~2 months later~
Two months have past and I became one of the greatest chefs in my area maybe even the country, Ena stepfather has gone to jail and I became her legal parent, she's been going to school and we spend a lot of time together
I've been doing good in school, Kitaro and I share greetings when we see each other, the same goes for Miyamura
Father and I talked, and he explained everything to me, the reason why he left and everything
and the woman who had called that night had mistaken father's contact for her actual husband also named Rin
The only thing is my sickness, the pills aren't working anymore and I'm concerned, I'm very close to graduation and I hope I can graduate before I die

"Ena! Come out for breakfast!" I shouted for Ena
"Awesome! Breakfast time!" Ena yelled cheerfully as she slid into the kitchen
I smiled and placed the food on the table
I then heard a knock on the door
Both Ena and I smiled brightly as we both rush to the door, I got to the door first and swung the door open
"Father!!" I cheered as I give him a big hug
"Y/n!" Rin cheered as he hugged his daughter
"Hey!" Ena whined
Rin picked up Ena and hugged her tightly
"My beautiful granddaughter," he said as he walked inside and place Ena down
"Father you're just in time for breakfast!" I said as I took out a plate for him

"Bye Mom!" Ena said as she waved at me before she left for school with Father
I waved back in shock since she hadn't called me her mom before
As I closed the door, my body was filled with joy
I walked into the kitchen happily and cleaned it up

I took today off because yesterday I was really dizzy and my symptoms kept acting up

"oh! before I do that, I have one more thing to do," I said then rushed to the bedroom

"There all 7 are there," I said smiling
I hummed a tune as I made my way to the bathroom to get my pills, I brought them to the kitchen so I can make them into a powder for me to easily take them
~1:10p.m~
I felt myself waking up naturally when I realize I had taken a nap, I slowly got up, as I came to my feet I felt a shocking pain in my heart
I then felt that pain go through all my body, falling to my knees I screamed out of pain
Wanting to live, I crawled myself to the bathroom. As I crawled I felt like someone was beating me with a sledgehammer with every heartbeat, my vision became blurred and I felt my nose running.
I still had some strength left so I force myself to stand up, I looked at myself in the mirror, it was blurred, I used my left hand to support me while I search for my pills with the others.
I realized that I forgot I put them in the kitchen this morning before I can do anything, I started to cough up blood, with each cough I felt my entire chest and throat burn like I was in the depths of hell. Soon my head started banging in pain
I pulled myself together and tried my best to reach the kitchen, but I just happened to crawl my way to the kitchen with tears rolling down my eyes
As I entered the kitchen, my chest tightened and became hard to breathe. I quickly made my way to the kitchen and reached my hand for any pill I can get it on, I got a packet and weakly pulled myself up to the kitchen sink. With shaky hands, I opened the packet and all popped out everywhere.
Luckily one landed on the counter, I reached out for it and place it into my mouth. As I was about to put on the pipe, I started to throw up which made my pill fall out my mouth, by the strong rustic scent, I can tell that I threw up blood
I felt a strong pain in my stomach, I turned around and leaned over the island which made all the pills fall to the ground.
With my head and body painfully banging with each heart beat, my chest and throat burning and not being able to breathe, I felt myself remembering memories with the people that I love
I smiled softly before I fell dizzy and everything when black
All I remember was a sharp painful hit to my head
~3:20p.m~ Kitaro Pov*
I was bringing Ena home from her school since I passed by and saw that she was still there. Usually, Y/n will come to pick her up after school but she didn't come to school today so she's probably taking the day off and forgot.
Y/n's home~

It's been a long time I haven't been here

I opened the door with my key, as the door open, I smelled a strong rustic scent.
My body was filled with fear as I rushed into the house looking for y/n
I rushed into the bathroom since I usually found her there, but when I entered I didn't see y/n all I saw was blood everywhere.
Before I could even think about where she could be I heard Ena scream.
I rushed to the kitchen where I heard the scream come from
"Ena what ha-" I was cut off by seeing Ena hands covered in blood
"Ki- Kitaro! M- mom!" Ena said with tears falling from her eyes as she pointed to the island
I looked over there and saw y/n laying lifeless on the floor as blood kept running down from her head onto the floor
"Y/n!!" Kitaro shouted out as he kneeled down next to y/n
He took out his phone to call for help

Miyamura Pov*
I was helping my mother in the shop when my phone started ringing
I picked it
"Hello?"
...
The news I heard made my heart drop as tears formed in my eyes.
I rushed out the door and ran to the hospital

~at the hospital~
Miyamura rushed into the hospital and asked for y/n's room
He busted into the room and saw everyone there.
Granny Kanami, Ms. Hamada, Rin, Ena, Kitaro and Y/n
Y/n head was bandaged up and there were a lot of tubes attached to her as well
"What happened to her?" Miyamura asked
"We don't know?" Everyone answered except Kitaro
"Ikeda" Miyamura said
Kitaro was sitting down with head held low
"Ikeda, what happened to her?" Miyamura asked
"I don't know, I was just bringing Ena home from school and I walked in and found Y/n on the ground bleeding out," Kitaro said
"She seemed like she had one of her attacks again but I guess she couldn't get her pills in time" Kitaro continued
"And probably hit her head on the edge of the island," Rin said
Ena walked up to Miyamura and held his hand
"Is Mom gonna be okay?" she asked
"I don't know," Miyamura said softly as he gently pats her head
*cough* *cough*
Everyone looked up at Y/n to see her air mask filling up with blood
Miyamura quickly open the door and yelled out for a doctor

Everyone was in the waiting room, some of Y/n's friends from school came and some of her work partners came, so did Souta and Hori
Rin was walking up and down, anxious and scared for his daughter's life
He saw a doctor exiting Y/n room and he quickly walked up to him
"How is she? Can I get to see her please?"
"May I ask, who you are to Ms L/n," The doctor asked
"I'm her father, now let me see my daughter," Rin said
"No problem sir" The doctor replied
Kitaro and Miyamura both walked up to the doctor
"How is she?" they asked
"Who are you to Ms L/n?" The doctor asked
"Her husband," the two said at the same time
Everyone looked at the two in confusion and shock
The two boys looked at each other
"I'm sorry, you two are married to the same girl?" the doctor asked
...
"I'm sorry but I can't let neither of you see her-" the doctor was cut off
"is mom okay?" Ena came up and asked
Rin saw this and got memories of when y/n's mom was hospitalized, extreme worry and fear filled his body
"You can go ahead and ask her if you'll like," The doctor said
Rin and Ena went to the room to see Y/n.
"I'm sorry Ikeda but it was the first thing that came to mind," Miyamura said
"Understandable" Kitaro replied

Firstly one by one y/n's family members were able to see her and then her friends
Y/n wasn't able to speak nor hear anything, her body was in pain and she couldn't fight it this time.
