Inside the command tent where the war meeting held, multiple figures sitting around in a circular table to discuss any possible plans to counter the steadily construction and improvements defensive infrastructures in Gim brought and Supported by multiple combat engineering battalion of ASEAN forces.
"So any suggestions about these... military structures that being built around the border?" Said by the Royal army commander
"Should we launch a preemptive strike against them and conquer Gim right away! And my army shall be the spearhead of Assualt! "
A greenhorn and ignorant aristocrat begun swanking himself and his household to attack the enemies.
And followed by the other airheaded aristocrats to not fall behind "me too" "No I'll be the one leading the army!" "Don't be so carried away because I'm the chosen one to lead the country Into victory!".
"Hoh indeed a truly brilliant plan and we will definitely gonna trampled any countries inside the continent of rodenius without any trouble as if stepping on ants right?" said by the Royal army commander
"Of course! As expected of me right! We came from the strongest country of the rodenius and be the Conquerors of the continent, shalt not be defeated by the peasants of lowborn Qua Toyne and Quira!"
"We've been defeated by the enemies in Gim though?" The commander said in low voice
"Hmmp! Because their incompetency are beyond stupidity they can't even overcome those peasants-filthy sub-humans defending Gim, if I where the general I could trashed them with overwhelming victory!"
Then the commander sneered on him upon hearing the words he uttered then laughed real hard. With a thought in mind 'a very excellent example of a spoiled aristocrats'

Hearing the hysterical laugh by the commander, the aristocrat felt mortified by it and trembling in anger.
"What are you laughing for! Do you think you could elude this transaggression towards me!" The aristocrat who felt humiliated screamed and begun throwing tantrum inside the tent, then the commander replied
"Are you forgetting something on what I've said? We could defeat any country Inside the continent of rodenius. But currently, we aren't fighting Qua Toyne alone, we are also fighting the ASEAN who are the culprit of the destruction of vanguard unit of the invasion force"
Hearing those the aristocratic side begun to cause ruckus but the aristocrat didn't back off.
"Bu...But that's a surprise attack right! Anyone could do that!"
Those words took the commander surprise as was it was too stunning for him because of how stupid argument by the aristocrat is, then he calm down and reverted back to his calm demeanor.
"That's quite unexpectedly stupid-should you teach this green horn first about realities before blabbing like fool in front of us my lord?"
Then he gazed on the high ranking aristocrats he argued with earlier whom wanted to withdraw his armies and factions out of this place
While looking annoyed the aristocrat answered "Tch... You brat should remain silent, you are an embarrassment to us"
Upon hearing that accompanied with intensely intimidating glare by the senior aristocrat the greenhorn shrank in the corner while shaking in fear.
"Let's continue the agenda and forgot this farce created by this fool so anyone have suggestion here?"
The Senior aristocrat begun looking in the participants if they're have some ingenious proposition but in few minutes of waiting there's none manage to breath a word, thus he said
"It's seems there's none huh...Then we are just sitting ducks here, so pretty much like we are washing our necks for the enemies in the time being and waiting to get slaughtered here in vain"
The words uttered by the senior aristocrat sent penetrating chills down to spines of attendees of the meeting
Silence once again ruled the place
"Aheemm" but it was broked by the commander
"For this undertaking on how things should be done, we concluded that we will not win in head-on battle against them and our solution is at first to send our operatives to disrupt or sabotage the enemies at Gim and order our sympathizers in Qua Toyne to avert or slowdown the construction of these fortifications in every possible means they've got"
"Is that reachable?" Questioned by a aristocrat
"I do believe it is, as the enemies is a bit incomprehensibly soft to the population of Qua Toyne even though on the reports they are human dominated societies-nation I mean"
"What do you mean soft?"
"Soft means they don't discriminate and treats the sub-human population of Qua Toyne equal to their own. we don't know if its true or not but the possibility it was all stunt by them aren't zero so we don't take that to face value."
"So do you think they will capitulate if we begun our indirect interference on their side-with this much?"
