I stood up properly, I'm wearing cut out side bodycon that was evident my side boobs. With an index finger, I curl my hair.
"Kanina mo pa ako hinihintay?" Dawn asked and laughed while hugging me.
I was about to rolled my eyes but she already pouted so never mind. She's too cute to be kill. She's wearing a simple white dress and a flat shoes. Not unlike mine, I'm wearing a high heels and a slight reaveling dress.
I sighed "They already inside but I'm almost 5 minutes waiting here for you" I said.
I held my wrist watch and looked at it. I'm right, I'm almost 5 minutes waiting for her.
She slapped me a bit in my arms. Hindi naman masakit pero automatic na umirap ako sa kawalan. Narinig ko ang pagtawa niya ng mahina bago kumapit sa braso ko.
"Grabe ka naman it's just 5 minutes! Kala mo naman pinaghintay kita ng mhigit ilang oras!"
"Whatever"
We started walking. I walked like a model, may kumakaway pa sa amin kaya nginitian ko na lang sila. Even their face are not familiar to me. I still smiled cause why not?
"Chave!" Dawn shouted.
We wave our hands as a greeting.
"Bobo kayo! ba't ang tagal niyo?" Chave said.
I looked at the girls around him they just look like a flirt. Oh no offense.
"We're not bobo, Chave"
Chave chuckles "Okay edi obob na lang. Oh, ba't ngayon lang kayo mga obob" pilosopong tanong niya.
"Naipit lang sa traffic. Tara na nasaan na ba si Richard?" Dawn said and looked around.
Chave nodded "Bakit hindi ka napirat kung naipit ka?"
I stare at Chave, he's being a pilosopo na naman.
"Are you really our friend Chave?" I asked.
Dawn laughed "He's always like that Irene"
Tiningnan ko si Chave na magkabila ang hawak sa dalawang babae na nasa tabi nya.
"Oh, Chave the philosopher" I teased.
Chave chuckled " Oh Irene the great marupok" He fired me back.
I glared at him, I admit that his gray eyes can make girl worship him. He's too handsome reason why I can't blame some girls for liking him.
"Ehh naman Chave. Just go with your girls" I said and rolled my eyes.
I sat down at couch, where Chave sitting earlier. Dawn also sat beside me still looking around for the birthday boy.
"Let's find Richard, Irene. Bigay na natin 'tong regalo"
She even lifted the paper bags she had, so I was able to look at the paper bag I held. I'm not sure if Richard will like my gift or not but atleast I made an effort.
"Let him come to us, Dawn. I don't want to stand up.. tinatamad ako maglibot-libot dito. Their house is too big" I complained.
Nagdekwatro ako at pinatong ang paper bag sa aking gilid. The others are smiling at me so that I was returning it to them. I also crossed my arm over my chest and took a deep breath.
"Oh come on! Don't be like that Irene. Malamang nasa pool area yun" she shrugged "Let's go"
She even held me. Tamad akong nagpahila sa kaniya.
"Oh dear Dawn. Just wait" I grabbed the paper bag I had "You're too excited, masyado mo bang namiss 'yang si Richard mo?"
Dawn giggled "Of course, I do! Bakit kasi hindi ka ulit magjowa para maexcite ka rin minsan no?"
Because of Dawn's loud voice visitors looked at us. I felt like my face turned to red! It looks like Dawn announce that I'm single.
I held Dawn's hand and grabbed it "Your mouth is like a microphone"
Naglakad kami papunta sa pool area. As usual some of them are greeting us. I just nodded and gave them a small smile.
"Oh! My baby is here!" Richard sweetly said when he saw Dawn beside me.
I chuckled bitterly "Happy birthday"
Inabot ko sa kaniya ang regalo ko, I'm not literally sure if he gonna like what I bought.
"Happy birthday! Love. Here's my gift" Dawn said.
Richard nodded "Thanks, Irene!" Kinuha niya ang paper bag sa akin at kay Dawn "Thanks! Baby" He said at Dawn.
"Your welcome" Dawn said while blushing.
I watched them hugging or whatever. Akala naman hindi nagkita kapahon kung makapagyakapan! I no longer bother interrupts any more of their talks.
I sat in the lounge chair while crossing my legs. I also barely crossed my arms chest. I took a deep breath while roaming around.
Hinawi ko ang buhok ko. I examined this pool area. It's a pool party? Oh yes, I guess.
"Irene! Mag-iikot-ikot kami ni Richard. You want to go with us?" Dawn asked.
I shook my head "As if I want to be a third wheel. Of course not, just go"
Dawn laughed "Ang sabihin mo you're just lazy, whatever"
They turned and walked away, I just watched them while they did it. They been two years together? I'm not sure pero ang alam ko mahigit isang taon na silang magkasama.
Sa hindi kalayuan ay natanaw ko pa ang iba kong pinsan na kumakaway sa gawi ko. I just smiled at them.
I want to talk to them and make some chika but I don't want too.
"Come here, Irene" Sele shouted.
I shook my head. I really don't want.
They laughed because of what I did.
Napaayos ako ng upo ng mapagtanto na palapit sila sa akin. I stood up and hugged them.
"Sele, you're too loud" I said and hugged her.
"She is" Neejan interrupt.
I looked at him using my disgusting look "What's with that hickey? Yikes" I asked while pointing his neck.
"It's just a style!" Neejan said
"By the way, we're going upstairs. Do'n muna kami tatambay sa isang guest room nila Richard. Dawn is with her boyfriend so do you want to come with us?" Sele asked.
I immediately shook my head "No. I'm going to stay here"
"Oh sige, akyat na kami"
I look at my cousins who wave their hands at me a goodbye gesture. I just nodded and smiled. I returned to sitting in the lounge chair. I could still hear a whistling of some boys and winking at me. (Pisti kayo)
"Irene, Dawn said na pupunta siya do'n sa guest room kasama yung iba. She said go there and make some fun with them" Richard said.
I cranes my neck to see a better vision of the girl beside him. She's holding her bag. She stroke her finger to her hair. Her head lifted and I can sense the superior look that she had.
I don't know but my heart started to beats faster. My chest is pounding so hard. I can't speak even I want to.
Seeing this girl made me froze! Seeing this girl made me speechless.
"Wisteria let me introduce to you my girlfriend's bestfriend. This is Irene" sabay turo sa akin ni Richard.

