AT THE JEON'S COMPANY
Jk and Yoongi entered the office. Yoongi went to sit on his chair when a girl came in with a file in her hands.
"Sir....this is your today's schedule."
"Mr. Park Jimin hasn't arrived yet?" Yoongi asked while taking the file.
"No sir! He called me and asked me to give you your today's schedule. Maybe he will be a little late today."
"Okay, you can go now. Thankyou for the schedule."
"Okay sir"
She turned to Jungkook and smiled.
"Good morning sir"
"Good Morning Sarah" Jungkook smiled.
"I...I should go now" she left blushing.
"Will you please smile less to the employees? I want them to concentrate on work."
"Its not my fault that I am handsome and by the way.....why is your secretary not here today?"
"I don't know"
"Oh...I see"
Knock....knock......
"Come in!"
"I am really sorry I got late today. Actually today was a lot of traffic but I told Sarah about the schedule. I hope I didn't mess up." The boy asked with hopeful eyes and Yoongi passed a warm smile to him.
"Its okay Mr. Park! Don't worry"
"Yeah yeah don't worry! Obviously his rules are different for you Jiminshii."
"What?"
"Nothing and your boss was missing you so much huh Jiminshi"
"Wh...what are you saying?" Jimin blushed.
"The truth! He was so restless. He asked for you as soon as he reached here. He was really missing you"
"Okay ab...Mr.Park! Please bring me my coffee"
"Sure sir"
Jimin turned to leave but his foot hit the table and he fell on floor. Yoongi immediately ran to him.
"Aaah"
"Are you okay? Can't you take care of yourself?"
"I...I am fine sir"
"Shhh...come with me"
Yoongi made Jimin sit on the couch.
"Kook! Pass me the first-aid box."
"Its not that serious" jungkook said
"Yeah" Jimin agreed
"Just give!"
"Fine!"
Jungkook gave the aid box to Yoongi and he started applying medicine on the negligible injury on Jimin's foot.
"Please take care of yourself. I can't take it when you are hurt" Yoongi said out of nowhere making Jimin blush.
"Why do I feel like a spoilsport here? God!! I am missing my imaginary lover now. Baby.....where are you? What are you doing? Are you missing me too? Ufffff I love you."
TIMESKIP AT EVENING
"Just 5 more....please mam!"
"Ah my leg!! Its too much for first day."
"....and we are almost done...3.....2.....1....Done!!! Very good!" Tae said with a satisfied look and Emma sighed in relief.
"My legs!!!"
"Soon you will get used to it and if you want then I can give your legs a massage too."
"Ah no no...its fine. I will do it by myself and you are my physio, not caretaker okay?"
"Okay so........"
(Before he could speak anything, the door opened
"We are here Mom!" Jungkook ran and hugged his mother.
"Welcome home son."
"Oh hello pretty doctor! Won't you welcome me?" Jungkook said and hugged Tae making him taken aback by sudden action.
"DON'T........Don't do that Mr. Jungkook!"
"Why? And call me Kook or Kookie"
"I like to be professional."
"But I like to be friendly."
"Yu.....can you please take me to my room?" Emma asked.
"Sure"
"I am also going to my room." Yoongi said and went from there.
Tae turned to Jk who was smiling.
"What?"
"What?"
"Why are you still here? Won't you go to your room?"
"No"
"Why?"
"Because you are here."
"Means?"
"Means you will get bored alone so I should accompany you right?"
"I like to be alone and will you please stop smiling?"
"Why? Are you afraid that you will fall for me?"
Tae glared at him.
"Listen....."
"Oh I won't mind pretty doctor infact I will accept your feelings."
"Shut up" Tae said being annoyed.
"Okay okay sorry"
Tae went towards the kitchen and Jk stared at him from afar.
"Should I call you pretty? Or beyond my imagination pretty? (Smiled at himself) what am I even talking? (He looked at Tae who was busy in something.) But he is beautiful, pretty, handsome, perfect and rude too. Can't he just talk nicely to me? I just want to be his friend.....and what is he searching for? Aunt Yu has gone to mom's room with her so...let me help him."
He went to kitchen and stood behind Tae.
"Need some help?"
He said making Tae startle a little and look back at him. Tae quickly backed away on noticing the closeness.
"Sorry but don't come this close to me."
"Okay....I am sorry. I didn't know."
"Its okay...please don't repeat it."
"Hmm What are you searching for?"
"A bowl and some ingredients."
"Okay tell me one by one. I will pass them to you."
"Okay"
Tae started telling the ingredients one by one and Jk gave them to him.
"Done?"
"Yeah"
Jk leaned on the counter, facing Tae.
"What are you making?"
"Soup"
"For whom?"
"Mrs. Emma"
"Are you gonna make it everyday?"
"No....I will give the recipe to aunt Yu."
