Many different feelings

Anxiety

Makes my hands drenched in sweat , you make my heart thump fast like I just ran , shaking badly feeling my body shaking uncontrollably as if I was a washing machine, calm is all I want but my mind has to many voices blocking out so many but my body listen, my chest has become tight breathing I struggle and I breath to calm down I hear the sound of my breath raddaling , my eyes feel up with tears because I just want it to stop , my chest becomes red and blotchy because my anxiety isn't just using my brain it's using my body , taking the strength making me feel as if my body isn't nothing , tiredness becomes,my body shaking while my mind wonders , restless nights because my mind will not shut off , catching my breath is hard as if I was underneath a pillow, my head hurting because anxiety is working , worry is all I know , when will it all stop . Anxiety I have but doesn't define me .
