Daichi was quiet for a moment, and Asahi and Noya both saw the look of devastation in their eyes.
"I... I won't be at school for the next two weeks. I'm going to go do some early entry things with the police academy. I'll still be able to make it to Afterschool practice, though," He said as he looked down at the table.
Asahi realized that he was probably having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that he and Suga would be separate from each other during the day. Since the two of them pretty much spent every moment with each other since they had been paired together, it was probably taking a toll on him.
Suga stood up and stretched his arms above his head.
"Well, we all have long days tomorrow... So I guess we should probably go to bed,"
Asahi nodded.
"Yeah, goodnight," he said, feeling like he and Noya should let Suga and Daichi be alone for a few more moments before going to bed.
"Goodnight," Daichi and Suga said in response as Noya and Asahi made their way upstairs to their room.

The next few days had gone by rather quickly, more quickly than Suga had hoped they would. He continued to work on the invite list for the baby shower and tried to think of some other things to get their beloved club adviser and coach. It was beginning to get more and more difficult for him to tell who was more excited for the arrival of the twins, the pack, or their actual parents.
Looking out the window as he thought, he spotted the neighbors cat, Timmy, peacefully atop their wall by the pool bathing in the sun. He realized that he should invite their neighbors to the baby shower but, for a moment, had a hard time remembering their names or how to address them on the invitations.
Standing up from the spot he had been sitting at the table, he walked into the living room. He saw Hinata, Yamaguchi, and Ennoshita sitting on the couch watching Tanaka and Noya play some type of shooting game online with some who Suga assumed to be Kenma and Yamamoto from the sound of the voices he could hear coming from the headsets that Noya and Tanaka had on. He sat down on the couch between Hinata and Yamaguchi.
"Where are Tsukishima and Kageyama?" he asked, getting the attention from the two, whose eyes had been glued to the TV watching the gameplay.
"Tsukki is upstairs working on some extra homework," Yamaguchi replied.
"Hinata?" Suga said and lightly nudged him, figuring that he had forgotten the question as he had once again gone back to staring at the screen.
"Huh? Oh! Kageyama is on the phone with his sister," Hinata replied before gasping.
"Who killed Kenma?!" he shouted as he saw Kanma's Gamertag scroll across the screen as being down.
Suga let out a small chuckle; then he turned his attention Ennoshita, who was sitting between Tanaka's legs on the floor as he played. He seemed not to be as entertained with the game as Yamaguchi and Hinata seemed to be.
"Would you want to go next door to the neighbors?" He asked and received a nod from Ennoshita, who stood up from his spot, careful not to interrupt Tanaka.
"I'll be back in a minute," He said and received a nod from Tanaka. He turned his attention back to Suga then to the stairs.
"I'll go get my shoes,"
Suga nodded and watched as Ennoshita headed up the stairs towards his and Tanaka's room.
Suga and Ennoshita made their way out of the house. They heard the sound of something trotting behind them and saw that Timmy had Decided to follow them. As they walked up the driveway of their neighbors, the realized that it was unusually quiet. Normally they could hear laughing and yelling going on from inside. They walked up to the door and Suga.
"Do you think their home?" Eennoshita asked as Suga moved his hand to knock.
"Only one way to find out," Suga said as he went to knock on the door.
Before his hand could make contact with the door, the door opened, and two kids stared at them, a bit confused for a moment. Neither Suga nor Eennoshita recognized them. They were both on the shorter side. One of them had short brown hair and green eyes and wore an oversized gray hoodie and light blue skinny jeans. The other had medium-length black hair and had had a baggy t-shirt and sweatpants on.
"Hello," Suga said and tried to peek over their heads into the house to see if he could spot the adults that he knew.
"I'm Suga, and this is Ennoshita. Is Jax or Benio home?" suga said and received a confused look from the too.
"I'm Sam, this is River. Jax and Benio aren't home, but our older sister is," the girl with Black hair said and turned her back to them.
"SATURN!" She yelled and turned back to Suga and Ennoshita.
A few moments later, another girl came stumbling out of presumably the living room and put herself between the other two. Her hair was blackish-brown and down to her shoulders.
"Hey," she said as she recognized Suga and Ennoshita.
"Hello Saturn, I'm making invitations for Takeda's baby shower, and I didn't know how to address you guys on it," Suga said as he felt the cat that had followed them rubbing his legs.
"Oh yeah! Just address to the Omega pack!" Saturn shouted.
Suga gave her a nod and smiled at her.
"Okay, thank you," he said, and he and Ennoshita turned and walked back home.
Walking through the front door of the packhouse into the living room, they saw Kageyama on the floor with Hinata sitting between his legs with the controller and headset, probably playing with Kenma. Both Tanaka and Noya were nowhere to be seen.
They walked into the kitchen, where they found Tanaka and Noya both at the fridge with armfuls of food. Suga and Ennoshita sat at the table and just watched as they placed all the food onto the counter.
"What are you two up too?" Suga asked as he arched his brow.
"We got hungry," Noya said as he unwrapped a popsicle and began to eat it. Then he and Tanaka took the rest of the snacks back into the living room.
Suga pulled out a notebook that had the guest list on it. Ennoshita stared at Suga for a moment and became curious about how he was feeling since Daichi hadn't been going to school with them. He seemed to be holding himself pretty well, but Ennoshita had a feeling that he probably had a harder time than he was letting on.
"Are you sure your okay with Daichi not being at school?" he asked and watched Suga's demeanor switch a little as he became a bit more tense.
"Yeah, I'm fine," Suga said, lifting his head to Ennoshita and giving him a soft smile. Ennoshita could see the worry that seemed to swirl in his eyes, however.
A few seconds of silence passed between the two when they heard the sound of the door that led from the backyard to the kitchen open.
"Hey," Daichi said as he walked through the door, taking off the temporary police uniform jacket and tossing it onto one of the chairs at the table.
Both Suga and Ennoshita could smell the scent of Alpha dominance pheromones. Ennoshita didn't like the feeling he was getting from them. It felt heavy; he stood up and quietly left the kitchen, and headed into the living room.
Suga stood up and walked up to Daichi. He was a bit cautious as he reached his hand out to Daichi's. He stopped when he heard a low growl coming from Daichi.
He stepped back; his heart raced a little. He found himself feeling a slight tinge of fear run through him as he tried to stay calm.
