( Lorelai's POV )
We were now sitting down in the living room and dad started to speak.
" There are a few people being targeted and we need your help to keep them safe. "
" Who? "
" Our girlfriends, his boyfriend and our kids " Elias spoke.
" And you can't do it because..? "
" It's hard for us " Emilio said this time.
Damn I forgot about the people targeting them.
" Right.. " I trailed off.
" okay so do you want me to send them away? "
But if I hide them that would mean they could rarely communicate with them.
Although using my equipment it would be in fact very possible for them to communicate.
" Yes.. "
" Protection on them 24/7- though I can't tell you where they'll be " I said pulling out my phone.
" Tomorrow " Elias said and i nodded.
" Wait so this couldn't have waited until morning? " I asked because if this is all they wanted to talk about then it didn't take all of them.
" yes and we sort of got attacked tonight " Jace said and they all looked at him.
I looked them up and down and noticed faint bruises.
" Well you can stay here.. " I said standing up and yawned.
" On the other side of the house there are many rooms and shit available, I'm sure you'll want your space so follow me " I added on and started walking to the door.
Yeah unfortunately you have to walk outside to get there.
I heard their footsteps and we walked outside and across to the other part.
Once we got inside I looked around and it looked nice.
I've never actually been in here because I didn't have the time or I just didn't feel like it.
" Kitchen to your left, Rooms upstairs, living room to your right and yeah.. " I said and they nodded.
" Goodnight " I said about to leave when mom spoke.
" Thank you "
" you're welcome " I said and left without looking back.
Maybe it was harsh but it's a little weird.
If you ask me- they're acting like nothing happened.
Or maybe I'm ignoring it myself.
I shook away the thought and walked in the house.
I walked back upstairs and was about to open the door until I heard Taylor speak.
" yeah I'll be there soon.. "
" don't worry we're in the clear " and it went silent.
I waited a few seconds and opened the door.
" Alright i'm back " I said and she gave me a smile but clearly it was fake.
" I think we should go now because I have to go through the luggage and shit " she said and I nodded.
" I'll be in the car " I said grabbing my keys off the dresser and made my way back downstairs.
I'm starting to hate stairs.
But no seriously that conversation is suspicious.
I'll figure it out.
I pulled out my phone and texted my guards from the uk.
Lorelai:
something's up, keep tabs on Taylor. be discreet ..
I then looked up to see Aurora and Natalie looking at me.
" Something on my face? " I asked sarcastically.
" No " Natalie said and i nodded.
" I'm taking Taylor to the airport- how about you two ride with me " I said seriously and started walking to the door.
" I wasn't asking " I said grabbing the suitcase and left outside.
I went to my range rover and put the bag in the trunk and quickly got in.
Luckily I have the push start.
I stared at the steering wheel while waiting and eventually the doors opened.
" Whatever bullshit is going on between you two please don't start " I said looking at Taylor then looked at Natalie in the rear view mirror.
I turned on the radio and quickly pulled off.

Eventually we made it to the airport and me and Taylor got out the car.
I grabbed her suitcase and handed it to her before we walked inside.
" I hope your mom is alright " I said.
" yeah me too " she said back and I checked the time.
" Well you have to go " I said and hugged her.
" Stay safe " she said back.
I gave her a small smile and went outside to the car.
I quickly got in and pulled off.
A/N: like 3-4 mins into the drive.
" Look I know why you're angry and I don't expect anything less.. " I started.
" I know what you went through the past few years and I deeply apologize because I never wanted it to be that way but what the hell did I expect "
Honestly I meant it.
" I understand why you did what you did and I have no reason to be angry, it's just the thought of - never mind " Aurora said.
" yeah plus we watched the video so we get it " Natalie added on.
" Okay wait so are we good? " I asked and they replied with a yes.
" So your girlfriend " Natalie said.
" stop talking about it " Aurora said sounding irritated.
" I just don't like her " Natalie said looking out the window.
" or you don't like her with Lorelai " Aurora said and Natalie scoffed.
" you don't either " Natalie said back.
" I'm right here you know. " I said stopping at the light.
Let's change the subject.
" The girls are back " i added on.

( Aurora's POV )
As soon as we got in the room Natalie spoke.
" why would you say that? what's wrong with you? "
" what? you know it's true " I said back.
" Why does it matter.. "
" It doesn't but I have a question.. "
Honestly there's no right or wrong to it- I just want to know where her head is.
" When that time in Dubai happened- did you like her? "
" of course not "
" so you didn't develop any type of feelings for her? " I asked looking at her and she looked me.
" no! I want you and I love you " Natalie said.
Part of me doesn't believe her because she hesitated for a slight second when she said no.
" yeah I know and the feeling is mutual " I said and started putting my bonnet on.
" but you sounded irritated when I mentioned Taylor- are old feelings resurfacing? " she asked in a different tone.
" No, and they won't resurface " I said back and stood up.
" I'm going to go get something to eat do you want anything? " I added on.
" Sure " she said quickly and went to the bathroom and the sound of the shower was heard.
I walked out the room and made my way downstairs.
It'll be fine and we'll be fine.
Old feelings won't resurface and even if they did it wouldn't be this fast.
