Tilly went through a lot of trauma as a kid. His parents never cared for him so he grew up doing what he wanted. He had been arrested a few times for vandalism but was usually out in about an hour because they didn't want to leave the little one in a disgusting jail. He doesn't vandalize anymore because he gotten a pretty hard spanking from his last caregiver and that immediately put a stop to that. He actually still talks to that caregiver because he happens to be one of his friends who are now married and has two kids. He doesnt really remember his parents because he ran of when he was 7 and never came back.
