When looking someone in the eye, they can make them have a strong urge to do something.
Ex: "you didn't see anything", "walk away", "you only tell my business to me"

They cannot purposely cause death but they can suggest it. A person can break through a compulsion if they get hit hard enough (kind of like Shinsou's quirk). Effectiveness of quirk grows with age. There are a lot of loopholes if person is not specific enough. For example, let's say they convince someone to walk away but they're both on top of a building. Person can go in either direction which would lead them to safety or possibly to their death.
