I sat on the chair watching the TV. President Snow appeared on the screen. A kid gave him a box, and it seemed like whoever had first written those envelopes had planned on having the hunger games for a long time.
"To show that no matter who you are are or how old you are, nobody can escape from the Capitol's punishment. The districts will provide a male and female relative of the existing pool of victors ranging from ages 12-20." President Snow announced.
"Katniss what does that mean?" Prim asked. I hugged her and said."Prim, you're going to the games."
