Eren and Levi became lovers both about 15 years old, during Humanity's worse time.

3rd pov~
Humanity was free.... no more titans, but one thing is gone, Levi's partner... was not here with him
As a cadet, you had to learn to forget the past you held so dearly instead you hold your swords and fight for humanity and recrimination for your loved ones
Levi couldn't recognize what this titan stood eye level in front of him, his eyes attempted to seek help around him, Levi leaned into this titan he recognized green and pure blue orbs with specks of gold that shines with sun's reflection,
But a terrible discomfort shoot to his head panting in pain and screaming can be heard from the young raven cadet whichever affected his vision began to get blurry as the titan he stared at titan's face examining regret and pain
Levi wakes from a terrifying dream, it wasn't his first time having this dream
......
In the morning in the dining hall
"Eren" Levi whispers in thought
"Levi, can you hear me?" Mikasa shook the raven, but nothing seemed to snap him out of his daze
"Levi!"
The Levi snapped out of his distraction
"ye-yeah oh umm, can you please repeat that?" he asked nervously and looked down from the glare his cousin Mikasa give then her facial expression softened
"Are you okay? You seem to be off and on today" taller Ackerman asked worriedly
"yeah, am okay please go on, I just need to get fresh air" he left before hearing Mikasa continuing
"what was that dream about, I don't know all I need to do is find Eren"
The young cadet walked out towards the horse stables and spotted his one and only savior
"Hey, Levi are you okay?"
'Ugh why does everyone keep asking me if am okay, for all I know they are not'
Levi thought
"am okay" he faked smiled
Eren grins and continues looking at the sky
"hey, Levi I wonder since humanity is still you know not perfect, I always wonder how it would be to be captain, and also human" he whispered the last word
"Really, well I wonder why you want to be the captain" Levi smirk "You don't have to say, am just curious now, I just know you'll be a great captain in my opinion," the younger cadet said
"Really, Levi that's nice I get your approval, what do you want to do in the future?" Eren's face shown with curiosity
"hmm, curious are you," Levi said
"yes, am really curious please tell me" Eren pleaded like a small puppy
"well, I've always been interested in tea maybe thought I can own a tea shop" Levi shyly answered
"Levi, I promise to get your own tea shop"
"really, Eren you don't have to it's ok-"
The raven was interrupted by the brunets sudden kiss
"Levi I love you, your dream means a lot to me as much it is to you," he says after the kiss
"Okay, thank you Eren that means a lot to me, I also want to help you achieve your dream" it was getting late, so the two boys went inside to join everyone, Levi sat beside Eren you sat and chatted with horse face (sorry jean I just had to)
"Hey, suicidal bastard, when are you going to stop calling my horse face ?" Jean says and taking his boyfriends features Marco
"hmm, good question, I think when you stop calling me 'suicidal bastard'' Eren smugly said
"ok, well I'll stop calling you that if you stop calling me Horse face"
"deal," they both said in sync
"really, c'mon guys, dinner is already finished"
Eren and jean notice they are the only ones left in the west wing
they sigh and went where everyone is now eating dinner,
"really guys you could have told us" Eren whined, and serving his portion of food
"I did, I literally said come it's time for dinner" Levi argued
"oh, am sorry, I was busy talking to hors-jean" the brunet said
"That's okay, anyway, am not hungry I'll be in my room" Levi leaves again whiteout someone speaking a word.
"Eren, what's wrong with Levi?" Nanaba walks in and says with a questioning look
Nanaba was someone Levi always looked up to and someday be like her when he gets older, she was also someone Levi went to talk to when he needs to get something of his mind, she too helped Levi express his feelings to Eren, it was all thanks to her Levi was able to socialize more with others, and not just close friends like Eren, Armin, and Levi. the blonde undercut female is married to mike leader of the corps.
Eren gave a confused look to the oldest female in the room, "I don't know, why? what did you say?!" Eren boomed with questions concerned for his boyfriend's state or what he might be going through
"Eren, calm down I asked because he was ..hmm how should I say this.. he was lost in thought he tripped and of course I helped him, but he just freaked out, and ran off to where I have no clue," Nanaba states
Everyone in the room thought that was strange of his behavior however some did understand he was having a panic attack from sudden close contact, Eren became concerned and ran out the dining hall to where he knows Levi might be at
*knock knock*
"Levi, it's just me can you let me in please I want to talk" Eren patiently waited for a reply
On the other side of the wooden door, the male unlocks and opens it allowing Eren to come inside his room "what is that you want to talk about?" Levi quirks a brown and sits down in bed
"I want to know why you panicked when Nanaba helped you earlier?"
Levi couldn't give an answer he also doesn't want to tell what his dreams had been like
"Eren, I have been...."
"been?"
Eren's pov~
"Sorry... I just can't tell you Eren if I did then you might be mad at me for assuming you're a..." he stops and before he opens the door to run off I close it back
"Levi..tell me I know there's something troubling you and I can help"
The shorter male stood and finally decide to tell me what's troubling him
"and that's it right, nothing else you want to tell me"
"yes, that's all I told you what I've been dreaming and what I think about now leave I want to be alone " he spoke
"Levi, I'm not leaving you to stop pushing me away please I told you I will help you, didn't I" I raised my voice a little
After I realized what I did I heard a small cry "you right, am sorry I've been pushing you away lately just...please don't shout at me" he sniffles and composing his uniform
"Hey, let's just go to bed okay, and am also sorry I raised my voice, these weeks remained stressful for you and all of us"
"wait but I thought you be mad that I dreamt of you being a titan"
"no, am not mad why? well you're not wrong" I whispered the last part
"oh ok, can you please sleep with me?" my cute lover asks
"of course, but first let's shower yeah"
he nods and we went to the showers and did our routine, he wore his pajamas and I only wore sweat pants and decided it's best to not wear a shirt we lay down in his bed he snuggled closer into me wrapping my arms around his small petite body.
