"(first name), do you like brewing tea? is this your hobby?" i asked her as she brought more tea on the set.
"i learned tea etiquette before. also, it's important to stay hydrated," she smiled at me.
i smiled back and laughed, "of course! (first name) is always so caring and talented."
"i will drink it well," i told her as she gave me a smile,
"oh, we have tea again?" xiao said as he walked towards us,
"yes, please drink it." (first name) mentioned as she poured some tea for him,
"thank you," xiao responded as he took the cup from her, immediately after finishing the cup of tea, the assistant director called for him back to the set.
"how was your recording?" (first name) suddenly asked me
"it was alright, i smiled infront of the camera a lot."
"you would look great even without smiling though," she joked around, i laughed with her as i said, "but don't you think i look the greatest when i smile?"
"of course, venti. 'greatest' won't even cut it for you," she said once more.
she kept smiling and i couldn't help but stare at her.
she's really pretty at times like this.
i observed my gaze over aether and kazu, they were recording their statements for the show before starting the island challenges.
kazu was obviously eyeing on (first name). i couldn't help but sigh but everything dispersed when her phone rang on set.
thankfully aether and kazu just finished their records, if it rang while they were recording, she would've been in big trouble.
it wasn't unusual to her to catch me staring, probably because she got so used to seeing me become dumbfounded when she catches my eye.
"i apologize, i have to take an urgent call." she faced me and slightly bowed,
"please pay me no attention and tend your matters," i smiled at her as she quickly walked out the room we were recording in,
i watched her go as i didn't realize the assistant director was already beside me.
"ugh, i'm glad she finally left the room. it was tensed and gloomy with her around," he jested infront of me.
i turned to him yet i was not pleased with any of the statements that left his awful mouth.
"(first name) is my assistant, she will stand by our side as long as we shoot here. it does not matter whether the room is gloomy," i looked right into his eyes as i made every word clear.
he looked frightened and took a step back, the other members started to walk towards us as well,
"what is happening?" aether asked.
"i dislike the way he spoke about our assistant," i told aether.
"my, you kept disrespecting her since yesterday." kazuha placed his palms over his shoulder.
"if you can't respect our staff, what guarantee would we get to know that you won't slander us too?" aether smiled at him.
"i.. i was just joking.. don't take it too seriously.." he stuttered to say,
"oh so you like jokes!" xiao mentioned as he laughed with kazuha and i.
"you're not that great of an acting director, i feel like you're lacking!" kazuha suddenly mentioned as he laughed
"what?!" the assistant director lost his cool.
"why are you getting fired up?" i asked him with a smile,
"i was just jesting with you!" kazuha smiled.
it was obvious that we were teaming up against him for slandering (first name) in our presence, but as soon as she got back
her eyes looked stoic yet sharp enough to pierce.
"you do have a lot to say for someone so incompetent." she mentions as the assistant director gritted his teeth.
"don't be so mad now! i'm just joking," she smiled at him.

"i should've gave him a piece of my mind!" i told (first name) as we were all gathered outside.
"yeah okay but can you stop clinging on (first name)? it's hot." xiao said as he drank water.
"i don't want to." i told them as kazuha sighed and pulled me to his side, "hey!"
"it was getting a little hot," (first name) giggled.
"but still, let's avoid trouble." she followed, "after all, he gave me a lot of tea for you guys. he was just jesting." she laughed after her statement.
she seems weird right now, she always had times where she acted like we didn't know her at all.
but most of the time everything she does doesn't really affect her work so maybe she was just tired.
she's making the same smile i saw her do when she fell on purpose.
"venti, let's go. the shoot is starting!" kazu called out to me as i was busy carouseling in my thoughts.
"oh, i'm coming!" i told kazu as i waved good bye to (first name).
walking towards the three of them, xiao kept mumbling how he wanted to drink beer tonight.
"(first name) would never let you," aether chuckled.
"i could already hear her disagreeing just by the thought of it." xiao mentioned as he walked towards the seat near the bonfire pit.
it was a sunny afternoon, no assistant were allowed to meddle during the challenge.
"i hope we finish quickly," kazu sighed.
"stop sighing, it'll ruin your image." aether said, "you sound like my mother ningguang." he replied.
"auntie beidou and i vibe more!" i told them.
"ah that reminds me, i forgot to look at their messages. i'll do it tomorrow.."
i looked all over the set, doesn't feel like they put a lot of effort into this.
so much for being a top reality show.

while the shoot was on-going, (first name) was sent back to rest.
while walking towards the cabin, she saw an ever familiar physique standing infront of the door.
"you're here again." she calmly says as she unlocks the door,
"i'm glad you didn't let yourself in without me." she mentioned as scaramouche followed her from behind.
"i have standards, (first name)." he said as he closed the door.
"you really outdid yourself this time," she said and stretched out her arms.
"everything is according to plan, i've planted every piece of evidence you'll need for your final performance."
"i trust that you have been doing well on your end?" he asked her,
"you have nothing to worry about on my end."
"as expected from you,"
"i guess you need me for something really big." she said once more and offered scaramouche to sit. "oh i do,"
"will you make me drink poisoned tea as well?" he smiled as he saw her hold a tea set.
she placed a teacup infront of him and brewed coffee. "i'm serving you poisoned coffee."
he laughed at her and sat down the couch, "you know, you can dye your hair a plethora of times, heck you can even change your name and fake your death over and over."
"i will always find you," he chuckled. "our next destination is back to your homeland,"
"what?" she stopped pouring coffee.
"we're going to the kingdom of svart, lady gizem of the amory douchy." scaramouche smiled at her.
"gizem is a name i do not go by anymore, i am (first name) now."
"but i do not need (first name). i need the help of the duchess of amory, lady gizem."
