Everyone thought that Monday was the worst day of the week but for me, it should be either Saturday or Sunday.

Because that's when I'm so unproductive and all I wanted was to get back on all the sleep that I missed. To make it a more beautiful word, I'm pretty useless at weekend.

So I think you could imagine how I felt on that Saturday morning as I pushed away from Jake from our lying position at the couch.

Pushing away the gloomy thoughts I focused on the fact that Sunoo and Niki have one morning class, so they would leave and my mood suddenly brightened.

With a newly happy mood, I made my way over to the kitchen island and searched for the coffee's packs over the cupboard.

"Good morning, Niki", I said as Niki looked up at me from the doorway, already working to wear his black shoes.

I look so happy, he is not amused.

"Morning", he said as I sat down at the counter and turn on the coffee maker for me, "Did you sleep well in his arms?"

"Almost if someone didn't disturb our sleep"

He rolled his eyes, already used to my mood swings in the morning. He knew that after I was disturbed on my sleep, I wasn't worth his effort in trying to ease me into a conversation.

Instead of replying to me, he knocked on the door of their room, "Sunoo hyung, we'll be late. Quit worrying about that small zit!"

Gratefully picking up a bowl to just eat a cereal since the real cook is still not standing up from the beddings, I watched as Sunoo steps out of their room while a hand is steadily hiding something from under his nose.

"This is because of me sleeping so late yesterday night!", He shouted so loud that Jake jumped up from the foam in the floor.

"You can pop it then. That could help", Niki advises so helpfully at him.

Jake immediately runs up to them before rallying them out the door as though it was his, "Just go to school, okay?"

And only for him to remember as the two exchanges a look then back to him that they needed him to get there.

"Wait.. my car is not here. I should ask for my teammate about it. For now, get on the bus", he said before he followed the two out the door.

A smile spread across my face as I watched them disappear from my sight. That was so typical of Jake.

His head must be aching now like hell from a hangover but he still put the two over it as he certainly even walked them up to the sidewalk in order to join them in waiting for a bus.

When Jake had returned, I had been waiting by the door, already holding a cup of coffee for him. As soon as he had caught sight of me, catching my hand and pulling me inside the dorm as he walked further into the little kitchen.

I tried to get him to talk, but he wasn't having it until we were both sitting face to face in the dining table.

"So I remember now who helped me to be brought here", he told me, his tone heavy.

"So what about it?", I asked with a sigh, setting my mug on the table.

"Just to tell you something", he assured me, "Look, I hated owing anyone anything especially him but who's the one stupid enough to drink? Nevermind that"

I cracked a small smile as he ran a hand through his hair, trying to remember what else happens, "But did you thank him for helping you bring me here?"

"Now that I think about it, I didn't", I said dismissively, casting my eyes back towards him only to see him looking at me as if I've done something bad.

I turned away from him but not before I saw the frown in his face at my answer. It hadn't take long for him to speak up again.

"Get up there. We're going to him", he said, taking the coffee in one gulp before setting it down the table.

I looked back at him, raising an eyebrow incredelously, "What?"

"Well, forgive me if my future girlfriend did not thank the guy who helped her with me yesterday night, so yes, we're going there for you to do it personally", he remarked, trying to stare me down.

When he said it like that, there's no argument to file on the case. But I'm already with him on the bus later on as a realization came in.

Why the heck did I not reject the idea of being his future girlfriend?

Now I understand why Jake is all smiles on the way to Jay's condo.

It was definitely a strange sight to see. We were making our way for Jay's door when Heeseung came out of his unit in time to see us together.

Letting out a small sigh, I winced at how do I need to face at least two more of them in one go. How long could I survive properly?

"Hey Y/N, Jake.. What brings you here?", Heeseung said stopping by the door.

"Well, Y/N here has come to say sorry to Jay", Jake revealed to him, pushing on me a bit to continue.

"What did she do?", Heeseung asked, looking a bit skeptical.

But he didn't know how Jake could be so righteous most of the time.

"She didn't say her thanks for him about helping me"

I kept my head down as I walked past them and Jake was beginning to talk on how Heeseung should bring us next to the frat house. Not to hear what happens after we left, but to get back his car instead.

Padding up to the door of Jay's unit, I clicked on the door bell and only to be greeted with absolute silence. It opens up a few seconds to Jungwon but for once, he didn't say anything. He only turned his back on me before running up to the stairs.

He didn't answer to my questions either.

I screwed my eyes close in hopes of getting an ounce of courage before closing the door behind me and walked further in the living room.

My eyes swept across the whole space and landed on a solitary figure as he begins to sweep the surface of the TV screen. His back was facing me, and he turned slowly, to glance at something in his right which was his phone sat atop a vacuum.

Making my way across the living room, I approached behind. I placed a gentle hand on his back to get his attention without startling him.

As I stood beside him, I waited for him to turn to face me, "Jay?"

He stopped from what he was doing and looked at me. He gave me a small smile after realizing that I'm really here, erasing the emotionless look previously on his face.

"Why are you here?", he asked as he turned back to dusting the top of his TV screen.

I didn't answer for a while and watched as he repeatedly dust the same spot. Why was he doing that? It already looks so clean now.

"Jake told me to come here", I said, taking his arm to stop him from doing it, "He told me to say thank you for what you did to him yesterday but I wanted to say sorry as well"

He gave a sigh and pulled his arm out of my hold. I took a seat in one of the couch, I gestured for him to do the same. When he made no move to follow me, I took his hand in mine.

"You don't have to say sorry. In a way, I expected it from you because I knew one way or another, you'll be the one hurting me to no end", he mumbled.

I bit my lip as I cleared my throat, "Am I hurting you in any way?"

The effect of the question was instantaneous.

We sat in silence for a while and I was once again struck by just how unlike of himself he was acting. He called my name quietly after a long waiting and I looked up at him.

"Do you ever feel like it's useless to explain yourself to people because it wouldn't matter?", Jay asked, not needing to specify who he was talking about.

"No", I said after giving it some thought, "If they can't believe you with your words, then do it with your actions but in a nice way"

"It's not as if you would care anyway", he muttered, "when your heart is already set onto that someone"

We spent a long time then, just studying each other and I wonder why Jake is taking too long outside to get here. Did Heeseung keep him?

Eventually Jay's voice trailed off and I turned to find him, his head dipping to my shoulder as he started to fall asleep.

I stopped and looked at him in disbelief, "Jay, I won't be staying here in a way you want to"

"I know, it's just...", he stated but got cut off by a woman's voice and his eyes widen as he froze.

"Jongsang!", another voice shouted and from a male this time.

The door was then forcefully open, making it slam on the wall. I quickly looked up on the woman standing on the doorway with a man behind her and it takes only one look at me before they were both seething in anger.

"Mom, Dad!", Jay shockingly removed his head from my shoulder as he jumped out of the couch then stand in front of me.

I don't know what else to do, so I looked down to avoid the stares of his parents. I was so embarassed to say anything when they found me and his son in such a sweet position.

Something told me that I'd be here the entire day.

Uh oh.. What will happen now that Jay's parents accidentally stumbled on them?