7 years later
Levi's pov~
Am now 22 What did I do to end up, being humanity strongest soldier and captain everyone special died because of me Nananba died before she could even see freedom, and many soldiers, and my comrades died 4 years ago
I don't deserve to be here, the person who does is Eren but he's not here
where had he gone? it's been 5 years since we have last seen him
Right now am currently sitting down at a meeting held by Erwin aka bushy eyebrows
"Levi we need you to go on an expedition and without your squad, I know we already won humanity back, but I have a special surprise for you it's not from me but from someone dear to you" Erwin spoke and smiling at me
Ever since Eren disappear during our war we last had winning humanity Erwin was like an older brother and also shittyglasses known as Hange who was more of a friend helped me through my depression and anxiety attacks that happened at night I get when I dreamt of Eren as a titan was fading with smoke around, his lifeless body and...his head decapitated in my reflection I saw it was me who done it
"Yes Erwin" I said
"LEVI!!!" I groan and pinch the bridge of my nose
"yes Hange?"
"oh, I made your tea! and I also made you a new blanket!" they shouted soon seeing my annoyance they calmed down and patted me on the head, "thanks Hange, I really appreciate it now...Erwin can I be excused?" I asked pleading to go to my bedroom and... do nothing I haven't cried over the last 7 years so I don't really have a reason to be in my bedroom alone
"yes Levi, also the expedition is tomorrow, so get enough rest, goodnight Levi" Erwin pats my shoulder and we all leave to our own rooms
I have insomnia, no one knows about but Hange and Erwin, Mikasa and Armin lives somewhere in the village with my other friends we still keep somewhat contact just doesn't feel the same without Eren I began to get more muscles lately because working out was the only thing that kept my mind from my depressive past, have the same undercut still petite figure.
Next morning~Levi's pov~
"do you have everything pack?" Erwin asks nicely
"Yeah, but why do I have to wear a suit, it's an expedition, not a vacation or some sort 'goodbye, see you soon' thing, am coming back," I said seriously
"Levi just please stop challenging us, it's a surprise for you" Erwin professed
Levi shifts from one side and crosses his arms over his chiseled chest "who is this person?" i muttered
"he's captain, and he has something he promised 7 years ago" Erwin sighs "okay, enough before I spelt the surprise and I will get myself in trouble if I do" Bushy eyebrows tugs my arm and pushes me in the carriage along with my luggage,
"Why, do I need almost my wardrobe?" I ask
"Levi trust me please, now have a safe trip and Hange packed you some tea and food for the trip, now goodbye and see you soon, we might even visit cheek upon you" and in that said he closed the carriage door and the 'expedition begins'.
I fell asleep, due to the winds flowing into the carriage

I stir unconscious, ''ng ugh" my lungs expanded breathing rapidly, my heart hurts seeing this vision again in my sleep "No! Eren please don't go! I know you're the titan! please am not afraid!" sobs could be heard echoing
"Levi, baby wake up!" someone shaking me in my dreams, I grasped onto someone who saved me from this nightmare, never letting go and they caressed my back messaging my scalp
"shhh, Levi it's just the nightmare again" this voice is so familiar, no wait..Eren?. I glance up to the taller figure only to be meet with those eyes I fell in love with, and what's been 7 years since i have seen them.
"Eren" I stuttered reaching up to his cheeks, he leans into my touch and smiles small, his appearance changed, he seems more muscular than me well he's always been, his hair tied in a mand bun, even taller... well he has always been
"Eren, how are you here?" he starts laughing, hugging me closer to his chest
"Levi, I always been here, Yes the war happened 7 years ago, and you figured out I was a titan, and humanity won against the titans, all that's true, the only part that's not true is me leaving you, that was just a dream" he laughs even more and kisses my head
"wait, so you're saying you never disappeared 7 years ago, and you...captain?"
"why, yes I am officially Captain Yeager, also your Humanity strongest soldier," Eren says
"Hmm, okay so that's true, wait then was I in a coma?"
Eren stops his laughter, his emotions saddened
"yeah, you were but for only 2 months, and in that time you were having dreams of 7 years of me gone, and your mind is barely realizing it now, I know it's confusing but to make it simple and less of a headache your Levi Ackerman humanity strongest soldier, owns a teashop and is my boyfriend" he finishes it off then sighs when I seem to catch what he said
"I own a tea shop?" I ask
"yep, I promise didn't I?" he smirks
"oh yeah you did" I sheepishly say
"and am Eren Yeager captain of scout regiment and a titan"
"I love you Levi, and I will never leave you" brunet whispers in my ear
"I love you too Eren" wrapping my arms around his neck and leaning for his lips
We share a small kiss, and now i finally understand that everything that happened is true, but not Eren disappearing from my life, or anything in those 7 years
