The news about them spread through social media when Jungkook uploaded the photo of him holding Maria's hand when they are in the library on the day they finally became an official couple.
He already asked Maria if she wanted them to stay low or she do not really care about that. And, gladly, she said she's okay with it and that's how he ended up posted the photo on his Instagram while tagging her.
Today was already a week after they became a couple and they were currently walking down the hallway of their college while holding each other's hand to head to their first class that morning. Jungkook, as usual, wanted to send her to her class before he goes to his.
The attention they got was still the same which people still did not believe that one of the instafamous almost everyone knew attended the same college as theirs and now was dating the infamous tennis player in their college. Insane!
They finally stopped their tracks once they reached the lecture hall where will be Maria's first class. Maria turned around from facing the door to face her boyfriend. She flashed a smile to him as she bit her lips, still not used to see him first in the morning before her class starts.
"So, I guess we meet again...after school?" Maria said and Jungkook took a while to respond.
"What about we have lunch together? With our friends?" He suggested with a grin.
"Sounds nice. I will let Farah and Hyunji know later."
"Great. I will text you later to tell you where to meet."
"Okay. I will get going then." Maria said as she turned to face the lecture hall's entrance but her wrist was grabbed by Jungkook as he stopped her.
"Wait."
"Hm?" Maria turned around back with quirked brows, looking at her boyfriend who was pouting as if she forget something.
"My good luck kiss." Maria chuckled at the whining boy in front of her. She then stepped forward towards him as she tip-toed to reached his lips and finally meeting her lips with his. She could feel him smiling between the kiss before she pulled away.
"That's it. Go to your class now, big baby. I don't want you to be late for your first class today."
"Aip aip, captain!" He saluted Maria that made her giggle at his cute action. "I will go now then. I love you, babe."
Maria smiled at him as she looked at his figure slowly disappeared within the crowds in the hallways. The three magic words never failed to catch her off guard but up until now, she never answer it back.
Yes, she likes him but she's not sure if she has already reached the point where she could admit that she loves him. Maria did not want to hurt Jungkook in anyways. He's a great guy and the greatest boyfriend that she could never ask for more. He's perfect but does she loves him?
She then heaved a sigh before she walked into the lecture hall and immediately saw those two best friends were waving at her. She gave them a small smile while she brought her steps towards them.

As Jungkook texted her, she just sat in the canteen with Farah and Hyunji. Well, she did not even tell them that the guys will be joining them soon. Just did not feel like telling them. They will know soon when the guys arrive anyways.
"Hey, babe." A kiss landed on her cheek as Jungkook sat beside her and his two other friends sat in front of them beside Farah. Marai could see that Farah's shoulders got tense and widened her eyes in shock once Yeosan sat right beside her.
She looked at Maria with a 'why did not you tell me they are joining us?!' look. Maria just shrugged before she looked over to her boyfriend on her left that already had his eyes on her.
"Why didn't you eat yet?"
"Sorry. I was distracted by your beauty." Jungkook's reply led Maria to hit his thigh as she tried to control her smile. But, their moments were interrupted when Jisung suddenly released a few fake coughs that attracted the entire table's attention.
"We better bring our girlfriends after this, guys. The sight of their PDA is not really good for us to see." Jisung said and caused Maria and Jungkook to chuckle.
"That's right. You girls should bring your boyfriends too after this." Yeosan continued while looking at Farah and Hyunji with a smile that made Farah internally screaming when she could see every detail of her crush's facial features besides her. Hyunji already pursed her lips to prevent her from laughing when she looked at her best friend.
After a few minutes, they finally bid their goodbyes and went to their respective classes. Farah suddenly smacked Maria's arm until she flinched.
"Why didn't you tell me earlier? My heart nearly jump out from my chest when he sat beside me just now!" Hyunji already laughed at that poor woman whining.
"At least you could sit beside him, right? No thank you?"
"Well, you are not wrong. Hehe, thank you, Maria." Farah hugged the arm that she hit just now that caused Maria to just shake her head as they walked towards their next class together.

"I'm scared. What should I do if they don't like me?" Jungkook kept on tapping the floor with his right foot while biting his lower lips out of nervousness. Maria huffed a soft sigh before she took his hand and gripped onto them, gently.