"Nahhh... impossible, the Qua Toyne might be-but it's quite far fetch as long as ASEAN there to protect them. so those things only we could do at the moment"

Then I have two propositions here either launch an attack now while they are weak and yet to complete the construction of the fortifications In Gim or withdraw from this place then scatter our forces so the enemies will slowdown their advance due to many uncertainties of scattered hostile units throughout the country not to mention they aren't mastered our geographical location and so we can use it as an advantage as the maps we sold and being used are relatively inaccurate
Oh additionally, we are at war with them. Then why not letting add with a little bit of spice with scorched Earth tactics, poisoning the water sources and leaving no provision for enemy consumption, ain't that feasible right? better than pointlessly to sit here and do nothing"
The Proposal of aristocrat made the attendees unanimously nod in satisfaction and agreement, as indeed it's better than doing nothing
"That... That's not acceptable, we cannot withdraw as it will left this area undefended as opening our country for possible counter-invasion of the enemies and launching an attack is no go either as per royal proclamation of King Lauria and not to include even if it's General Junfila will no--"
"I'll allowed it" Then someone interrupted him. A person wearing flashy attire which obviously denotes that he is a high ranking official upon recognizing the person the commander widened his eyes in surprise
"Gen-general Junfila pardon my discourtesy but we cannot move on this place sir!"
"Hmmm you dare to defy me? So be it-guards! drag this ingrate out of my sight!"
Then the stunned guards immediately obey the order albiet with a little confused but before they could drag him away the commander shouted
"Are you of your mind general! This is an order from His Majesty you are committing felony-treason on the highest order!"
The shout of commander reverberate throughout the tent, rendering the guards to look at each other confused on what they should do and the aristocrats and royal army officer became frozen for a moment
"Tch..." Junfila clicked his tongue followed up by
"Then are there any of here brave enough to would mind come together with me rallying against the mighty foes of bearing the emblem of ASEAN?-The enemies whom mercilessly slaughtered our army? Are you guys will just letting them Scot free after tarnishing our dignity after we retreated while looking pathetically and holing on this place like a cowards! It doesn't suit our Great warriors to be like in this pitiful state! Lets consolidate out forces now and March towards them"
After his howl, Junfila look to the attendees, upon catching the Sharp glare some of the attendees didn't look straight on him only some manage.
"General may I join this undertaking?"
"Me too!" "I shall cooperate with you general"
One after another, royal army officers and aristocrats begun the formation in conclusion of this farce. he managed to rally 20,000-man strong to March against the enemy holdouts, but naturally many opposed this harsh and haphazardly judgement not to include that it was the King who ordered them to prohibit any armed engagement against enemies as it could be seen as felony which nearly resulted into confrontation between the factions who wants to follow the status qou and the rebellious faction led by Junfila who wants to Assualt the enemies. There are also wyvern riders who wanted to support Junfila breakaway group but they were put in house arrest and heavily under surveillance to prevent them from doing any thing stupid as they can't gambled the remaining precious wyverns to be sent in a slaughter.
Defensive Outpost Bravo, Command Room
Upon reaching the command room, Major Ismail immediately went through straight to the radio operator who frantically looked like fixing or tuning the communication equipment then asking "calm down soldier...Is the communication is serviceable?" Which startled the Radioman
"Umm yes sir! We've got some small troubles because of a bit of static noice interfering but it was operationally all green so what's your order sir?"
"Umuh... i see Get a hold to the headquarters tell them that this is matter of urgency"
"Affirmative sir wait for a moment" Thus he begun operating his equipment then "Command this is OP bravo requesting....." After a few minutes of contacting the HQ they manage to get a response from them "Bzzzztttt bzzzzThizz Command OP bravo do you copy?"
"Good copy over-command we're requesting to get a hold on a direct line of authority in the HQ...." After furnishing the small details the Radioman passed the comms to Major.
"HQ this is commanding field officer of OP bravo, Major Ismail of 321st infantry battalion of 13th infantry brigade belonged to Indonesian army speaking"
"10-4 Major, This is Lt. Gen. Lucas Lee of Singaporean armed forces and currently the highest line of authority in RODCON-COMMAND HQ, come in over?"
