As he walks away, he delivers his message: "It's 2:30pm and Austin is at the door."
Wait, 2:30 already? Damn, I must've been more exhausted than I thought. Our flight back home landed at midnight, and after texting Lorna, I crashed into bed and fell asleep immediately.
Glancing at my phone, I see a message from Lorna, my best friend. We hadn't communicated much during the summer while I was in Spain, but we did exchange texts and the occasional phone call. I'd attempted a few FaceTime calls too, but our timing never aligned. I'd heard she got her braces off, and I was eager to see the results. Not that her teeth were anything to complain about before – she had a charming little gap between her front teeth that suited her. But if it makes her happier, then I'm all for it.
I read her message
Hey Stranger ;) Glad you're back. Give me a shout when you wake up, and I'll call around later, yeah? :)"
I start typing my reply when Austin, another close friend, barges into my room. He practically tackles me with a bear hug and exclaims, "Hey, man! I missed you so much, faking a sniffle.
I chuckle and play along, "Missed you too, you big weirdo."
He's quick to point out, "Holy shit, bro. You've bulked up!"
Yeah," I reply, my size and definition having increased due to intense training during the summer. I've always been into MMA fighting, an underground passion. My dad's cool with it, considering he's a former fighter himself and now coaches fighters, in his spare time as he also has his business to run, he owns a few hotels in the states and one in Spain.
Austin probes, "Did you win any fights over there?"
Yep, a few," I respond, though most of my time was spent training and helping out at the hotel my dad owns.
His eyebrow wiggles mischievously as he asks, "Meet any hot señoritas?"
Confirming that I did, mentioning Yara, a girl I met. She's from the States and her father runs the hotel in Spain .
Austin inquires if things are serious between us, but I explain that I'm not looking for anything serious, especially with the distance involved.
He teases, "Oh yeah, nothing to do with a certain blonde blue-eyed honey whose name starts with L, huh?
I protest, "What? No, Lorna's my best friend." But deep down, I know he's not entirely wrong. Lorna is more than just hot; she's amazing in so many ways. I silently reprimand myself for getting lost in thoughts of her .
Staying on the subject, Austin brings up Lorna once again"Speaking of Miss Deviiiine, have you seen her lately?"
I'm perplexed. "Why would I? I was in Spain, remember?"
He lets out chuckle and says, "Well, you're in for a surprise when you do."a good surprise, a smirk adorning his face.
Why? What happened?" I'm growing concerned now.
Austin grins, "Let's just say she's taken hotness to a new level. She's without a doubt the hottest girl in school now."
I can't help but be intrigued, but I feign nonchalance. "Come on, she couldn't have changed that much."
He chuckles and assures me it's not surgical – just intense gym sessions that worked wonders for her. Austin hints at the newfound attention she's attracting, especially from the guys in school.
I look at him a hint of annoyances crosses my face. Silently saying to myself, That she didn't need to change. She was already amazing."
Austin, sensing my irritation, quickly changes the subject. "Anyway, the gang is heading to Brady's, and you're coming."
Well actually Lorna said to buzz her when I wake she's calling round, I reply hoping he'll go away now, as I really want to see her,I'm actually kind of nervous now..
Ahh come on dude i haven't seen you all summer, text Lorna and ask her to meet us there please he fake pouts putting on his puppy dog look ..

I laugh at her reply calling me doofus and knowing I've noticed her dimples,as i know she hates the little dimple on her chin, but i think its cute especially the one on her right cheek..

Her reply makes me laugh out loud, earning a curious look from Austin, but i ignore him and reply back.

Nothing I say my still lingering, knowing I get to see my best friend soon,throwing my phone on the bed, " I'm gonna grab a quick shower be out in five ..
After my shower, I brush my teeth and wrap a towel around myself as I leave the bathroom. I notice Austin scrolling through his phone and he exclaims, "Sweet Jesus!" as if he's just seen the latest hot piece of ass, possibly Kylie Jenner since he's obsessed with her. ' I don't really see the attraction, Margo Robbie would be my celebrity crush..
Curious, I ask him, "Whose ass are you perving at now?"
"Huh! Uh, no one," he stammers, hastily hiding his phone from my view. I raise an eyebrow suspiciously at his actions.
I quickly get dressed and walk over to him, snatching his phone and unlocking it effortlessly, idiot doesn't even bother hiding his code.
"Hey man, give it back!" he squeals. "Yeah, I will, once I see what you're looking at," I laugh, holding my arm out to prevent him from grabbing it, as if he were a little child trying to retrieve their toy from a school bully.
When I open the phone, I notice that I am on Lorna's Instagram page. I click on her stories and see a picture of her wearing tight gym shorts and a crop top. The caption says, "Getting my glutes on" with a peach emoji and a smiley face.
"Holy fuck, that's Lorna!" I almost shout out. But I compose myself and notice that Austin has commented with a bunch of fire emojis on her picture. I give him a glare and he just shrugs his shoulders with a smirk.
"What did I tell you? She's gotten hotter!" he says.
He wasn't wrong. Fuck, she looked incredible. Now I'm really nervous about seeing her. I quickly close his phone and chuck it at him.
"Hey, watch it," he moans. Grunting, I say, "Let's go."
He shakes his head, mumbling something under his breath, but I ignore him.
I try to mentally prepare myself to see the new improved Lorna, even though she was perfect before. But fuck me, I'd be lying if I said that pic of her ass didn't send the blood straight down to my cock.
I just hope I don't get all awkward around her now.
