I replayed it so many times but I still have yet to say anything, when we got in the car it was awkward we didn't say anything as the music played and I gave him the directions
"So how you been" He finally spoke breaking the awkward silence , I swallowed the lil spit that was there and was a lil shocked , Im here with this man pregnant with his baby and literally not even a week more a few days that I've found out and didn't know where he was at now I'm sitting in a car with him getting a ride home

"I've been great, what about you?? I remember you told me about some business how's that goin" I said remember part of our sober conversation
He chuckled "Busy and stressful, kinda need a break"
I chuckled remembering how he told me he needed a break that night "You should take one. You obviously work really hard, nothings wrong with a little break for yourself every now and then" I responded back as he turned his head to me giving me a small smile not before turning back to the road
"You look beautiful tonight" He said keeping his eyes on the road as I tried to hide the smile that was trying to form as I looked his way
"Thank you.. don't look too bad yourself" I said as he scuffed a bit causing me to chuckle
I was lying my ass off. This man was next level of fine. Just as the first time I seen him he looked good in the dark and in the light. His smile could make you so weak in the knees. He had a slight dimple that showed when he smile which I thought was the cutest thing
"Damn I don't look good?" He said in a playful offended way as I laughed
"I'm just messing with you, you look good" I said as he smiled looking at me before we pulled up to me and Ciana's condo
He cut off the engine as the car got quiet
I knew we couldn't let this keep going so I decided to say something
"Soooo about that night" We both said at the same time causing us both to laugh

"About that night I want to apologize-
"I'm going to stop you right there" I said holding my hand up "We both were drunk and one thing led to another.. We are grown shit happens, there's no need to apologize when it was something we both agreed to" I said as calmly as I can which was definitely true
He looked at me not before slowly nodding his head
"You're definitely not what I expected"
"And by that you mean?" I said now more into the conversation than ever as he chuckled shaking his head
"One minute you're this nice sweet girl than the next your this guard up attitude, I don't get it" He said laughing again
"Trust me there's much more you don't know about me than that one night" I said instantly cursing myself out in my head , I hope he doesn't ask what I mean

"What you mean by that" I asked her as my phone vibrated causing me to look at it seeing it was girl asking where I was while also sending a picture of her in the bed , I instantly put my phone down turning back to her
She stared at me then laughed as she got out of the car slamming the door leaving me sitting there confused,
it took me a minute to really realize what just happened before I got out of the car rushing to where she was
"What's wrong with you?" I asked genuinely wanting to know what happened that fast for her to storm out , as she scoffed and kept walking into the building
"Oh nothing I wouldn't want to interrupt your little girlfriend" She said still walking towards the elevator as I instantly felt stupid as fuck
Grabbing her arm "It's not what you think"
It is definitely what she thinks but not the girlfriend part , how could I be so stupid even opening her message while she was in the car. I should've known she seen that shit man
"It's not what?? A girl sending a naked picture to you and of course you eyeing it down mid conversation how rude" She said chuckling pushing the elevator button as I grabbed her hand
"No it's not, I didn't even know -
She laughed and jerked away
"You don't have to explain anything to me. We were nothing but a one night stand thanks for the ride but I don't want to see you again" She said getting on the elevator leaving me
I stood there looking like a lost puppy , I turned around and walked back outside to my car

"Sooooooo what happened to Mr. Handsome Lastnight ?" Ciana asked smiling from ear to ear as we both ate our ice cream
We just had a conversation about her date and how much I liked Tay for her, he fits her personality and her as a person and I can see them lasting a long time. She was really happy with him even if it was too soon for them, I was happy for her because I had no reason not to be.
I rolled my eyes at the question
"What about him" I said back eating the ice cream seeing her face frown "You didn't tell him did you?"
"Cici I couldn't and that's not even the worst part" I said eating more getting upset about what happened , why was I so upset ? I don't know myself but it was disrespectful to me to look at a naked women while talking to another women whom you also had sex with

"Okay , mid conversation he was describing me saying how I can be nice then mood changing right ?" I said causing her nodding for me to continue "So I slipped up saying there's more you don't know about one right debating on telling him and mid of him asking what I meant, he's checking his phone"

"You actually seen that?" Ciana asked and I nodded "I'm going to kill him" She said getting up grabbing her phone and other things
I dropped my bowl on the table rushing to her grabbing her "No Ciana you can't"
"Because we aren't together and he doesn't even know the situation it would be wrong" I said as she stared at me nodding coming back to the couch
"I forgot about that.... Does it upsets you at all?? That's mad disrespectful for any women I don't care" She said making her point
It did upset me , maybe because I couldn't get him out of my mind since that night and he was the most amazing man Ive ever met in one night compared to men I've met in my life , it was disrespectful for that because what if that's his girlfriend? I could be breaking up a happy home for all I know
"Oh my God ... I'm a home wrecker" I said getting upset
"No no no , we will not say that. We don't know for sure if that's his girlfriend or a sneaky link he fucks every now and then" She said to me which didn't make it no better

I'm never this sensitive, it's too early for me to even have this type of emotional hormones right ?
"What's going on with you Aara? ? You are never this sensitive and emotional.." She said eyeing me down as I shrugged
"I don't know, I've never been in this situation before and I think this baby making me emotional isn't it too early for that" I frustratedly expressed myself huffing in the process
"God if this baby makes you sensitive and emotional like this I don't want to ever get pregnant" She said as I looked her eye damn near wanting to kill her for saying that as she held her hands up in surrender

"I don't know though forreal Ciana .. I'm pregnant and this man still doesn't even know and I had the opportunity what if I don't see him again?"
"Aara please stop acting slow, I talk to the nigga bestfriend there's definitely a chance you will see him again. You just need to tell the damn man, him being in a relationship or not. I understand I'd have to be in your situation to understand but you cannot let this shit go on any further you know that right?" She said as I nodded my head
I knew I couldn't let this go any further and she was right as I sighed stuffing my face with more ice cream
"You know what how about a girls night? I think we both could use one" She said as I turned to her smiling a bit
"Since you can't drink at the moment , we can finish the ice cream and make some brownies and watch the notebook"

"I don't think she ungrateful, she was young and her parents sent her away. And it was their fault anyways and let's not forget Noah wanted better for her they made him feel like he wasn't enough " I said remembering how her father and mother treated him and manipulated him
