Y/N POV
We were were getting ready for the game against another country I wasn't paying any attention to the name. Dean walked in and said, as usual,
"Hey sweetie."
"Ugh hey Dean." I scoffed.
"He loves to mess with you huh?" Charlie observed.
"Yes, and it gets on my nerves." I responded.
"Get on the ice! Quick warm-up then let's play USA!" Bombay said as he hyped us up.

We all skated out and warmed up. Soon the game was started.
Time passed fast and we were already had 6-0.
"Conway passes it to Moreau, she shoots she scores!" The reporter exclaimed
Our teammates cheered for us loudly. The crowd was going wild and we were all happy and hyped. We all hugged Connie, and she was being squished. Jesse was was cheering and same dude came from the crowd behind him and said, " Man y'all should high five some more, man, my little brother could score on these guys!"
"Then why don't you just go and bother him then." Jesse shot back.
"Haha I ain't even got a little brother." He said then walked away.

Jesse had the pick and he was going to score but he got hooked and fell into the goal. Too bad his head wasn't the puck. We woulda scored. He jumped up and skated over to to guy
"What's your problem man?!" He said angrily.
"Forget about it Jesse, move on!" Bombay shouted.
I saw Fulton and Portman fist bumping and going out on the ice in knew it was show time. I called Charlie over and told him to look. He said the same thing as I did.
"HEY FULTON LETS GO OUT AND PLAY!" Dean exclaimed.
"YEAH, PORTMAN, LETS DO IT." He yelled back.
They shoved and pushed people out of their way, if they were even a centimeter in their way they were gone.
"ALRIGHTTT!" Portman said with joy.
"ALRIGHT ,PORTMAN, GET IT!" Fulton said as he passed the puck to him. He shot and made it.
Don Tibbles was in the stands and he said to the people next to him "Look at that! They're the bash brothers!"

CHARLIE POV
"Hey, you got a girl in the stands?" I asked Adam.
"No, scouts man, look at 'em." He replied.
"Don't worry about scouts you'll get plenty of chances!" I said comforting him.

"Team USA looses the puck at center ice. Here's Bellafonte across the goal line with a great move. Walks right down in front. He shoots he scores!" The reporter yelled.
The other team Trinidad ,I think, seemed that they were celebrating a lot maybe even too much ,but it sure was a lot.
"Nearing the end of the game, Team USA with it out at center ice. Here's Y/n L/n stick-handling in the Trinidad zone. L/n still with it, moves around Pileup, gives it to Kenny Wu. Wu, the former figure skater, back behind the net, ducks underneath the check. Wu, around in front. It's a wraparound. He scores!" The reporter exclaimed.

Y/N POV
"Alright, way to go!" Bombay told us. "That wasn't a game, that was a statement!" We all cheered.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Team USA Hockey, and the man chosen to lead them to the gold, Gordon Bombay." Tibbles said. The whole team and audience cheered.
"Bring the beat up here. This is Henry, the Hendrix bear." He continued.
He walked up us and took pictures then left. I honestly wasn't feeling all that people-ish that day, if that's even a word. But of course they decided to ask us questions.
One of the reporters asked us "Team USA, how does it feel competing on international level here in Los Angeles?"
"We love it!" They responded to her question.
"Coach Bombay, The Vikings from Iceland are the heavy favorite. Their coach has already guaranteed victory. How are you gonna handle them?" Another reporter questioned.
"Um... hard work. I think our team is ready to go up against the best in the world. We're not worried about 'em. Iceland may be tough ,but, uh, we're Team USA and... we're going all the way!"
"Team USA is going down that's where you're going. See you in the ice Bombay!" A guy said that was wearing all black, greased hair, and a rich accent.
"That's Stansson, coach of the Iceland team. He's wound a little tight." Tibbles told Bombay.
"That guy's a dentist?" Ken asked.
"No, that was his nickname. He played one year of pro, collected more teeth than goals." Charlie responded. "He even punched out his own coach.
"I heard they even ran him outta the league and the country." I added
"What happened to freedom of speech, huh? Isn't this America?" Stansson said harshly.
"That's his team? Those guys are huge!" Kenny mumbled to himself.

CHARLIE POV
We all were super bored after the game and reports were done. We were hungry and tired, so we got some food together. Then Y/n, Guy, Connie, Julie, Adam, and I went back to our dorm and watched a few movies.
In the middle of the 3rd movie, I saw that Y/n had fallen asleep. I put my arm around her so she wouldn't fall off the couch we were sharing. I kissed her on the head, then fell asleep with my arm wrapped around her.

CONNIE POV
Guy and I were cuddling on the big chair in the living room of his dorm. I looked around and saw Charlie and Y/n were asleep. I looked at Julie and Adam because they hadn't made a sound. I never really realized that they had a thing or didn't. I was mainly focused on Y/n and Charlie because it's been going on for longer. I know that because Julie and Adam met a few weeks ago. When I looked at them they were cuddling and being cute together and they both had smiles on their faces, and the scene on the tv was a lighter one so I could see they were both blushing. I swear if I just missed their kiss I will cry.
"They are so cute together!" I whispered to Guy.
"Yeah, I know." I looked at him and he was looking at Charlie and Y/N.
"Not them dummy, them." I said pointing to Julie and Adam.
"Oh, well I didn't know they had a thing." Guy protected himself.
"I just found out too ,but I'm tired so I'm going over there and seeing if they wanna watch another movie." I told Guy as I walked over to them.
"Hey guys are you still watching the movie?" I asked.
"Yeah, but we're pretty tired so if you wanna turn it off that's fine." Julie responded.
"You sure? 'Cause I'm tired too, so you can still leave it on if you want here's the remote." I told them as I handed them the remote. They turned down the volume then set down the remote and kept watching a bit.
"Night you guys." Guy and I said.
"Night." They responded.

Hey how are you liking the story so far because I really like it ,but it's super hard to update so this book may not get the development it deserves.
I'm just telling y'all cause I don't want you to get annoyed by the lack of development or updates sometimes especially after and before Christmas break for school because they give us a CRAP TON OF HOMEWORK AND ASSIGNMENTS. But I don't have to take exams this year!!!!! So I'm happy about that!!!! Also once it gets to about February or March I have softball starting again so I won't update because of practice if I decide to do a sandlot- benny rodriguez book or a D3 book but yeah!
How have y'all's weeks been? I hope they've gone well because just so you know I love you<3
