AVY'S POV
He is finally here. Tucker is.
I am so bustling with energy that the only thing I want to do is reach him as fast as I can.
There is a lot of thing I want to tell him.
'I'll reach him.first Avy' Brittany challenged as she sprinted beside me. Both of our heartbeat and rhythm matched at that moment as I felt her beside me. Our legs moved in sync as we both concentrated on our goal.
'In your dreams' I shot back.
The pack house became visible infront of us as I got a whiff of his scent.
TUCKER'S POV
'Alpha Zander will be here soon' a gaurd informed me as he bowed his head. I nodded dismissing him.
He left soon after and just as I was about to sit down on the couch, the doors of the pack house slammed open startling me as I took an alerting pose instantly.
Before I could react two humans crashed into me knocking the air source out of my lungs.
"Tucker, I missed you," I heard a pair of voice in a distance.
"I did more Avy" Bri said as her tiny arms clutch me even tighter.
"No I did more Bri that is why I reached him first" Avy responded as she also clutched me tightly. I must admit that if they will hold me like this for a second more then I finally will see moon goddess.
"Guys-" I tried to intervein but Bri pulled me towards her tightly. suffocating me.
"Liar," she yelled.
"No it was me Bri get your hands off my brother." Avy commanded as she pulled me towards her.
"He is also my brother from another bloodline too" Bri protested. I feel so loved.
They kept going with their bricking and somehow their hands which pulled my torso was now on my neck.
If they don't stop now then I will shamelessly be strangle by two female wolves whose grip is like two snakes strangling a meal.
I could feel my cheeks burning up, which roses my curiosity of how long can a wolf hold its breath.
Where are my pack guards when I need them. Oh right I asked them to get refreshed.
"Oh my goddess .. alpha Tucker are you alright." Someone said that caught the girls attention.
"Help me!" I chocked. I could have freed from their clutches but I didn't want to hurt them and to be honest it felt good to be missed.
They can be strong fearless leader but to me they are my cute little fragile baby sisters.
"Tucker," they both yelled in my ear. "Shit, I am so sorry" Avy said as she and Brittany moved away from me.
I took deep breath hungrily while rubbing my neck.
"Are you alright Tuc Tuc" Avy asked as she sat a bit far from me. Her eyes reflected concern and guilt mirroring Bri's who sat beside her.
"Remind me to never, never be alone when I am meeting you two uncivilized bears. I would be dead if it wasn't for that wolf." I pointed at the wolf who stood behind the girls while rubbing my neck.
His aura was surrounded by hurt and envious. I wonder why?
"Let me help you up" Zander held his hands out for me. When did he arrive. But then I was in near dead situation to even notice anyway.
"Sorry Tucs I was just too excited to finally meet you that's all" Brittany said as she looked down, same as Avy.
"Really" they looked so adorable like two cute embarrassed kids who were caught stealing candy. I wonder how it would have been if we all grew up together. We would have made a lot of trouble, teased each other had a fight once in a while and then became a team again. But at least we are a team now. I thought as I felt a bit pain for not being able to spent our childhood together maybe in different universe.
"The two of you will really kill me one day" I laughed to lighten up the mood and more specifically my pity thoughts, as their mates helped them up.
"Come on hug me like my normal cute angles" I ordered as their faces brighten up and they gave me a group hug.
"See this way is safe and death proof" I joked earning a punch from them on both side of my abdomen.
"Come on I said I am sorry didn't I?" Brittany huffed as her cheeks turned red.
"And it is not my fault that I missed you" typical Avy said as she folded her arms authoritatively just like her mom.
"Well Alpha Tucker is here big deal or whatever I need food." The wolf from earlier said as he lazily strolled towards what I assume is a kitchen.
"Umm am I missing something?" I asked to know a bunch of equally confused leaders who shrugged in response.
"I guess he is just jealous" Eric suggested as he wrapped his arms around his mate.
Mate.
They really are a blessing.
'They are' my wolf hummed dreamily. He has been like this since we entered this territory.
Ignoring him I looked at Avy.
"So you are not going to feed me" I asked her.
"Oh sorry, I totally forgot," she mumbled as she moved away from Alpha Zander who seemed hurt, and dragged me to the kitchen.
"So how is it going princess, I hope he didn't cause you trouble?" I asked Avy as she shrugged.
"We have bigger problems" she mind linked me since she is still connected to my pack.
"Problems-" I asked as she hurriedly slapped her plam on my lips looking around, hurriedly.
"Oww that hurts" I complained, slapping her hands away.
"Then you should be smart, sometimes it really makes me wonder why you are a Alpha"
"Is it Zander?" Just the thought of him hurting her again made my blood boil. She stayed quite which raised bells as I hugged her protectively. "Tell me Avy. Did he hurt you again" If he did then he will regret for even looking at my baby sister.
"What no. It's not that calm down" she said, as she patted my shoulders as an attempt to calm me.
"It's his father. And no he didn't but he might soon" Father, what does Alpha Mark has to do with all this.
"I am taking the sandwich" before I could say a word the wolf from earlier stated as he took the sandwich Avy was preparing for me. Double cheese with mayonnaise and tomatoes.
"Hey" she protested as the wolf ate my meal. My meal. I growled at him but he stayed still though his heart rate was evident.
Unknown POV
Three days.
It's been three days since I last ate.
Urg!!
Taking another step I halted with a small rustling sound.
There, three meters away from me. With the scent of a ... squirrel.
Guess meals ready. I smiled at my self taking a pouncing stance. The bush rustled as a fat squirrel walked out. It's cute little nose raised up high, sniffing its surrounding as he looked towards me. Petrified.
Guess, it will be a good chase. I mused. Without wasting a second I pounced but that little creature was fast enough to dodge as it ran.
I am not giving up on it. 'Neither am I' my wolf said as she ran after him.
Our chase went on as that little fat monster dodged ever time. Not this time. Increasing my speed I gripped its furry coat as I ran past it. Halting instantly as I felt the squirrel in my mouth. Guess I won again.
Just as I was about to kill my prey, someone pulled my wolf leg making me yelp and drop the squirrel as it ran the instant it felt the ground. There goes my meal.
Whoever it is will pay. I was determined to kill the person but the scent stopped me.
We were so absorbed in getting a meal that I forget to heed my surrounding.
"Shift" one of the pack guard commanded holding a sharp knife at me while four others surrounded me blocking my way out.
I just stepped into a pack territory. Goddess help me, that filthy squirrel will pay.
"Shift" the pack guard commanded again as a new guy threw a sheet over me.
I was to exhausted and hungry that I followed the command.
Wrapping the sheet around me protectively I looked up at them
"Please let me explain I-"
"Shut it." The guard yelled. "Take her to the Alpha he will decide her fate." He ordered the others.
ALPHA.
I am meeting and greeting no Alpha. I have to ran now.
Alpha's are bastard.
Before the other guard could hold me. I stood up with all the energy I could muster and tried to run. Keyword tried.
The other grauds were fast as the held me.
"Leave me" I protested but I vain.
"I said leave me I mean no harm let me go now." those words might have fell upon deaf ears as my body was carried away . I really have to escape before they captivate me and asks those silly question which I am not related to like, "what are you doing here" "who sent you" " when will you attack" and others.
"We are dead this time" my wolf hummed. I agree.
