Using luzes portal to go see eda she chuckles when she sees me
"Now why am I not surprised to see you all decked up in that uniform??"
I look nervous to ask her, but clear my throat of it's frogginess gathering her full attention.
"My mom agreed to let me go to MS with luz BUT- one the conditions you accepted me and took roles as my guardian- and as my mom quotes "clean up that run down human house" but I didn't really want to push you- buut.. luz kinda begged me to ask yo-"
Eda snorts and says with a laugh
"I already know boots- your mom asked me and I've completely accepted her terms.. it's been awhile since I saw the human world so.. I'll be glad to be your guardian"
My face lights up and I hug her tightly, she hugs me back softer- her laugh coming out in a parental way
"Thank you so much eda!! I can't explain how much this means to me!"
She smiles gently letting me go to MS again since it's super late. Knocking on luzes now decorated dorm door I'm greeted with an eager luz who hugs me, taking me into her room she locks the door behind us. Slipping into my loose pajamas in the dim moonlight luz- her back facing me slips on the pair of pajama pants she'd had on last night, accidentally turning to me just as I'm slipping my shirt onto my head. My eyes catch her staring at me with a blush,
"It's not the most attractive figure luz.. stop staring"
Slipping the shirt on the rest of the way I smile as luz continues staring, intertwining our fingers together I lean in and kiss her lovingly our bodies slightly swaying like we're very slowly dancing. Pulling away I whisper softly
"So.. you've got me six days of the week wildcat.. how does that make you feel??"
She smirks mischievously and presses a kiss onto my lips, nibbling on my bottom lip gently she parts enough to say
"Champagne and fireworks am~ I'm internally celebrating"
Giggling quietly my face blushing a deep red I whisper teasingly
"Aww...no physical celebration?? You're lame~"
Running my fingers along her exposed stomach I continue to tease her, her face flushing pink. Lifting me up swiftly I wrap my legs around her waist and remark swiftly in a discreet tone
"Ooo...how exciting~"
Though it's just to play with her, she falls purposely on her back. Adjusting myself so I lay evenly ontop of her I smile to her, planting a very soft kiss onto her lips she giggles her arms wrapping around me.
"Mmn...you're super warm luz.."
I mutter into her collarbone, her body turning to rest me comfortably ontop the sheets. She presses a kiss to the top of my head knowing I'm not moving any time soon, I mutter something barely audible into her skin making her shift slightly
"What was that?"
I start grumbling irritated, luz sighs gently not understanding my sudden anger
"I'm going to be stuck in your room til lunch tomorrow... I don't have full classes just yet since it's pretty late and the headmaster is at home"
Luz snickers at my bummed tone to which I grumble more, looking up luz says quietly in a reassuring manner half quoting me earlier today
"You will survive am... now c'mere I'm dying to give you a little bit of those fireworks"
Cupping my cheek she pulls my face towards her passionately, bringing our lips together. Half hugging her neck I intertwine my fingers together.
Every kiss trailing into the night and eventually our thoughts become slightly hazy too focused on eachother.

Sitting down lazily in the common room a black woman enters the room to tidy up the messes made, she looks at me with a smile and asks in a slightly thick New Orleans accent
"Now dawlin why yous by your lonesome in dis dirty ol' room?"
I smile to be polite to her, then my lips curl into a frown.
"Just waiting for my guardian to place me full time here ma'am... she told me to wait here because it'll be done soon enough.."
She sits next to me on the large couch her cleaning supplies now on the stained wood table- and I mean literally.. soda, coffee, anything stainable you name it.
Glad to atleast have some company I extend my hand to her
"Amity blight, sophomore year. Pleasure to meet you miss"
She takes my hand and kindly shakes it, looking at her face I swear I just made this overworked lady's day. Shes smiling so bright I can't help but smile too
"Oh dear lawd yous a' so kind! I'm trista though everyone calls me miss trissy. it is so nice to meet you too amity- lovely name yous got there by the by's"
I blush softly at her compliment as she stands up to go clean the dorms
"Thank you miss trissy! You have a wonderful day"
She waves at the bottom of the stairs with a huge smile and says happily
"Yous aswell dawlin, you aswell."
Oh my sweet titan- I just absolutely made her day! And I wasn't even trying- I was just being kind.
Pulling out my phone I pull out penstagram and see several missed messages from Willow
'Hey amity why aren't you at hexside??'
'Amity I'm serious- where are you?? Principal bump has asked twice'
'Are you ignoring me??'
Panicking I type as swiftly as I can
'Oh hey sorry! No I'm not just haven't opened penstagram in awhile. And uhm I don't go to hexside anymore- I'm actually at a private school in the human world'
Willow sends a quick '!!!!' And I'm immediately video chatted, answering it gladly Willow looks at my dress shirt lazily unbuttoned with two opened at the top and then looks at me sadly
"Is that place cool..?"
