*New dancers=New problem*
The episode starts with Sharon sitting in front of the camera shooting for a media interview.
News reporter: So Sharon this is the 4 time D3 academy has lost a compitition that to in row what's your take on this?
Sharon: Winning or losing is not a very big deal like you guys are making it. Sometimes you win a compitition sometimes learn from your mistakes.
News reporter: Indeed it is a big deal, this the first time NYDA has collaborated with any indian dancers and we can clearly see that you guys are talking this opportunity so lightly. And if such behaviour continues then i doubt they will reconsider there decision.
Sharon: That's absolutely wrong just because in last few months new dancer are not doing that well you can't say that. D3 academy's students has already proven themselves all over the world so before judging check the facts first.
News reporter: Facts haan ok so Sharon is it true that NYDA's representative Kriya Ghai was very good friends with your gang in past before this collaboration.
Sharon: Yes.
News reporter: One more thing is it true that Kriya Ghai and Reyansh Singhania one of the member of D3 are dating and also Kriya Ghai insisted Mr Desai to let her take D3 gang's workshops.
Sharon: Ya that's right but, what are you trying to say?
News reporter: Nothing i was just stating the facts.
Then the News reporter turn his face towards the camera and ends the interview. Sharon was very confused with his last line.
*Next day*
It was around 8:00 in the morning D3 gang was in the academy at the meeting hall. Because the same reporter who interviewed Sharon has issued an article in the newspaper which says Kriya is baised towards D3 gang and also accused her for manipulation the results of final round of the compitition (the one NYDA held for opening the academy).
Sharon: Mujhe sach mein nahi pata tha mere ek interview k wajah se aasa kuch hoga im really sorry guys.
Kriya: Sharon please relex its not your fault.
Sharon: Kaise relex karun Dean sir India aa rahe hai parso all because of this news aur unke aane k baad kya hoga vo hum sab jante hai.
Amar: Dar toh mujhe bhi lag raha hai already hum 4 compitition har chuke hai aur uske baad yeh news.
Neha: Pata nahi kya hoga jab dean sir aayenge.
Swayam: Jab yeh academy ka sapna hum sab ka tha toh yeh mushkil bhi hum sab ki hai aur isse face bhi hum sab sath m he karenge.
*One day later*
Dean arrived at Mumbai airport and then D3 gang along with the Dean sir gathered in the meeting hall.
Dean sir: Four back back defect do you guys have any idea what your carelessness has cost. Because of your carelessness NYDA's reputation is at stake. People out there are raising questions on NYDA now. Who is responsible for all this?
Kriya said before anyone else could say anything: Sir its all my fault as a representative of NYDA the last call is always mine whether it was about which dancer will be a part of the compitition or which dance form will they perform. So its all my fault.
Gang was shocked by Kriya's move and Rey gets angry as everyone planned to stood in this all together but Kriya being Kriya.
Dean sir: Well Ms. Ghai im glad that we are on the same page. I didn't expect such unprofessional behaviour from your side you knew D3 gang before the compitition and you didn't inform us and on the top of that you deliberately took the charge of conducting the workshop of D3 gang this is not right.
Kriya: But sir how does the fact that I knew D3 gang before the compitition and also about the workshop thing make me unprofessional i never mixed my personal and professional life.
Dean sir: If your were professional in true sense na this all would never happen. Anyways NYDA has decided to replace you and you're no longer a part of D3 academy.
Listening that whole gang gets shocked.
Dean sir continue: Mikhail is going to take over Kriya's place from now onwards. And i hope the gang will co-operate with him he will be joining you guys from tomorrow. I want the D3 gang at the academy on 9 sharp.
Saying that Dean sir left from there and gang turned towards Kriya.
Vishakha: Kriya yeh kya kiya tumne.
Nil: Hum sab ne decide kiya tha na k jo bhi hoga hum sab sath mein face karenge toh yeh sab kyu.
Rey: Kuch bhi decide karne se kya hota hai Kriya toh vahi karegi na jo usse karna hai. Sab kuch tum khud he decided karlo hum sab ka kya kam hai na.
Saying that Rey left the meeting hall.
