It was summer and 11 months before us enterence exam they train on the beach and also moved all the grabage of it tenya kat and kami did
300 laps 700 push ups 400 situps 500 squats (gatta keep that juicy ass) without using their quirks
while sho and izu did 800 push ups with 60 pound wait on there back 500 laps 700 situps and 1000 launges(uk the thing wear u move you legs so idk wa it called) without using their quirks

the omegas did 800 laps 900 push ups 700 situps 1000 squats
While the alphas did 900 laps 1200 push ups with 80 pounds on their backs 1000 sit ups and 2100 launges
That's what they do for training every week except on the weekends they did that for 10 months and it was 3 weeks before us entrance exam they didn't want to be heroes but they decided to do it for touya tenko and himiko
On the 3 week before the entrance exam they rested,play games talk went to the park the arcade
