of his pack members could die. Instead of trying to find out where he was- I decided it was best to leave him be.

Liam had been telling me stories about his short time in Blue Bloods territory. Even though he spent most of his time there, he'd actually been a member of New Elite Pack. Cassidy, the Luna that he'd been after, was in Blue Bloods.

Most of the stories were about her. He didn't have many to tell, because he'd been there for only a short period of time.

Everything he said though, he said it with so much excitement. His words made me grin so much, my cheeks were starting to hurt.

He was just about to start on another story when a loud racket upstairs made him go silent.

"What's happening?" I asked, feeling the panic staring to take over.

My Wolf quickly surfaced, readying for any sudden surprise.

"Is that..." Eric said, before walking toward the front of the cell. He was unlocking the door, probably to go upstairs and check what was happening.

"What is it?" I asked, grabbing his arm to pull him back.

"I think its Christy, but I'm not sure. Stay here, and don't try to get out. The barred cell offers some protection," Eric told me, giving my hand a squeeze.

I nodded, wanting him to already return and tell me if something was happening.

"What's up with Christina?" Liam asked when Eric was gone.

"What do you mean what's up with her?" I asked him.

"She used to hate me- Christina and those other mutts that came along with her. Then all of a sudden, she's telling everyone that she came here for me," Liam said.

His words made me frown, but I let it go for the moment.

"I'm not sure. She said you guys were friends," I said, and then focused my attention on the closed door Eric had just walked through.

Not five minutes later, Russell- Blake's third in command- walked in holding Christy's arm.

"Where do I put her?" He asked.

I noticed Eric walking behind him.

"Christy!" I called out when I saw her.

Her eyes were red and puffy, and I could see the dry tears that had streaked down her cheeks at some point.

"Put her there," Eric nodded toward a cell across from the one I was in.

"What? No, put her here with me," I said, looking at Russell.

I was guessing that Blake had gotten just as protective as Dylan, and he probably didn't want Christy fighting up there with them.

I was feeling relieved to see Christy and Russell, because I knew that Blake hadn't let me down.

Even though he was slightly late, he had gotten here after all.

"Leila!" Christy said, trying to pull away from Russell's hold.

Russell restrained her tighter, but Christy seemed to be fighting with all she had.

"Hey, don't cry. I'm also locked up. Dylan doesn't want me up there," I told her, offering her a smile.

"Let me go!" Christy yelled at Russell.

Somehow, she managed to get out of Russell's arms, and she ran toward me.

I was right next to the bars. Christy reached her arms inside and pulled my body to hers. She wrapped her arms around me, and was holding on to me for dear life.

A second later- Eric, Russell, and two other guys from Blake's pack were trying to pry her off me.

"Don't f*cking touch her!" Eric yelled at Christy.

"Eric!" I snapped, not liking the tone he'd used on her.

He looked at me apologetically, but then turned to frown at her.

"I'm so sorry," Christy began to sob in my arms. I could feel the shaking in her body, and my neck was starting to get soaked from her tears.

I wasn't sure what was going on, but it bothered me to see her like that.

"What happened to her? What did you do to her?" I asked, directing my scowl to Russell.

"Why don't you ask her what she did?" Russell replied, while glaring at Christy.

I didn't know what to do.

"Christy, what happened?" I asked, trying to pull her away from me so that I could see her face.

When I tried removing her hands from my body, she pulled me closer to her and held me tighter.

"Tell them to leave, they'll listen to you," Christy whispered in my ear.

Other than Russell, four more guys from Blake's pack had walked in.

"Leave us. Eric will take care of Christy and me," I told Russell, waving him off.

Russell turned to Eric, and Eric nodded in return.

"Lock her up in the cell and then I'll leave," Russell told Eric, while trying to pull Christy away.

"You can let go. We'll talk right now," I told Christy.

It took both Eric and Russell to remove Christy from me. She didn't want to let me go and she kept apologizing to me.
