He was just supposed to be someone I'd briefly know, even though I never quite liked him. It was never meant to be more.
I should never have looked more into him. But something about him drew me in.
The dark look in his eyes was something I couldn't get rid of. His tall figure was forever burned into my mind, along with the image of those full lips.
His tattoos were intriguing, and I wondered what it'd feel like to get to know him better. Or be one of the girls he'd touch.
Curiosity killed the cat, they said.
But maybe, this cat wanted to be killed. Wanted to suffer from the impassive gaze thrown her way.
Maybe this cat walked into the trap knowing what it'd bring.
Because there was nothing more beautiful than falling victim to the poison that left his mouth.
To drink it all up, even though the venom pierced my skin. But the feeling was addicting. Getting destroyed never felt so good.
My acts were foolish, my naivety was annoying, but I'd do it all again. Just to experience that euphoria.
Because it were the darkest hours that were the most pleasant.