"Roger that, Lt. Gen. Lee, may I ask why there's no fast mover and birds deployed in the airspace?" The personnel including the adjutant in the command room who didn't understand what Major Ismail talking about are having a questioning look
"Why did you ask major? It is in standard operation procedures...oh by the way there's no need to be formal here formality is just for appearance sake and not to include the office personnel are presently raking their heads on how to solve the difference of military doctrine and ranking system here in HQ"
"Is that so...why I'm asking? because It's unnaturally quite down here. The chopping noise of choppers that should patrolling the vicinity are no longer can be heard here. the HQ should have the better grasp than us in an event of hostile movements and should immediately formulate a decision for a scramble order to sortie a preemptive strike force to prevent any incursions of the enemies. The personnel who heard that, unexpectedly change their expression from questioning to astonishment upon realizing the eerie silence of caused by missing helicopter patrol squadrons that should be guarding the border and one of their protective screen in the times of combat against Laurian forces.
"Hoh...You realized ha~we ordered them to withdraw from the area then put them in standby...and even if we want to intercept their Assualt force, we can't do that as we've been directly ordered by top brass and we are soldiers we can't refused "
Listening on the words of General Lee, Major Ismail he pondered for a moment ".....I don't get the logic, why you pulled out the air units but I think that's a huge mistake at the very least I hope they didn't ordered the withdrawal of helicopters here as they are enough to demoralized and force the enemy who lacked air Superiority to call off their pointless endeavors here"
"That's a negative Major, order is an order, so no question asked and follow it"
The personnel who've hear the communication between two high ranking official anticipating what will the field officer will reply "so what's the outline of the plan?"
"Let's cut the chase let them get in the border of Qua Toyne then trounce their advance with everything you've got for propaganda purposes"
"Huh? What's with that? Are the brasses thinking to send us off to death I mean less than 200 men against an army of more than ten thousand that's nonsense, I ain't planning to turn my soldiers into martyrs you know?"
"Don't ask me, I my self is confused by the decisions of the top brasses too you know" muttered by General Lee then continued "Also, I don't wanna see my own men getting killed in vain not to mention many of them are foreigners-other nations soldiers not mine and the enemy movements are offbeat they should be restrained by the orders of their king not to engage the enemies at all cost that's what we've tap on their communication but..."
"But what?" Asked by Major in wonder while with a thought of did they move on their own discretion is that what he meant?
"Ummm... We aren't sure most likely they aren't unified in a point of having factions on the armies, so our conclusions is that one of the factions of camp over there is moving on their own without authorization in simple words they are performing insubordination"
"Was that so, are the brasses think that we are enough to repel the enemies here for that so called propaganda? Why not we abandoned the post here and move to the Atlas. Don't you agree it would be more epic to see the artillery men to fire their cannons horizontally? I meant it was spectacular to witness the big guns of artillerymen to blowing up the hostile asses to smithereens"
The General chuckled on the talk with Major which he found pleasing to hear on how he criticize the half-assed move of brasses with much better and practical choice on dealing the Laurian advance
"Hahaha... yeah sure thing, so ahem... unfortunately the verdict is that's a no, while indeed it's a sight to see but we can't possibly put our artillerymen on such more perilous situation than you are in an open field battle. Additionally, one week from now the reinforcements should reach your outpost to strengthen it thus increasing the chance of you and your men's victory and decreasing the casualties for anticipated clashes between the OP bravo and the hostiles but due to unforeseen and unpredictable movements the enemies undertaken makes those unachievable..."
The words that flowed to his ears makes the major give up in pursuit of arguments on his fellow soldier "When the arrival of reinforcements I could only hold the hostiles for at least 15 minutes or half an hour at the best on my calculations including the variables of magic that makes some of the enemy soldiers a living and walking flame thrower as they could fire a fantasy-like fireballs as far as 100 meters"
In history of Earth, dozens of machine guns is more than enough to stop an advancing army of thousands. There are 3 defensive area of the outpost bravo. The center or west defensive area defended by Indonesian army contingent(60 man), north west defensive area manned by Vietnamese people's ground forces(60), and Last South west defensive area manned by both Malaysian army(20 man) and the Philippine army(36 man) and the additional 250 man a week later to boost the defenses but didn't reached yet.