Wisteria nodded and smiled a bit, she force her smile. She examined me looked and what I'm wearing. I smile at her and she just raised her brows and shook her head like I dissapoint her.
I took a deep breath "Irene Marcos" I introduced and handed my hand.
My heart is going crazy, I think wala na sa tamang pagtibok sa puso ko. When our eyes met I felt like a bomb immediately exlode inside my body.
She stare at my hand, medyo nangangawit narin ang kamay ko at kung hindi pa siya sisikuhin ni Richard ay hindi niya pa ata tatanggapin ang kamay ko.
"Wisteria" She introduced using her sweet voice.
"You can call me Irene or Victoria" I said.
Hindi ko siya nilalayuan ng tingin. Nakikita ko sa aking peripheral view si Richard na pinapanood kami at iniwan kami.
My smile widely "But you can call me mine"
She raised her brows and shook her head "H'wag ako, Miss"
I let go of her arm. She raised her hand and chuckled "Gotta go" sabay ngisi pa niya.
I panicked and grabbed her arms. Her lips parted when she looked at me. I smiled sweetly and shook my head.
"Don't go away" I almost begged.
"Let go of me. Hindi na ako natutuwa, Irene"
Hinigpitan ko lang ang pagkayakap sa kaniya. Without any embarassment I lifted my head in her chest. Her sweet scent! It's smell so nice.
"I'm not joking to make you laugh" I said.
She held my arm, parang may kuryente na dumaloy sa buong katawan ko ng dumampi ang kaniyang kamay sa aking braso.
"Are you flirting with me?" She asked.

"Oh c'mon, I'm not into a woman like you. So let go of me and find someone who can entertain you"
"I'm not a flirt to go and talk to a ramdon people" I explained.
"But you acted and dress like you are"

Umayos siya ng pagkakatayo at hinarap ako. I can sense her intense gaze that make my heart flutteres so real.
"But I don't like you" she seriously said directly in my eyes.
"I don't care basta I liked you" I bit my lower lips.
She sighed "I don't care too basta I don't like you"
Her eyes telling me that she really don't like me but why? I mean wala naman akong ginawang masama sa kaniya. I just hugged her and hold her hand for a minutes.
She turned her back and walked away. I bit my lower lips when I realized that she rejected me?
