I woke as the sunlight hit my face, I looked at the alarm and it was showing 6:30 am. I have a board meeting at 9:00 am. I need to reach there by 8:30 am. I should make it fast. I got up from my bed did my morning routine.

I looked at the watch and it was showing 8:00 am. I took my things and went downstairs for breakfast and saw Beomgyu there. I waved at him and he waved back. He was looking breathtaking as always. No matter girls are gonna die for him in the board meeting.
I went towards him sat down in front of him at the table. I ordered my food, same goes for him.

Beomgyu:- You are looking gorgeous Y/N.
Y/N blushed at his statement. And said
" You too "
Beomgyu:- Someone is blushing I see
He teased y/n
Y/N:- Yahhh! Stop it.
Beomgyu just laughed at her statement.
Beomgyu:- Y/N are you free after the board meeting, like in the evening?
Y/N:- Yeah I am, I don't have any work after that.
Beomgyu:- Cool, be ready after the board meeting.
Y/N:- But where are we going?
Beomgyu:- You will know soon.
He said with a wink.
Y/N just shook her head. Soon they finished their breakfast and went towards the car. The driver drove it off and soon they reached in front of the company.
They both got outside and took a look at the company fully. It was splendid for sure.
A man in his mid-20s came towards them.
???:- Are you two from Canada? Miss Y/N and Mr Beomgyu?
They nodded their head.
???:- Nice to meet you guys I'm Mr. Sato.
Y/N:- Nice to meet you, sir.
They both bowed to him and he bowed back.
Mr Sato:- Let's go to the board meeting room the meeting is about to start soon.
They both nodded their head and followed him inside the company. Y/N and Beomgyu both got inside the meeting room. As soon as they entered the meeting room they saw different people were there all over the world with their projects. After some time a man in his mid 45's entered. He is famous all over the country. People just know that he is a successful CEO but there is something about him that people still don't know. He bowed to everyone respectfully and got seated at the big chair which was in front of everyone.
Mr. Chang:- Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, I'm Mr. Chang the chairperson of Chang enterprises. You know the rules if your project is good you are getting selected. So let's begin.
The lights got dimmed, and one by one all told about their project. Soon it was Y/N's turn. She was a bit nervous, Beomgyu saw this he held her hand and squeezed a little assuring that everything will be fine. Y/N just looked at her smiled. Y/N made her way to the project professionally. Soon Beomgyu joined her. They both explained about their project. Mr. Chang was very impressed with both of them since they both were so young and they were doing it like some professionals. After the meeting ended everyone clapped for them. Y/N and Beomgyu bowed to everyone and went back to their seat. After the discussion got to an end Mr. Chang stood up and said
" So as you all know I'm about the announce with whom I'm going to do the next project. They are Miss Y/N and Mr Beomgyu from Canada. "
Y/N and Beomgyu we're in shock, they didn't expect that they are going to get selected. Everyone left the meeting room and it was only Y/N, Beomgyu, and Mr. Chang.
Mr. Chang:- Well you guys did well.
Y/N:- We are very thankful that you chose us to work with you.
Beomgyu:- We would never disappoint you. That's my promise.
Mr. Chang smiled and was about to say something but got cut off by someone entering the room. The person came and whispered something in Mr. Chang's ears. Soon his happy face turned dark. Those eyes that were showing warmth were now filled with unknown darkness.
Mr. Chang:- Okay, I will be there in some minutes.
I will get going now kids, meet you in our next project.
He patted both of their heads and left from there.
Y/N and Beomgyu also left from there.
Mr. Chang got inside the car and they drove off to a place far away from the city, they entered a deserted forest, most people don't come here. They stopped in front of a house which you can say was more like a mansion.
No one would have ever expected a house in there. There was a thing of Mr. Chang no one else knew, it was kept a secret from the world. People would find him a good person but does a lot of things behind their backs. He has a lot of illegal business. He is a mafia. One of the most powerful ones. The door got open he entered with his men. His partner was already there. He got seated on the sofa and looked at him and said
" How are you Taehyung? "
Taehyung smiled back and replied
" I'm fine Mr. Chang how bout you? "
Mr. Chang:- I'm also good, well I heard that you got married. Congratulations on it.
Taehyung:- Thank you, Mr. Chang, well let's get to our work.
Mr. Chang nodded and started discussing their work. Taehyung was successful in making Mr. Chang agree to do that project with him. Well, who would try to go against the Mafia Boss?
Taehyung:- So I will take it as a yes Mr. Chang?
Mr. Chang:- I agree with doing it.
They shook their hand and left from that mansion to their respective places.
Later that evening 7 pm
Y/N pov
Well, I'm here getting ready for dinner with Beomgyu. I asked him which restaurant we will go to eat at, he said you will see. So yeah let's see.
I heard a knock on the door. I took my phone and got outside. Beomgyu was standing with the most heartwarming smile ever. Beomgyu held my hand and said
" Let's go Y/Nieee ".
I giggled at his behavior. We left from there and got inside the car. After 15mins of the ride, he stopped the car and looked towards me, and asked
" You trust me right Y/N? "
I said, " Of course I do Beomgyu why would you ask? "
Beomgyu just smiled and took out a blindfold and told me to put it on. I asked, " Why this? "
Beomgyu:- Wear it Y/N.
I didn't argue much and put it on. After he started driving and soon turned off the car. He helped me to get out of the car and as soon I stepped outside the cold air hit my skin. I asked
" Where are we Beomgyu-shii? "
Beomgyu:- Let's go.
The place was sandy and soon I heard the sound of sea waves. He opened the blindfold and the scene in front of me left me amazed and shocked at the same time
I asked, "What is this Beomgyu?"
Beomgyu just took my hand and lead me towards the chairs. He pulled out a chair for me and told me to sit there. I asked him again, What is this for Beomgyu?
He just looked at me and smiled he ordered my favorite food for both of us. I was a bit shocked by these. There was pure silence between us. None of us was saying anything. We were looking into each other eyes, we were sharing a lot of emotions between them. Beomgyu held my hand and decided to break the silence that engulfed us.
Beomgyu:- Y/Niee, I love you
My heart skipped a beat when I heard this. I was about to say something when Beomgyu cut me off and continued
" Before you say something let me finish. Y/N ahh I love you. I know you would be thinking what am I even saying, I mean it. I know what I said, I want to stay with you. When the first time I say you I fell for you. I never used to believe in love and stuff but you made me feel special and different. You trusted me and told me about your past. I will keep you happy y/n I promise. Y/N will you be my girlfriend? "
My mind went somewhere else. He just proposed to me. I couldn't think straight. My mind was saying yes, but my heart was screaming no. I am a married woman now, I can't stay in a relationship with someone. My heart was telling it. But my mind was telling different. I deserve to live happily ever. Taehyung didn't give it to me. He forced me, go with Beomgyu. I am messed up. Before I was about to say anything I heard a scream behind me, someone is calling me,
"KIM Y/N!"