I laugh slightly, bringing the back of my hand to my lips to suppress my smile.
"It's awesome! Did you know luz has a twin?? Well.. not really-"
Willow raises an eyebrow slightly, turning around when I hear footsteps I call out to trista
"Hope your day goes well miss trissy!!"
She waves kindly to me her face still extremely happy
"I daresay dat luz girl! She's the cleanest an' neatest student since amber came"
I laugh and say matching her happiness
"I keep her in check since I'm the only one she let's keep her somewhat corrected.. can't take the luz out of luz"
Trista studies my expression and careful choice of words then she chuckles slightly, she says in a complimenting tone
"Well she's gots the finest girl taking good care o her"
heading out into the corridor to go to the next common room, facing my phone again Willow asks quietly
"What do you mean "not really" amity?"
I lean back into the comfortable couch and chuckle, Willow looks even more confused
"Her name is Vee, and she's the most adorable and harmless basilisk since that incident at school in 2019-- Willow- calm down... she actually likes being a human more than a basilisk.. I've never seen someone so happy to be something they're not.."
Willow smiles wearily but nods seeing I'm not dead
"I'd like to meet her amity- since by now the two of them have probably accepted themselves as siblings"
I nod happily with a chuckle, resting my chin on the top of my hand.
"Luz will always call vee a sister... and camilla has accepted vee as her daughter so it's a nice little family they have"
Looking up at the clock then at eda's text saying she's here I stand up and walk to luzes room, walking in I set my phone propped of the dresser and slip on my sweater vest. Buttoning up one of the buttons and the cuffs I sigh
"I have to go Willow.. eda is here to sign me up full time since she's my guardian"
Willow waves with a short 'bye' and ends the call, putting my phone on the charger I pick up my sidebag and head down the stairs. Joining eda in the front office I side hug her
"Hey kiddo you ready to get all seven days here?"
I nod swiftly my face covered in a smile, the headmaster calls us in to his office.
"Ah miss blight such a nice surprise... what is it you need?"
Sitting down on the chair eda folds her leg over the other and clasps her hands together, trying to seem official.
" I would like to enroll my child full time in your school- she really enjoys your school and enjoys how easily she's made friends.. I believe this is a good place for her"
He smiles gently and looks at my excited face and nods, my face light up and my mouth nearly drops open as I smile, he slips a white sheet to eda, pointing and indicating what to sign. Slipping the paper back he turns to you
"Any questions miss amity? Any requests?"
I think a minute and lift up my head to nod
" I hear student council has spots open- and I've actually never been in a student council I think it'd be a good experience if I was in it.. varsity sports but- not council"
He nods once and says kindly
"I will discuss it with the head.. I see alot of potential in you amity"
Then let's me go to lunch, running into amber and naomi on the way
"Hey guys! How was class??"
Both of them groan and hold out the huge ass homework packet, snickering I take it and look at the problems
"I'll let you copy my notes after sixth kay?"
I suddenly tackle hugged from behind and I immediately recognize the gentle hug as luzes, luz whispers desperate
"Please tell me you're full time.."
Parting from me I take her extended hand, amber starts loudly teasing us
"Awww thats so cute you two! My babies are in lovvve"
Naomi gasps and hisses
"D A D! Don't tease them!"
I laugh suddenly realizing the growing school family and amber who has nominated herself as school dad, a very short girl probably 13 years old- oh was I wrong when luz told me later that she's sixteen- runs up to luz who she lifts up with one arm like shes a toddler- well.. she is like 4'3.5
"Ah! My grandchild!!"
Amber exclaims loudly to the girl luz is now setting down, I raise an eyebrow to which luz raises her hands defensively.
"Not my school kid- I'm just the uncle- naomi's the school mom"
My face flushes red as I ask teasingly into her ear very quiet
"Ah yes male names- so if I adopt any of these kids in our friend group does that mean I am entitled to call you daddy?"
She presses her hands onto my mouth and blushes madly, I laugh lovingly at her adorable actions which only makes her face redder
"Shh...not herrreeee."

Sitting comfortably in my seat at the table my daily ritualistic strawberry milk in hand and this time joined with cheeto puffs I laugh at luzes corny jokes, vee shakes her head to me and leans back. Pulling out my laptop I play a few stupid games at first then go to Google docs and into a document titled '3rd hour physical science' and fill in the questions then turn the screen to naomi and amber who immediately copy my answers down on their worksheets. Turning back to luz while they do their work I spark up a conversation with luz,
"So I'm excited about this coming saturday luz... I'm curious about this little game night thing"
She smirks gently knowing half my mind is not curious about the games but on what'll happen after 30 minutes, she leans forward slightly and says in a fake uninterested voice.
" It'll probably be DBZ fighter am.."
I laugh not knowing what DBZ fighter is at all but I nod.