Sharon: Kriya jo bhi tumne kiya vo galat tha jab sapna hum sab ka tha toh uss ke consequences bhi hum sab sath mein face karte naa.
Kriya: Toh kya ho gaya m D3 academy ki officially member nahi hu ab, unofficially toh i will always be a part of this academy.
Vicky: But Kriya what about Rey, usse kaise samjhaogi yeh baat.
Kriya: Samjhana toh hoga he, i think i should talk to him usse phele vo mere gussa kahi aur jake nikale.
*Other side*
As Rey came out of the meeting hall he saw the dancers gathered in the rehearsal hall and he walks in the room.
Rey: Rehearsal karne kaha tha k gossip karne.
One of the dancers in lower tone: Aaj toh paka mare sir aaj sab ki class lagane wale hai.
Rey: Rehearsals k time pe dhyan nahi dete aur stag pe jake koi steps bhul jata hai koi off beat chala jata hai aur kuch toh itne smart hai k stage pe he ladna shuru kar dete hai
Rey said looking towards the two persons who performed at the last compitition: Aur tum dono vo ek dance competition chal raha hai koi drama competition nahi. You guys started fighting on the stage like seriously because of you guys .....
Before Rey could continue Kriya comes inside the rehearsal hall and said: Rey mera gussa in sab pe kyu nikal rahe ho.
Rey: Kyuki tumhe bolne ka koi faida he nahi hai tumhe kuch bhi bol lo ya samjha lo tumhe toh vahi karna hai jo tum chahti ho toh jao jo karna hai karo mujhe tumse koi baat nahi karni.
Kriya tells the dancers to leave and then she said: Rey agar m aasa nahi karti toh vo log yeh collaboration yahi khatam kar dete aur aap sab ka sapna tut jata.
Rey: sapna kya sirf humara he tha tumhara nahi tha kya, anyways tumhein kuch bhi bolne ka koi mtlb hai he nahi jab tumhein kuch suna he nahi. Mujhe ab iss bare mein koi baat nahi karni bye im leaving now.
He left and Swayam entered the rehearsal hall and seeing him Kriya said: Kya tumhein bhi lagta hai k mene jo kiya vo galat tha.
Swayam: Not really i know tumhare dimag m kuch toh chal raha hai bolo kya soch rahi ho.
Kriya: Swayam hum 4 compitition back to back hare hai itna badi baat ek coincidence toh nahi ho sakti.
Swayam: Yeh bhi toh ho skta hai k dancers aapna 100% na de rahe ho.
Kriya: I doubt that unki rehersal aur practice dekh k lagta nahi. There is something beyond then just a defect.
Swayam: Unke practice session toh mene bhi dekhe they uss time toh they perform really well. Par yeh sab kyu aur kaise ho raha hai vo pata kaise chalega
Kriya: Vo sab tum mujhe pe chod do.
*Other side*
The reporter who interviewed Sharon was seen talking to someone.
Person: Mene tumhari puri payment kar di hai ab m tumhein nahi janta aur tum mujhe.
Reporter: Aapko tension lene ki zarurat nahi kisi ko yeh kabhi pata nahi chalega k interview k sare questions aur vo newspaper ka article yeh sab aapke plan ka hissa tha.
After that the reporter leaves and the mysterious person called someone.
Person: kab tak pahunch ne wale ho.
Respondent: Kal aa raha hu.
Person: Yaad rahe koi gadbad nahi honi chahiye aur kisi ko kuch pata nahi chalna chahiye.
Respondent: Ussi tension tum mat lo vo m dekh lunga tumhein humari deal yaad hai naa.
Person: Mujhe sab yaad hai jo tumhein chahiye vo tumhe mil jayega.
*Next day*
Gang expect Kriya gathered at the meeting hall as per Dean sir's instructions soon Dean sir entered along with a new face.
Dean: Meet Mikhail he is the new representative of NYDA replacing Kriya Ghai. All the decision related to the academy will be taken by him.
Dean sir turned to Mikhail: I hope you will not let me down.
Mikhail: I assure you sir i wil not let you down.
Dean sir left and even the Gang was about to leave as none of them was in a mood to have any kinda conversation with Mikhail but he stop them.