"Oh okay."
"Yeah"
"I am sorry for today morning. I bumped into you."
"Its okay" Tae said with a straight face.
"Do you even smile?"
Tae looked up at him.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean...its been a day now and I haven't seen you smiling."
"Why should I smile when I don't feel like?"
"Oh thats the case! Then I can make you smile because I can make anyone smile."
He said with a wide bunny smile which neither Tae saw, nor responded. Jk stopped smiling and started staring at Tae's face while observing his beautiful features. He was lost in him and he was so lost that he asked a question to Tae out of nowhere.
"Do you have a lover?"
Tae immediately looked at him and found Jk already looking at him.
"Pardon!"
"Do you have a lover? A girlfriend or a boyfriend?"
Tae remained silent for a while, staring at Jungkook but then spoke.
"Love is a waste of time and I don't like to waste my time. Love is a lie."
"tsk...love is a blessing pretty doctor."
He took few steps towards Tae making him step back.
"What are you....." Tae spoke when Jk removed a few strands of his hair from his forehead and tucked them behind his ear.
"Your hair were blocking your eyes. See you at the dinner pretty doctor and yeah.....Love is too pure to be a lie."
He went from there and for sometime, Tae got lost from his actions.
"Didn't I ask him to not come close to me?"
He said annoyingly, looking towards the direction in which Jk went.
"Why have you kept the beans out?" Emma asked when he saw that Tae removed beans from his dinner.
"Huh? Me?"
"Yeah you. You are not eating beans. Why have you seperated them from rest of the food?"
"Oh...ab...I am...actually I am allergic to beans."
"No you are not allergic" Jungkook said grabbing everyone's attention.
"What?" Emma said.
"He is not allergic, I think he is picky."
Tae looked at him surprised and others looked confuse.
"How do you know?" Yoongi asked.
"I searched it....simple."
"Searched it?"
"Yeah you said he works with national teams so I just typed his name on google and got the information."
"Why did you search about me?"
"Oh don't worry pretty doctor! I just felt like doing it. I often search for people on google. Sometimes I search my brother's name just to see his some cold face pictures."
"Youuuuuuu" Yoongi shouted a little.
"Yeah and sometimes I search myself too so this time I searched about you so don't worry. Take it easy."
Jungkook said and smiled widely at Tae who rolled his eyes in annoyance.
"This guy is really a headache. Thankgod he stays at his office from 9 to 5 otherwise I would've run from here."
Tae was thinking this in his head, clueless about that he was staring at Jk for long now.
"Doctor.....Am I looking that handsome?"
"Huh? Wh...what?"
"You were staring at me."
"I was thinking something."
"Its okay. I won't mind your stare tho and I know I am handsome so its common for me."
He said and winked at Tae who just looked at Jungkook in disbelief.
"What?" Jk again asked.
Tae's grip on his fork got tightened as he felt annoyed.
"I wish I could cut his tongue by this fork. He talks way too much...such a chatterbox."
"My teacher used to call me a chatterbox because I talk too much. You are thinking about the same right?"
"What the hell!" Tae thought.
"Will you please let him eat peacefully Kook?" Yoongi said.
"What? I didn't do anything.....Did I?"
"No no you never do anything. Now please stay silent for now."
"Sometimes I wonder if he is my real brother or not" Jk mumbled.
"What now?"
"Nothing! Don't disturb me while eating."
"This guy is unbelievable."
"Okay enough! Eat your dinner quietly now." Emma ordered.
They started eating when suddenly Yoongi's phone rang. He smiled and immediately picked it up and went from there.
"Who's call was it?"
"Who else mom....his secretary ofcourse."
"Hey kook! You always talk about his secretary. Am I missing something?" Emma asked while leaning forward.
"Yes mom....you are missing many things." He also leaned towards his mom.
"Tell me"
"Mom...he and his secretary are...you know...something something." winked at Emma.
"Haaah something something?" Emma gasped.
"These two are 👉👈" made signs with his fingers
"They are official?"
"tsk....no no no mom. None of them has confessed yet but I know it."
"And you didn't tell me?"
"I must have forgetten."
They were whispering like the neighbour aunties and Tae was really annoyed by the talk. Obviously he hates the word "love" and anything related to it. He put his spoon and fork down in his plate and stood up.
"I am done eating. Thankyou for the food."
"O..okay see you in the morning then. Good night and sleep well son."
"Good night" he went from there.
"His room is upstairs then why did he go outside mom?"
"Leave him....you first tell me the name of that secretary"
"Ohh his name is Park Jimin." Jk said while looking in the direction Tae went.
"Kook! Pay attention here."
"Ye...yeah mom"
"I want to see him."
"Okay I will call him tomorrow."
"Really?"
"Yeah...and I am also done eating. Bye...good night mom."
With that Jungkook went outside too.
