User can create time loops
Pros:
-user can leave and visit time loops they create
-user can remove time loops they create
-user can close time loops of other users
-user knows where all time loops in the world are
-user can manipulate time loops around them
-user can create methods to leave time loops for targets
Cons:
-user traps anyone they take into loops with them
-user must be alone to control and close loops
-user can only close loops that they know the motivations for (research time~)
-user will always look for time loops with any map
-user will see cruelty of others and most likely close the loop or make an escape route for targets
-user must be careful with clues when they leave them
-targets by default forget previous loops unless it is changed
Weakness: overuse
User is trapped in their own time loop for 2 hours
