LUCIA Parker. New to North Valley High. Always moving around, her family never settled down for long. That, though, was due to her mother's job. Her father wasn't in their lives, he left after the divorce with her mother.
Never really settling down, that meant Lucia didn't really get a normal experience. Always having to leave, she always had to make new friends, never in a relationship, or ever really part of anything.