Mikhail: Look guys i know you all are upset with the fact that i replaced your friend but its not in my hand NYDA sent me here and i hope you guys will understand and yes also co-operate with me.
Sharon: We all understand that, and we don't have anything against you its just that this change is very big for us and yes we all will co-operate with you for sure.
Mikhail with a small smile: Thank you so much now i think i should leave i will join you guys from tomorrow as i just landed and i even have fine a home for myself so bye.
Saying that Mikhail left.
Rey walks out off the room and his actions worries the gang.
Simmi: In sab chakar m kahi Rey aur Kriya k beech cheezen fir bigad na jaye.
Bharat: Par Kriya ne jo kiya vo galat tha hum sab ne kuch decide kiya tha.
Neha: Kriya k bina humara sapna bhi adhura hai iss sapne ko sach karne m jitni mehnat humne ki hai utni he Kriya ne bhi ki hai aur ab vo he is sapne ka hisa nahi.
Everyone was upset on Kriya not being a part of D3. Later Swayam goes to Kriya's house to meet and told her how everyone is upset with her absence so she decided to meet everyone on next day to cheer them up.
*Next day*
Gang reached at the academy as per there daily schedule but still everyone was upset with whatever happened. Everyone was in the rehearsal hall waiting for the students at that time Kriya entered there she looked at everyone but none of them said anything she understood they all are upset.
Kriya: Mein janti hu tum sab mujhse naraz ho, m aasa nahi karti toh shayad yeh academy band ho jati yeh academy hum sab ka spna hai. Chance hai sab ko yeh prove karne ka k dance sirf passion nahi carrier bhi hai. I know that now im not a part of this academy but if im not wrong im a part of D3 gang and thats what matters to me. Abhi yeh time iss baat ko leke upset hone ka nahi hai k ab m iss academy ka hissa nahi bakli yeh prove karne ka hai k D3 academy kyu best hai. Kyu hum best hai.
Sharon: You are right, its time to prove why we are the best.
Rinni: Its time to prove why out off all the dancing group NYDA chose us to collaborate with.
Nil: Aur ek aur baat Kriya you was are and will always be a part of D3 gang.
Finally a little smile was on everyone's face but Rey was still standing there with a gumpy face everyone looked and him and then at Kriya she assumed them that she will handle it so they leave from there.
Kriya walks towards Rey and seeing that Rey said: Tumhari yeh motivational speech mujhe pe nahi kam karne wali hai toh try bhi mat kar na. I can't do this and especially not without you
Kriya: Rey aapne he toh sab se phele iss academy ka sapna dekha aur sab ko dikha ya tha aur ab app he back out karne ki baat karrahe ho.
Rey: Kyuki kahi na kahi mere inhe sapne ki wajah se tum pe sawal uth rahe hai log tumhe galat samaj rahi.
Kriya: Then prove them wrong for me. Rey jo log mere bareme bol rahe hai vo tabhi shant honge jab aap yeh prove karoge k why D3 gang is the best.
Rey: Par Kriya tumhare bina....
Kriya: Rey m toh yahi huna haan bas rehearsal k time aapke pass nahi hogi but i will always be there for you and you know that.
Rey nodded a yes hugged Kriya.
Further as the students start coming Kriya leaves from there. Surprisingly seeing Kriya Mikhail hide from her. As Kriya left Mikhail sigh in relif.
Mikhail: Aacha hua Kriya ne mujhe nahi dekha warna sab kuch shuru hone se phele he khatam ho gaya.
*Other side*
Kriya reaches towards the parking area Swayam comes there.
Swayam: Kuch socha hai aage karna kya hai.
Then Kriya explain Swayam what exactly she is planning.
Swayam: Kriya you are sure tum yeh sab kar logi i think i should also join you.
Kriya: Nahi Swayam meri tension mat lo m manage kar lungi. Aur haan Swayam just sure one thing next month jo competition hone wala hai usme D3 academy part lega.
Swayam: But Kriya vo ek ground level competition hai aur D3 academy aase compitition mein part nahi leta.
Kriya: I know Swayam but we have to. This is our only chance to find the truth aur haan tumhein sab ko convince karna hoga iss compition mein part lene k liye.
Swayam: You are right i guess we have to do this.
