Sona: He was somehow able to slip past the traps I placed. I beat countless opponents with them.
Y/N: You think I wouldn't see those traps you placed. I've faced a number of over-privileged parasites who set up strategies like that. I always find a way to get out of them. Like this one.
You move your King out of the way from a Bishop.
Sona: ! "I've think you've forgotten about my Rook." She places a Rook in the line of your King.
If you moved your King again, you'd be in the line of her Bishop, ending the game. And your Knight was too far away. However-
Y/N: "I'm sorry, but it appears you forgot about my promoted Queen who was blocked by your Rook."
Sona: !
You slide your Queen diagonally into her King.
Y/N: "Checkmate."
Kula: 😃
Tsubaki and her King were flat out shocked.
Y/N: "Well well. I won on my first try. GG." You hold your hand out to Sona.
Sona: "Um...GG?"
Y/N: "Good game."
Sona: "Oh....r-right." She shakes your hand.
Kula: "Kula's confused. Why did you move your King after the Pawn in its way?"
Y/N: "If a King doesn't lead, how does he expect his subordinates to follow?"

Tsubaki: "How did you win so easily?!"
Y/N: "Simple, I'm a chess prodigy. I've beaten a large handful of overconfident geniuses and super high level computer programs. Being cautious has its perks. Am I excused now?"

Y/N: "Great. I'll you know when I want that ice cream."
Kula: "Can Kula come too?"
Y/N: "Sure. K'! We're leaving!"