"They will like you. I promise. They are supportive in everything I did and they would do anything to keep me happy which they will approve us because you are my happiness now." Jungkook immediately hugged her, trying to calm his nerves as Maria hugged him back, stroking his back slowly.
"Damn, how can I not fall for you when you are this sweet?" Jungkook pulled away from the embrace as he said. Maria giggled before she bopped his nose that caused him to scrunch his nose cutely.
"You are cute. Now, let's get inside." Maria said as she grasped his hand and intertwined their fingers together, flashing a sweet smile to him.
"Fuh." He took a deep breath as he released them slowly to calm his nerves down. "Okay, let's go!"
They finally sitting with Maria's parents at the dining table while the maids were serving their dinner in front of them. Her parents were busy checking him out, looking how he could not stop bopped his legs up and down, nervously.
Maria immediately put her hand on his thigh and stroked them slowly to calm him down. But, instead, Jungkook took a sharp breath as he could feel his body reacted to the soft touch of hers on his thigh. He pulled his lips against his teeth, hoping that she did not notice his bulge within his jeans right now.
"So, why not you introduce him to us, Maria?" Maria's mother started to speak, breaking the silence between them.
"Oh, that's right." Maria immediately responded before she looked at her parents. "Mom, Dad, this is Jeon Jungkook, my boyfriend."
"He's a Jeon?" Her father asked with a quirked brow, looking at Jungkook that just smiled a little as he gulped his saliva, nervously.
"I already told you about this, right? And, he also knew about us."
"Are you sure he's not one of them? Jungkook, tell me how you want to confirm us that you are not plotting anything." As soon as the question from Maria's father, Jungkook looked at Maria before he smiled sweetly at her, putting his hand over hers on the table as he caressed them with full of love.
"I studied about vampires too as a hobby. And, I genuinely love her for who she is. Not because of her kind or anything else. I bet my whole life that I will never hurt her in any way." Maria hid her smile as she heard Jungkook's answer to her father's question.
The dinner was nothing but very welcoming when Maria's mother started to open her heart to talk with Jungkook. She even told Jungkook about how she was a very chaotic kid when she was younger. Maria just could mentally facepalm herself when she heard the conversation her mother was having with her boyfriend. But, either way, she felt a bit relieved to see that her parents finally could accept Jungkook as her boyfriend.
But, she could sense that her father was still doubting about the fact that Jungkook came from Jeon's family. But, he did not talk it out as he could see how happy her daughter was when she looked at Jungkook. And, how Jungkook's eyes held so much loves when he put his eyes on her. That's how he comforted his mind to accept that they truly love each other genuinely.
Meanwhile, for Maria, she understood why her father was feeling that way. The incident that involved Jake 10 years ago gave a really big impact on him since their bond as father and son were stronger than anyone could imagine.
Not that she wanted to say her bond and their mother's with Jake were not strong but it is just different when it comes to their father. Jake spent most of his time together with their father if he was not with her.
They were now in Maria's room as Jungkook laid on Maria's comfy bed while Maria put her head on Jungkook's chest. While laying down on the bed, they held each other's hand as they stared at the ceiling of the room in comfortable silence.
"I wonder. Why did you study about your own kind?" Jungkook suddenly asked Maria, breaking the silence that embraced them.
"Well, actually, besides wanting to know the origin of vampires, I also want to find the cure to that rare disease, bloodrage," Maria replied after she took a few moments to think about the question from him.
"The disease was long gone, right? Why would you want to find the cure of it when there's no one to cure in the first place?" Jungkook curiously asked his thought again.
"Well, we never know what the future holds. I just get the feeling that my kind with this disease is still out there. And, I want to find a cure for it before anything happens and fix human mentality about vampires." Maria shrugged and Jungkook just nodded in understanding.
"Well, it would be nice if I could help you with that. Can we work on that together?" Jungkook suggested and Maria looked up to meet with his gaze that was already glued on her.
"Sure. If it's with you, then I'm up for that." Maria smiled and Jungkook grinned happily.
"Cute. Now, c'mere. I need my kisses." He then pulled her arm to make her moves closer to him and Maria gladly followed his lead and their lips met with each other as they shared a passionate kiss.
